Been many times, love the decor. Food is usually great, last time I was had pancakes for breakfast and my friend had egg benedict. Pankaces were lovely, a bit on a pricey side. I like their coffee and service, but I think they get a bit overwhelmed when full. Will definitely be back, one of the best café's in the area. Have been back a couple of more times for their French toast. Omg is legendary 🙌 . Look at my photos, super yummy. Customer service is also very good. Will be back for some more for sure

Had lunch which ended up having to be a takeaway today. The service was disgustingly poor, very slow and for the amount of staff that was on shift I was surprised. The staff were just walking round not seeing to customers, it took over 10 minutes for me and my friend to be serviced. During that time I went to the bar and asked if we had to order from the bar and the rude response I got was to just sit down at my table and someone will take my order. Eventually when our order was taken (our order being two panini's) it took over 45 minutes to finally get our food. Again during that time I had asked 4 different staff members how long we would be waiting as we were on our lunch break. The panini's came out cold and not much filling in them, and we couldn't wait for another 45 minutes to make us new ones. I understand that sometimes kitchen orders can get packed up but a delay on food should then be mentioned to the customers. However reading some other reviews it seems to be a regular thing. Very disappointing not worth the money and over all waste of time. I would 100% NOT recommend coming here.

Food is great, but to get it is different story. Had to wait over an hour for someone to come get our order, another hour to get food, and again bill - even considered getting up and leaving just to see if that might make them move - should've done that 😁 Not going back - don't have all day for breakfast.

The food at Walnuts is always good and in Sidcup the service is quick even though it's always busy. Here though it's shockingly bad service. One time we had to leave to go to work after waiting over 1 hour and just paid for drinks. Having been on another ocassion and again waited over 1 hour it's really not acceptable and won't be bothering with this place.

Very nice food, seems to be fresh, quality ingredients. Definitely worth the price. We have a lovely breakfast with you every month and it's always been consistent.

No sign of any menus on everything I've looked at unless it's after you register 0n one site or another? Should also remember Please and Thank you regardless of it's payment to the Machine Thanks for the Nice food and service,and various seating areas.

Good quality food cooked for you while you wait. Try the Latte... exceptional. Clean and pleasant surroundings. Professional well mannered staff. Recommended.

Food is great, in particular healthy options, however service isn't and this is not ok given prices here are high. In our case the courses for the people in our group were brought at different times, with food getting cold for those who wanted to wait to eat all together. Also we weren't brought drinks that we ordered and we had to chase twice for them.

Awful 😖. There was no service for 15 minutes . 1 of our meals did not arrive with the others, when asked, the server was rude and obnoxious. When the order did come, it was wrong. It wasn't busy there were staff. Not the usual by a long way. Disappointed.

Lovely cafe, but totally understaffed. 30 mins wait for drinks and one hour wait for food. Shame, as spoilt the wonderful food that did eventually come.

First timer at this place. Clearly a popular stop but even though we went at busy lunchtime the service was quick and all the staff seemed to be stress free. Great selection of smoothy type drinks as well, a different choice for all.

Absolutely delicious and wholesome breakfast. Great portions, hot chocolate is out of this world. Decor is beautiful and inviting. Staff are very friendly, service is quick and we can't wait to go back with our young children (who were very comfortable there) and try more of the menu.

We love this Cafe and is probably the best in the area however they completely ruined our plans on Father's day. It took 1 whole hour for our food to arrive!!! And 30 minutes for someone to take our order! Usually this cafe is great for families but unfortunately we had a very stressful experience waiting so long with a hungry toddler. You could see from looking around that everyone was having to wait with young children. Very unimpressed as management clearly didn't have enough staff on an obviously busy day. Therefore I definitely wouldn't recommend going here for a special occasion. Such a shame.

Fantastic brunch with Mum's. Food well worth going to sample. Service was slow and brought out drinks after food. Lovely atmosphere. Would go back.

Food was excellent! I had sea bass with new potatoes and roasted vegetables and it was delicious.

My daughter and I had breakfast hear this morning, what can I say ,this is an amazing cafe with no shortage of staff who are eager to please, we bothe ordered there full breakfast with black pudding and fried slice and obviously a potion of chips to share, it was amazing and the proprietor and chef, reg is a real gentleman, thank you to all of you, keep up the quality.

Lovely cafe/restaurant with a menu, lovely staff and excellent food. Can get very busy but they keep everything ticking over and it provides good value for money as the portions are very generous.

An absolute Gem in the heart of Pettswood, loved the atmosphere, felt welcomed right away. Amazing waitresses and staff. The food was cooked beautifully and it was by far the best English Breakfast Ive ever had. The quality of the food was high standard, you can tell they source freshly. Chef even came and checked in on myself and family to make sure we were ok, waitresses were fast! Great place to eat. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

We had a birthday party at the Petts Wood walnuts cafe- everything was absolutely perfect. The guested loved the food - Reggie went to great lengths to make sure everything was on point - brilliant kebabs, starters, skewers, kids food, drinks. The most friendly and accommodating staff that made sure everyone had a fabulous time! Highly recommend.
