High quality B&B in a beautiful part of the Kent countryside. Stunning views. Good standard of accommodation and a superb swimming pool. Lovely home cooked breakfast. Highly recommended.

This property is set in a beautiful quiet location with amazing views. It is an added bonus that guests get to use a communal lounge and kitchen. Lovely breakfast, Victoria is very accommodating.

Wonderful place in the country. Just keep in mind there are no TVs in the rooms and that's fine with me.

Our stay at Hurst Farm was absolutely wonderful! Victoria's hospitality was awesome, from her understanding about our late arrival to the delicious breakfast in the morning. The location couldn't have been more convenient for our visit to Chartwell in the morning, and then Windsor after that. Plus it was beautiful and peaceful -- dark enough to see the Milky Way! Thank you so much Victoria, we hope to be back soon!

We were in need of some R&R from London, and when we arrived, the sun was shining, you could hear the birds, and we automatically felt so chilled. We took a walk round the area, through the fields and then stopped off for some food at the local pub which was lovely. Back at the farm, we could have a bath while watching the sunset, it was delightful. Wonderful place to relax and unwind, and we will definitely be returning. Thank you Victoria!

A fabulous oasis of calm with a wonderful host. We made the mistake of only booking 1 night. I think it merits a minimum of 2 to fully enjoy the location. Very highly recommended.

Victoria was such a helpful host at Hurst Farm. I rented all 4 rooms for my wedding party in preparation for my wedding held nearby and I also got ready there in the morning. Victoria was not only incredibly helpful in answering any queries quickly before the booking, but also great once we were there. The rooms were all lovely and the gardens were beautiful - perfect for a morning photoshoot! She provided us a buffet breakfast on the morning of the wedding when we were all getting ready, and she cooked up a delicious cooked English for everyone on the Sunday morning in her kitchen which was such a nice touch. Would definitely recommend booking Hurst Farm!

Stayed here the night before my wedding with my Groomsmen. The grounds are relaxing and the accommodation beautiful. The hostess is extremely welcoming. Would thoroughly recommend to everyone and all!

Lovely old farmhouse Quiet and beautiful countryside Very attractive and comfortable extension created for the B&B Stayed with three of my daughters in April We had comfortable rooms, very clean and with a lovely view from my room on to the garden and fields. Our hostess Victoria was lovely and very patient with our slightly late arrival for breakfasts. The farm is well situated for many of the local historic buildings, Chartwell, Hever Castle being just two and only an hour away from Windsor which we did one day. A little noisy if people were in the rooms above, with water running for showers and/or baths, and Alfie the puppy decided day began before the sun was up! We had a great stay though!

Lovely place amazing pool... better than many hotel pools, easy going host who was happy to carry a heavy breakfast tray to the orchard so I could have breakfast in the early morning sun. Very fresh croissants and pastries warmed straight from the oven for breakfast. Amazing quality bedroom and bathroom..

An amazing B & B in a beautiful location. To call it a B & B doesn't do it justice. Victoria made us all feel really welcome and it was a perfect place to prepare for our daughter's wedding. The cooked breakfasts were really good. The rooms were very spacious and the bathrooms luxurious. The swimming pool looked fantastic, shame it wasn't warm enough.

An absolutely amazing location and we were given the most delicious breakfast in the morning. If I could give it 6 stars I would do so.

Despite sending an enquiry for our stay it was ignored for days. Proceeded to enquire via email - still ignored! Visited the website and followed their Instagram page and messaged via here - still ignored. Went on to send an email - still ignored! Finally got through to the telephone lines after days of trying… explained it was our 10 year wedding anniversary… the host Victoria was rude and Unaccommodating. We asked about the pool hours and she explained they had a wedding coming and therefore wouldn’t be able to use the pool after midday despite usually being able to use the pool until 4pm! Clearly more interested in the wedding guests than us. Very disappointing and definitely wouldn’t recommend.
