It was my first time going to Pato Lounge for brunch. I've previously visited in the evening for tapas and loved both the decor and food. I ordered a 'Big Veggie Breakfast' (£13.50) and my friend the 'Twisted Chicken Club' (£8.95). Both were well presented and delicious. As we were celebrating, we also ordered cocktails for my friend a 'Melonade Spritz' with soda water substituted for lemonade and a 'Watermelon Margarita' for myself. It is slightly pricey but there are promotions such as Cheeky Monday and Tapas Tuesday where you can get a free drink with your meal. The open plan layout and large windows create a relaxing welcoming atmosphere, the music is louder than many restaurants but it adds to the buzz. Staff are very friendly and happy to accommodate any swaps for changes you ask for if possible. It is also a dog friendly establishment so it's great to see all the adorable doggos too!!

We love coming here with our dog. Really good options both for vegans and meat eaters Coffee is great too. Food quality isn't mindblowing, but does the job and always enjoyable for a breakfast. Easy to order using the QR code.

Good food with a range of cuisines to choose from. There are also a good range of drinks at the bar. atmosphere was lively and staff were friendly. Vegan menu available and staff were conscious of allergies, asking before seating you.

Food was horrible, waste of money. I ordered the butter milk chicken breast. The chicken tasted dry like it was in the freezer for months. The environment was warm n welcoming love the pictures on the wall. However in their smell like wet animals but staff were friendly.

Extensive vegan menu and relaxed atmosphere. Unfortunately my vegan breakfast took way to long to come out was cold and missing an item. That said when I talked to the staff about this they did give me a full refund. My dining partner enjoyed their vegan BLT.

Great place this is!! Foods really good and a lot of vegan and gluten free options here too. Decor quite quirky too which is always cool. I’d definitely come back here. They love dogs here to so bring your furry friend along

Nice looking cosy place, dog friendly but the Breakfast was terrible, bacon was not cooked properly and white in colour with all the fat still on, mushrooms were grey in colour, seemed like they were just dipped into the fryer and taken out, For the price i was expecting something much better. I will go again for a cup of tea no food though

First time at Pato lounge, a great local find. Wide variety of food, really friendly and chatty staff, quirky decor, a definite must in an generic, colourless town. Highly recommend.

Changing my review to 3 stars purely due to inconsistencies. The photo is of what the miami brunch USED to be. The last 4 visits have been a waste of money. Its now about 25% smaller. One visit it was really spicy (i like heat, just was way more than the usual slight kick), another I only got 2 fritters instead of 3, another time my eggs were not even close to done (clear egg whites), and EVERY time there's almost no avacado, when it used to be at least a half of one. Today i tried again and left a note for the egg whites to be solid, and i got served solid yoke poached eggs. I visited multiple times a week for months with no issues. I'm not sure what's going on. The last few weeks it's like I'm getting an entirely different person making the food. Aside from the missing fritter, I've mentioned the eggs and avacado once to staff and as usual they were prompt and amazing with correcting it. The atmosphere inside is great. I'm hoping they are just in-between chefs at the moment? This won't stop me from coming in completely, but it has put me off my favourite dish which is sad.

Pato Lounge in Orpington is like all Loungers in that the welcome, atmosphere, food vibe and music all come together to give a great experience every time. My partner and I are blind and we always get help from staff as soon as they see us with our guide dogs. Staff have a common sense and pragmatic approach to the way they interact with us as customers and do everything with a smile and give the impression that nothing is too much trouble. I also think the Loungers vibe and approach brings out the best in the other patrons who go there as you can often become involved in a chance conversation. The Loungers have a huge involvement in the local community and if you’ve not been to one, you really should. Hope they stay independent as that is their uniqueness.

Great Brunch with the downside being so many big smelly dogs in there at the same time without muzzle. Concerned for people with young children. The scent from the dogs took over the taste of what I was eating. Hence the reason for four 🌟. The service was not top notch as before, perhaps new manager/staff. The quality of sausages/bread etc is top notch. So good 👍

We don't tend to leave negative reviews, however, on this occasion felt compelled to do so. We visited for the happy hour cocktails on Weds, where you can chose 2 cocktails for a reasonable price of £11 something. We all had 4 cocktails each, fairly quickly as we wanted to get the most out of happy hour (finishes at 8pm) None of us had eaten anything and all had commented on how the drinks hadn't tasted like they had any alcohol in them. We all therefore opted for a Long Island Ice Tea, which if you know your cocktails, you'll know that just one is enough to leave you feeling like you're tipsy. These cocktails, despite being primarily alcohol, tasted like water and only left us feeling very hydrated rather than on the road to merry like we were hoping for. We all therefore decided to leave and eat somewhere else where we could get a real cocktail!🍹 Don't waste your money on fake cocktails!

Nice relaxed place to eat. Dog friendly. The food was delicious. We were a table of 13 and everyone was very happy with their meals. The service was good too. Definitely plan to go back there when we are next in the area.

🌟🌟🌟 - Good vibes, and food's not bad either We came here on a Friday night for a quick dinner and in hindsight it was probably not the right time to have a quiet dinner, you know, Friday night punters and all that. But besides that the place has good potential!

Lovely place, atmosphere is relaxed, love the decor. Food was ok. Had breakfast and hot chocolate. Sausage was lovely, bacon was a bit overdone for my taste, and the egg tasted odd but otherwise was nice.

7 in our group last night, average age 60. We spent £400+ on the majority food and spent roughly 3 hours here. The food was good, the service was good and the atmosphere was lovely. Now, onto the problem, which is unbelievably shocking. At the end of our night, we ordered 2 gin and tonics. 1 was fine, the other tasted like pirno, the guest only had a sip, there was something definitely wrong with it. We went to the bar and politely asked that we have a new 1, The person serving drinks not only argued with us, calling us liars and saying we was only after a free drink..... (which was not the case, since we was trying to change!) but decided to ban us all from Pato lounge promptly ushering us out of the restaurant and threatening to call the police!!!!!!. Not only was we very embarrassed, but we certainly would find it hard to come back. To the owner, please review the CCTV. We feel the young girl has massively over reacted here. (Review on behalf of my parents since they aren't part of Google and couldn't find somewhere to talk to someone at pato lounge.) Friday 16th June. Ushered out about 10pm?

Great place for brunches. Lots of space, good quality food. Ability to order from table makes topping up easy. Staff are really helpful, already made a second trip!

I came here with my friend for afternoon refreshing cocktails. We sat outside in the sun and ordered via the app which made payment and selection easy. I found the staff to be professional and polite. The atmosphere is good and chilled. Will definitely come again to enjoy this place.

Great service, reasonable food although came out slightly cold. Nice atmosphere and is quite busy all the time, therefore you do end up waiting a reasonable amount of time for food to arrive. Would return

The refurb has spruced this place up nicely. Food is reasonably priced and decent value for the money. Drinks are also good, although they did run out of some drinks and forgot a drink off of an order, but sorted it without any issues. The quiz on a Wednesday is good fun.

My first visit to Pato Lounge. Nice ambience, friendly customer service, food and drinks were of a good standard. Only critique would be the table was dirty and having to look at a table with empty cups and plates for the entirety of my visit. It won’t put me off visiting again! Robin

Popped in for quick snack… just awful! Coleslaw looked like it had dirty vegetables in it and tasted rancid. Tomato ketchup container was very dirty with old sauce round the top. The place is very dark I felt sorry for the older people sitting away from the windows as doubt they could see the menu let alone the food! £20 for two sandwiches and two drinks. Avoid, avoid, avoid

Really good tapas. The extras menu has plenty of things to pick and choose to create the perfect sized meal for very little extra and the waiter made sure to ask about dietary requirements. Generally good atmosphere. Only negative for me was that it's dog friendly so may be a touch noisy.

Expensive for what it is. Very friendly service and love the atmosphere, though some will find it too dark. Food arrived lukewarm and toast was barely cooked bread. Somehow the bacon and sausages were dry, but still tasted good. The Orpington nearby had much better quality food, and brighter interior but this place welcomes dogs which is handy.
