Do not eat here. Order arrived on time, but was shocked to find that half of the food had fallen out. Customer service was awful, accused me of lying, refused to send a new order, refused a refund and then started ignoring our calls. Worst restaurant experience ever, save yourself the hassle and eat elsewhere. Nice to see that's how you treat loyal customers.

Have used this restaurant for a long time and been very happy but we have just had a terrible experience. I am not normally one to post reviews but felt strongly enough after our recent order! We have a severe nut allergy in our family and ordered a dish without nuts. The dish turned up with nuts in ( these things happen) so we informed the restaurant of the situation and was advised a new dish (nut free) after a bit of sniggering from the staff would be with us in 15 minutes. 20 minutes later I phone the restaurant as the dish had not arrived. I was told that the driver was stuck in traffic and it would be another 2-3 minutes and to be patient. Bearing in mind this is Orpington and 8 o'clock at night, traffic was likely to be fairly light!? I did get a little heated and argued the point that traffic would be light at this time of day and then was promptly hung up on. I phoned back and spoke to a gentleman that advised they would send my order out again and after a bit of negotiation they would include a bottle of wine for free. I then received a call from the lady I initially spoke to who apologised for informing me that the driver was two minutes away when in fact he hadn't actually left the restaurant and they advised they would refund me the full amount of the meal. They have made this mistake before but I have given them the benefit of the doubt. Two hours and 15 minutes later I am still sitting here without a complete meal. I will never use this restaurant again. I then phoned the restaurant and was advised that they were not happy to serve us as we have an allergy and the fact they sent a dish with nuts in they were not prepared to do anything about. The owner refused to speak to me but asked one of his staff to advise me that they are not happy to serve me and to not order from them again as I have previously complained that a dish turns up with nuts in when I order it without!? I hope that people with allergies find this review useful.

Do not eat here. worst food ever. From placing an order online to getting a text saying food is on its way, was 8 minutes. Food was horrendous. The curry had lumps in it that was powder, so what ever they had mixed was not mixed in properly. I did not eat any of the meat as was scared to. The whole meal was unbearable and went in the bin. clearly was not fresh and must of been from yesterday. I know all the Chinese's have gone down hill but this food will make you I'll. Avoid at all cost

Disgusting food. Arrived 20 mins early. When I took food out of bag it was absolutely vile!! Called restaurant to complain and I was the told that nothing could be done as the drive W has gone home. Which I find strange as the restaurant was open for another hour! I was told to call back today which I do to be told that I need to call just-eat directly as I ordered through them and I needed to let them know about the refund. Again I find this strange as I didn’t pay through just-eat. It was a cash payment. Trying to cal restaurant now and they are ignoring my calls. Do not use this restaurant. Amazing food and great service. I would definitely recommend the oyster chicken and Singapore chicken.

Chicken balls were spot on and crispy and the beef chow mein was not to fault. Only reason didn't give 5 stars is because the sweet and sour sauce pot was ridiculously tiny. Driver forgot drink and with it being after midnight didn't expect them to return but they did. What a champ. Pricey compared to other local Chinese but worth paying that little extra for some good quality food.

Food is delicious and portion size is good. Ordered Mushroom chow mein, mixed veg fried rice, schezwan chicken and salt and pepper chicken. Much better( price wise as well as taste wise) than the competitors in high street…wish they had dine-in options as well!

Initially it’s a good looking place to walk inside, but the back area is not maintained and used as a storage area. The restaurant was quite mid month. My waitress Jenny was pleasant and very efficient. The Satay chicken starter is very good. The sizzling fillet unfortunately isn’t fillet but silverside at best. I chose the ginger and garlic sauce, which was light on the ginger and garlic flavour but not unpleasant. Overall the meal was on the expensive side but tasty. Would I go again? Probably not

Delicious food! I often order home delivery and it is always on time and always delicious. My favourite orders are Sweet and Sour pork (Hong Kong style), Thai Green curry king prawn and Duck in Garlic sauce, served with plain or egg fried rice. I have never been disappointed.

Re worst Chinese I have had, burnt is an understatement!!!! If only it would allow photos you would never order!!!

Take away which included chips. They were stale, not very warm, throw them away as tasted pre cooked and warmed up. Rest of the food was ok. Usually food is good so they need to not let themselves down sending food like this.

Lovely food Singapore king prawns are amazing chow mein is nice always plenty of flavour and not full of grease
