Fabulous traditional pub. Great head manager by the name of Tim. Again, The menu is traditional but good enough. If you fancy a drink or meal in a nice atmospheric pub, then you can't go wrong with this one.

Pleasant pub, lots of activities (bands etc). Unfortunately we sat near a very loud table of ladies and had to move in. No coffee available at 8.45

Nice place. A four hundred year old pub. The beer is a reasonable price. Saw the menu, it's like a traditional old fashioned style menu, could do with updating for more healthy style food. Lovely atmosphere here with a little entertainment on certain days.

Lovely little local country pub with live music and a fantastic beer garden. Nice staff, local Kent brewery Shepherd Neame serving their award-winning and very popular ales and beers. Did not try the food so cannot comment. Live music quite often here, from jam nights to bands playing everything from Indie rock to blues and jazz, so there is something for everyone. Met a lovely couple too, also music lovers, and just got on chatting - this is a friendly place with lovely people, easy to get to just off the A21.

New Years Eve was excellent, bar staff were top notch 👌

Friendly staff and good beer from a Kent brewery. The beer garden is fantastic with outdoor screens for sport. Would recommend a visit.

The pub is really well laid out and a great atmosphere, it has a garden wheelchairs can get in dogs are allowed throughout the whole pub and the garden the food was exceptional the staff are happy I'm really helpful a great little pub

I didn't find the pub very welcoming and nothing from today's visit made me think any differently. The pub was fairly quiet and apart from saying a few words of greeting I may as well have not been there. I know I'm rather unconventional but I'm not unfriendly and I'm polite. It wouldn't hurt for the staff to be a bit warmer to an occasional visitor

Traditional village pub offering a fabulous service & atmosphere. Highly recommend! Totally welcoming and looked after my mum when she was having car troubles near by. Thanks again for all your help.

I have a feeling this pub might be under new management. A warm welcome given, efficient service. Very nice food, and the pub has a nice atmosphere too. I recommend. We'll definitely be back

Booked a table for the World Cup, 24 hours later they decided to cancel my booking. Lady who took my booking was polite friendly (we even spoke about the booking being specially for the World Cup) and was told it was fine. Lady who cancelled my booking spoke down at me, had no reasoning for cancelling my table other than “we just don’t do it” and “reserving a table of 7 might pee off the regulars”.

Nice pub, great garden, goid staff, wish they had a few different cask ales on ! Live music good too.

Great traditional pub with with excellent good priced food, friendly staff and relaxed atmosphere, nice rear garden to boot. Nice that there are still some pubs like these and, its wheelchair friendly.

Great pub....Traditional, Fantastic Staff and Service. Just popped in for a drink and there was a Jazz band on so lovely and busy. Will be back to try the roast ❤️

Very limited choice of mains. Seems to offer lots of tapas but confusing to order. Not impressed with some of the bar staff as seemed more interested in their mobile phone than serving me at the bar. Waited for a couple of minutes in full view but then decided to go elsewhere. Was served a cloudy pint of ale, which in fairness was changed when I mentioned it, but should I have needed to mention it? Don't think I will be returning any time soon.
