I have always loved Lakeland and shop there when I can. But today I would like to mention the Staff. Saturday,22nd June, a vert hot day. As I entered Lakeland in Bromley I felt very hot and a little shaky. The staff immediately came to my aid with a chair and a glass of water. Encouraged me to sit until I felt well enough to move and also asked if I needed to contact anyone. I appreciated their care very much indeed and eventually felt well enough to walk to the Taxi rank. I am an elderly lady and have not experienced feeling unwell while shopping. Thank you Lakeland staff. Xx

I had the absolute top level of customer service today firstly from a lady named Suzanne, who answered from the stock room earlier today. She called me back when she found it & I went to collect it, from the counter where it was waiting for me. Secondly, was the help shown me in choosing moth proof garment bags and thirdly, the lady on the till, who so completedmy membership form for me. Exemplary all. Lynda

As ironic as it might seem this is one shop I've not had a chance to visit yet. However from what I've seen, I'm very impressed with the equipment they have on sale, I was trained as a chef. But for me who hasn't been to visit this shop and see the equipment myself is unheard of. I'm hoping that as soon as the lockdown has ended, I will get a chance to pay Lakeland a visit. But from what I've come across on the other reviews. I'm extremely impressed.

A really nice good sized store to shop around. All items are nicely displayed and the store is not cluttered. There are nice items to purchase and priced reasonably. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. I love shopping here!

Lakeland sells high quality and innovative kitchen and home products. Staff are very helpful. If they don't stock something, they can order it for you. They're a bit pricey but the quality is better than at other shops.

I've had an awful experience today. I went there as many other times with my 2year old boy. Unfortunately he had kind of a tantrum in there. The staff made me feel so uncomfortable and didn't even bother to come and ask what I was looking for in order to speed up the process. I've been a loyal customer for so long but after this experience I don't think I'll ever come back. So disappointed!

Excellent choice of products, my favourite truffle chocolates (champagne) are currently on an amazing promotional offer so I took the opportunity to buy some early christmas presents... get in there while stocks last

It is great to have a dedicated kitchen store like this. A well selected collection of good so not too much tat to dig through to find what you require.

Staff were amazing

Got all the kitchen utensils from the store...one of the best quality products, but expensive though. The products are undoubtedly durable and recommended.
