Had dinner with friends last evening. Booked table originally for 4, later gave them a call to make it 5 with no issues whatsoever. Polite and very attentive service. Had the cold and hot mezes- nice variety. Everyone was pleased with their main food choices- both vegetarian and meat, complications to the chefs. Did not tried their coctails, had wine instead, but looked very different and interesting. Did not have baklava available on the night, slightly disappointing. Did try the rice pudding and it was 👌Will be back soon for sure.

Fantastic night had by all. First time visiting, great food large portions, really fabulous cocktails . Staff friendly and couldn't do enough for you. Night we went there was a live singer, who was fab. If you want a quiet meal i suspect this might not be for you, but atmosphere was fantastic.

Booked for a big group in advanced. Mains were served 2.5hours after starters. Paid £28/person but platter was so small and manager had to take out pieces from our platters WHILE eating to distribute to other table. Photo good for 8? Credits to the very attentive waiters however. I mentioned i was to edit it as I found it very inappropriate for the manager to interrupt our lovely celebration and instead of addressing our concern started a confrontation in front of all the group to call out review which was very inappropriate when he could’ve politely asked our concerns or just answered my question from the beginning, thus this review. Obviously only concern of ratings and not customer experience. Just to mention only 2 came late and 1 went home as it was 2.5hrs wait for mains even when we gave them the go signal to serve them already. The platter on picture was shared by 8 of us on the table as they said it was for 4 but no addition was given but instead pieces were taken out. Appreciate you recognizing the NHS. We appreciate your hard work and recognize the struggles in the business as well however I’m just being factual with my review which is only fair.

My second visit the first time a year ago we went for the bottomless brunch which was brilliant. Last night we went for the evening for my birthday treat from my gorgeous daughter and I must honestly say had one of the best nights ever. The food was delicious and the cocktails were very moreish! The live singer Craig was so good at getting people in the mood and up dancing and such a lovely man giving all of us who were celebrating birthdays a special mention. All of the staff there are so welcoming and friendly and go above and beyond in looking after you. Izzy the waiter such a nice and funny guy. Evie one of the waitresses there is so friendly and smiley was lovely chatting with her. The belly dancer was brilliant I got up and had a little dance lesson with her, can't actually believe I did that (hope that video doesn't go out anywhere 🤣) anyway she also is a lovely lady and so beautiful I'm sure the men find her very easy on the eye 😉 I could go on but I think you get how I feel about this gem of a place now. I can honestly say I had one of the best nights ever! I cannot recommend highly enough. Thankyou all at The Bank for making the night so special. Nikki X

Absolutely loved my time at the bank. I visited with my partner and was served by Aniya I believe her name was. The food was amazing, drinks selection was good. Overall it was a lovely experience and will definitely be returning x

Visited recently and had an amazing experience, the service was quick and efficient. The food was amazing and I have absolutely no complaints. All staff made me feel comfortable and at home and I think this is my new favourite restaurant! The food was great, well seasoned and my server was so sweet and helpful, I think her name was Inya or Aniya. Regardless, keep doing what you're doing and I'll be visiting many more times!

We went for a meal at the banks restaurant and it was incredible. The service by Courtney was amazing, a lovely women who had great understanding of her food and drinks and was able to recommend the best dishes. It was good prices for tasty food so 10/10. Definitely going back.

Early Friday outing before the entertainment started, party of 4. Food was very good, staff great very friendly and attentive. We could only get an early sitting as fully booked, and we tried booking days ago.

I booked The Bank Restaurant's private function room for my husband's 60th Birthday. The food was fabulous, the bar attender we had upstairs was on-point when it came to needing anything. The waitresses were extremely professional too. I am looking at the dates as we speak to book again. THANK YOU TO EVERYONE AT THE BANK RESTAURANT.

Had a wonderful Sunday lunch, food is amazing and very high quality. Portion size is more than substantial. Cocktails delicious, martini espresso for dessert! Staff are super friendly, attentive and professional. Can’t recommend enough. Thanks guys for a lovely day shared with friends.

Every visit I’ve always had a Warm welcome, staff are so Friendly and accommodate to all needs, amazing atmosphere brilliant quality food at reasonable/generous prices. Fantastic night out on Friday Saturdays with live music every family member is guarantied to enjoy! Will defo be back soon if not for the cocktails alone!

If you want a cheeky cheesy full of fun night out with friends, or better still celebrate a friends birthday - this the place! Good old fashion live music and let your hair down. Some of The waitresses can be stern and abrupt but if you ignore them. You will have a good time. Also try the rainbow cocktail- impressive!🌈

All I would say is look at the responses to the poor reviews and that tells you everything you need to know about the attitude of the management. Initially we were delighted, the food is faultless. However as we approached our 2 hour “kick out” that’s exactly what happened. It’s not the youngsters fault, it’s how they are trained but about 25 mins before kick out our glasses kept getting filled to the brim and we were asked at least 4 times if we wanted dessert. Then it dawned time was approaching. No compromise offered, finish drinks at the bar etc. The manager stood by our table and just said to the young waitress “I want them out, they will be in here in 10 minutes”. So rude. A large table next to us took pity on us and offered us their 2 spare seats which was so kind. Then our bill was delivered, we were told this had to be paid “immediately “ as the new guest at our previous table would not be able to order. Again no politeness, all very much everything done to suit the restaurant. When we left, no a goodbye or even acknowledgement from the manger. This could be a delightful place if they change the management and become a little less turnover driven and more customer centric. Shame, won’t return, back to the always reliable Chapter One.

Second visit: Fantastic food! Can't wait to taste other things on the menu! There's a set menu option which won't leave you disappointed but the à la carte menu is amazingly tasty! First visit: Amazing food and great service!! Best lamb I had in ages. Well done!! Very impressed and will definitely come back soon 👍

Clean environment which is always important at a food business. The young lady manager works tirelessly to accommodate all the customers and does a good job; almost serving the whole restaurant single handed. Food never disappoints! Cocktails a bit on the weak side but always will recommend Bank for nice Turkish food that's delicious and comes in big portions.

Had a fantastic Saturday evening; the meal is outstanding and of the finest quality. If you're searching for exceptional, welcoming service, especially from Aniya, Enis and Evie, I definitely encourage anyone to visit here. This restaurant offers fantastic food of the best quality at fair or generous prices. Fantastic night out with live music every family member is guaranteed to love on Fridays and Saturdays! Will most definitely return soon, even if just for the cocktails!

Came in for lunch special. Meze style menu items didn't seem home made but rather cooked from frozen batch ordered items. Adana and shish was tasty but nothing special. Good value at £14.95 for 2 courses. Service was friendly and the restaurant clean. Good atmosphere (promoted live music on weekends). Overall this place is nice and fun but food is above average at best

We were undecided as to where to go but stumbled across this place whilst wandering through Locksbottom. The place was very busy and although we hadn't booked a table, the staff accomodated us. The live singer was great, the staff attentive, the food was fantastic. If you are looking for a lively night out with lots of entertainment, this is your place. Thank you to all the staff for looking after us, honestly we had the best evening.

So many people return to this amazing restaurant that it speaks for itself. The best food, service and entertainment in Bromley. The singer, amazing, the belly dancer, stunning, the owner Izzy, a true gent, his manager Evie is just awesome. If you miss this venue then you are really missing out. The only place to come if you want to celebrate!!!!!
