£4.25 For a couple slices of sweet potato?! 0 Stars!

We went here as a party of 5, we ordered our food but unfortunately there was an issue in the kitchen meaning that 2 of the dishes were not cooked which was a bit annoying as the 3 ate and the 2 of us just looked at them while they were eating and then when they finished the other 2 dishes came out, so was a bit awkward! I then went to get a fizzy drink out of the machine and the syrup ran out so wasn't able to get a drink to finish my meal with, the restaurant was also very cold as the door was broken! So wasn't a great experience which I put down to being at the wrong place and the right time, but I was really impressed with the manager Rui, he was very polite and very understanding, respectful which you don't get much of these days, he tried his best to accommodate us and offered us some nibbles while waiting on the 2 dishes which we kindly turned down as we didn't want to ruin our main meal. Always have a decent meal at this branch so will be coming back!

The long wait for the food was a shame (53 minutes). Staff were friendly though.

Jacquie was amazing, brought our food out to us quickly and informed us we could save money next time by ordering the platter and getting the exact same things. We had a little chat before we left and she is just very lovely. She is a credit to the store, amazing woman.

Loved going here recently for a lunch, tasty dinner, right amount of heat as hadn't been to Nandos for forever, got me a nice takeaway too! A nice gentleman called Jay was especially kind, the servers too! Very ashamed I broke a sauce bottle accidentally, trying to carry too much, fibromyalgia pain after shopping trip, silly Billy me! The staff handled things with grace and speed clearing up, went to Nandos on a Friday afternoon, was nice not too busy, lovely music in the background, Portuguese with afro beats, will go back again next time I am shopping at the Nugent, no broken bottles 😳

I wish these guys would pick up the phone surely they are not supposed to just ignore the phone. I was on hold for 30 mins on two different phones and no answer. Honestly it's ridiculous I will need to try another branch as this one is terrible. 50 mins later no delivery and still not picking up the phone. Now I am battling to get a refund to order elsewhere fun and games on a Monday night just what you need. I will update everyone with the final scores. 1 Hour later and their customer services are now refusing to refund me no delivery still and can't get through on the phone. Now I am being told your order will arrive when it arrives and we will not refund you ETA is currently at 1h30 mins. Customer services put the phone down and now will not answer the phone as they can clearly see my numbe. So wow eventually my food has been picked up and 1h40 mins no pick up of the restaurants phone clearly there mist be an issue at the restaurant that has happened Nugent is terrible avoid at all costs I wanted to eat have an early night and this was not going to happen ordered at 7pm food arrived 8.40pm cold and soggy that I had to put in Microwave imagine.

I ordered yesterday at 16:40pm a delivery that showed estimated arrival being 17:35pm. The ordered arrived at 18:15pm! I then noticed 2 items were missing one being my 2 year olds chips. When I touched the food it was freezing cold! I was so unhappy because we had waited so long and were starving. This was a treat night for us since we don’t spend on takeaways much with the living crisis being difficult and it wasn’t cheap as was above £50. I rang up the number shown on the site and they was only going to refund for the missing items even though we had to throw the food away since it was stone cold. Myself being pregnant, my husband did not want me to eat freezing chicken and cold halloumi. After arguing and getting through to management we finally got a full refund and had to cook something since it had taken so long we were all starving. This has completely put us off ever ordering from Nando’s again or to even visit Nando’s since the quality of food seemed appalling.

It was an eve where there was no experienced chef helping so we had a bad experience with timing of the food, quality , billing everything ! Never happened before but has put me off to be there again with my family esp a child waiting for even chips for 40 minutes was quite a hassle ! We could see loads of take away orders going while we kept waiting for even a small dish for my child. Not worth the money for sure - if juniors were helping and quality of service and food was going to be down why was price the same ??

Seated quickly, no mention of any wait but it took 45 mins for food to come out and when it did my entire plate was stone cold. I sent it back and 15mins later, the waiter came and chased it up, only for it to be found waiting on the side. I don't know his name but the waiter who sorted out my meal deserves better. He was the main (and perhaps only) one running around serving people and dealing with complaints while other staff were prioritising takeaway and delivery orders. Way more food went in the delivery pile than it did to anyone's table.

Never opens on time. Meant to open at 11.30 on a Saturday and at midday we've been told they won't be opening for at least another 15 minutes. Not the staffs fault, of course, but this isn't acceptable Nandos.

They should have opened at 11:30 as it says on the door, but did not open untill 11:50 and left customers waiting outside. The service was slow fine and the chicken was undercooked. This is my third time to this Nandos and it gets worse each time! I will not be coming back.

5 star all the way. Very nice staff very understanding of what you are allergic to. Cook’s there know what they are doing. Would recommend this place

Me and my colleague come here often for lunch and the service / food is usually very good. The only slight issue is when it becomes busy then we have had very bad service to a point whereby we just turn round and leave, albeit this is infrequent as the service is usually good.

On a cold day I wanted to get something hot to drink for my elderly Mother, however I was informed that Nandos do not serve any tea or coffee. The staff were very sorry and polite but I find this ridiculous that they do not serve such a basic beverage.We left very disappointed and embarrassed.

The food was nice, but I was collecting and the manager kept on telling me to wait, a 10 minute est order and I was waiting for 25min, just to find out my order was on the table of ‘collecting orders’ this whole time. I saw many adults go to the area with out being stopped to get their orders, however the manager most likely as I’m under 18, did not let me near the table of orders waiting to be collected, as in his view may steal the food or take the wrong order. Overall and OK experience, only recommend going if you are eating in, or if you are taking away, be visibly over the age of 18.

I would like to say the waitress was very helpful. They were understaffed and there were no plates, forks etc. The staff cooking did not have hair nets on. 4-5 tables were piled up with dirty plates and no manager in sight.

Nice friendly staff, clean restaurant. The only downside was one side of my wrap had the smallest bit of chicken. Apart from that it was a pleasant experience.

We had a good meal here, can’t find any faults. The staff were really good, friendly and attentive, in particular 2 staff, the guy that took our order and the lady in button shirt who served our desserts. Good customer service and good ambience - not too loud. Thank you.

I ordered chickpea burger and it was awesome. Quality was very good. My wife ordered boneless chicken thighs and it was very delicious. I recommend this place highly.

Staff extremely rude towards delivery drivers and when I called the manager to complain his words were: "We're busy and I cannot talk right now." I simply asked the server (politely and smiling) to wait a second so I could close the bag (didn't want the food to get cold) in order to start the trip. Her response: "If you make me wait, I'll make you wait". It clearly shows how bad the sentiment among Nando's staff is towards drivers. Behaviour like this happens all the time and we're treated like second class citizens. UNACCEPTABLE.

Had 3 meals here. 1 was inedible, butterfly chicken. 2nd half chicken was ok, 3rd sunset burger naff. Waiting here now for a takeaway order. Been half hour already said would be 15 mins. Had 3 staff aslk me what I am waiting for and still nothing. Food overall is average at best. Same with service. TBF Staff are friendly.

Staff were kind and attentive, food was great.

I turned up and asked for my chicken wings to be well done the girl at the front didn’t look to impressed with my request. She than gave other peoples food and sauces and with mine didn’t even ask me what sauces I would like. I found that quite racist as the other people were English and they got asked and I wasn’t asked.

Great food. Can't complain about anything here. Services is great as always. Clean and tidy. Covid policy was a bit overkill but I can see why.

This place is awful! After sitting down, I got told by an old white lady (staff member), that my baby 'in her buggy, only 3 months old' isn't allowed in the restaurant, as something might fall on her. Never heard of that police in my life! The Walnuts centre Nando's went above and beyond when we went in to eat, when our baby girl was a few days old. My lemonade was disgusting, I got to it had ran out of syrup. Very unimpressed! My dish was so dirty with grease, I ended up spilling half of my rice in my lap! When I went up to the till for a box, with my baby in my arms, only 1 staff member acknowledged me (Thank you to her for being the only helpful member of the team)

The staff were friendly and accommodating. It was the hottest day of the year when I visited so I don't know if the air-conditioning was broken or just couldn't cope with the heat but it was pretty hot inside the restaurant. There was also an issue with their card payment system which meant we couldn't pay by card. Overall a clean, well organised Nando's and as usual, fast delicious food!
