Very poor quality control sent a circle tap 4 times before I received an acceptable one and they took nearly a month to reply to my complaint see below Very disappointed with your late reply I did receive an acceptable version of the circle tap finally ,I had actually lost any confidence Crosswater were able to supply a good basin tap at all Your quality control is not to the required standard for a £350 tap ,What concerns me now is we also purchased a Svelte Vanity unit costing around £1000.00 and I just hope the factory producing this has better quality controls in place I will be in touch should this unit fall below the quality standards I would expect you to have quality control checking procedures in place prior to sending poor quality goods to customers

We paid over £700 for a wash basin just over 2 years ago which has just cracked for no apparent reason. Richard Hancock, at Crosswater says it was either put in too tight or the torque has tightened over the years. Then he finishes his correspondence with, ' Have a fantastic day!' What's the short name for Richard?

Very disappointing customer service. I own two Crosswater digital showers. One of them has inexplicably packed up less than four years after purchase and installation. Crosswater has discontinued production of its digital shower range no more than 5 years after it was launched in 2017. The company is insisting that it will only honour the 5-year warranty if the product was registered upon purchase. My products were given straight to plumbers to install and I never received any of the packaging so how was I supposed to know about registering for the warranty? Crosswater is refusing to help. They will not even allow me to purchase a replacement unit as they say they are keeping any remaining stock for warranty claims. They are recommending I buy a replacement unit from a completely different manufacturer, Mira. My plumber's response "Are you serious?!". But sadly, yes I am. And now also £500+ out of pocket.

This is the second tap I had fitted from this company and both failed. The tap has a design flaw as it leaks from the base where tap meets the sink. Water gets over the ring at the base causing it to leak. Whenever I speak to crosswater they just want the tap back to test leaving me without a tap. The taps I had bought were the crosswater wisp.

Terrible. I spent a fortune buying matching mixer taps and they sell a 'matching' towel rail which is a completely different colour and customer service make me jump through hoops and then don't help. Time wasters. Go for another brand - just not worth it.

Absolutely shocking quality and even worse "aftersales" care. The epitome of style over substance, they look wonderful but the build quality is beyond a joke - 3 shower processors replaced within the 1st year of installation, 1 broken tap and 3 damaged cabinets! What they don't tell you is that your 10-year warranty gets reduced to 12-months if they replace something due to failure - which you'll need too, very often. Do yourself a favour and choose a different company for your bathroom fixtures and fittings. Shambolic excuse for a company.

Bought an item for £71 but they took the money 3 times from my credit card. They did not respond to my requests for repayment until I chased and chased. At the end of the day I am out of pocket and I am very dissatisfied with the way I have been treated

Do not purchase from this company - appalling response to cracked shower tray. Only 20 months old. Lifetime guarantee should literally be flushed down the toilet next to their low quality showers. Wanted to charge me to inspect shower - basically they make it as tricky as possible to get a refund / replacement till you give up - hopefully this review will mean people don’t do business with them. Avoid!

Spoke to JC at customer service. Professional friendly. Product still under warranty so we tried to get to the problem. Helpful advice and sent out spare parts. Meanwhile plumber attended for something unrelated but solved this particular problem as well (we hope). Good service. I can see negative reviews here, but I can only relate my recent experience of calling them.

I’ve ordered the MPRO product line and realised once delivered that there were large logos on the taps, despite the website not showing any logos on the product images. Before ordering, I’ve even called the customer service line who confirmed the products don’t have any logos on them. I called the firm to express my dissatisfaction and instead of apologising and resolving the problem, I was told after several emails that I had the option to return the goods, which was impossible given this would delay my refurbishment planning. One month later, they still not offered a solution and the website still misrepresents the products, so I would not recommend this brand at all. Overall poor customer service…

We spent a lot of money on this supposedly 'premium' brand only to have them discolour after a year. The company that sold it to us RSF bathroom designs then said Crosswater wanted us to remove the items and send them to them for scientific analysis to check we hadn't cleaned them with bathroom cleaning products! I would have required a professional plumber to do this costing us hundreds of pounds, and then postage and time costs, and it would leave us with an unusable bathroom. I really wish we hadn't purchased these products.

Called to get a minor shower part replacement, spoke to jack, I have to say it was the best customer service I have received, sent the parts out no issues, polite - knowledgeable- friendly! Speedy delivery, what more could I ask for ! Well done lads- this is the example of a superior business.

A truly one-star company – having seen adverts and living locally decided to pop along, however, an unmanned reception with an outside intercom was answered by a person who is clearly clueless about sales – if he worked for me I would fire him. Don’t waste your time, they have no interest in prospects. NO VISITORS AT THIS LOCATION.

Would be really helpful if you'd make it very clear that your Dartford showroom is appointment only. Extremely frustrating.

Think before you buy. Supposed to be a premium brand and certainly premium prices. However budget customer service that didn’t help at all and my chrome Union Crosswater exposed valve shower has started discolouring within 2 months of purchase ( only been used 4 times)
