Beautiful fresh fish, chips & chicken nuggets were pure chicken breast! Ordered and ready for collection just on time. Great customer service! Thanks Guys it’s our first visit will definitely be back.

Poor service, asked for vegetarian spring roll got one with meat in. The pie was missing from order. We only ordered 4 items and you got one wrong and forgot to put the other item in with the order.

Ordered 3 x pieces of chicken , 1 small portion of chips and 1 curry sauce. £9.50 that was. Never mind the price, got home and you can tell apart from chips chicken and curry sauce was probably from yesterday. Straight on the dogs bowl and guess what, not even the dog eat it. Pictures tell a whole story.

Good service, friendly staff. I like the way the fish & chips are presented, with the chips bagged up on their own & the fish boxed. Chips were perfect, personally I think the fish needed another two minutes in the fryer, but on other occasions fish was perfect! The Large was indeed "LARGE" ,but a little expensive at £12.30 for a takeaway. Otherwise excellent.

Be careful of this chippy. Just ordered chicken and chips from Deliveroo. They forgot the curry sauce but what is absolutely disgusting is the food. The chicken and chips have CLEARLY been reheated. My guess from the night before! Rang them up and just got ‘food is freshly cooked everyday’ lie….. you should be ashamed of yourself. Food straight in the bin

Do NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!!!! Man on other end of the phone said he does not care that the food took three hours and was stone cold, and to top it off was not what we ordered. Food was not even edible. Please save your time and money. They are now forwarding my calls. Very unprofessional.

We used this chip shop on 28th Dec It was £28 for 2 cod and chips 1 pie which was so much more than we pay elsewhere. They were absolutely awful and we had to bin them 😞 only 4 hygiene too…

I have brought fish & chips from this shop twice now & both times it has been poor quality... cold & greasy.. second time I complained to the manager/owner who was just very rude to me and told me to go away.. horrible rude staff.. 100% would not recommend or would buy from this shop again.

Always great food cooked fresh to order. You may have to wait but its worth it. Staff are always friendly.

Great fish but lots of chips with black bruises which we didn't eat. Not up to the usual Tom Bell standard.

Stopped by after skipping lunch. The guy cooked the fish fresh. Excellent, really light batter. Thoroughly enjoyed it. Recommended.

Used to be a really nice place for fish and chips however latest experience was horrendous. Delivery driver half an hour late. No apology. Food stone cold and he refused to give me my 10 per cent discount as stated on website. Was really rude and nasty about it too. Didn't call to say he was late but managed to call because he didn't want to walk to back of building to find flat. Bad experience. Certainly will buy elsewhere next time.
