We stayed here recently and our experience was seemless. As someone who stays in a lot of hotels, I tend to go for places with a reception in case there are any issues. The way this was set up was excellent. On the morning notified by text about the process. We encountered no problems at all. Bed was comfortable, shower excellent pressure. It is a huge building and we felt like the only guests. Having pretty much free reign over the whole place. Will certainly stay here again and recommend to friends and family. There is a no shoes policy, which is understandable given the vast sq footage of carpet. Although I have balance problems so had to sit at the seat nearest the door to put shoes on and off.

We were there as a family and had a wonderful time. Such a beautiful place where you feel like kings and queens. It is well located to visit the castles, London, the beaches and more stunning places. Thank you for this lovely experience Saban & Belinda!

We stayed here for 2 nights, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience My husband and I have stayed in many hotels, and I think this was by far our favourite. We really appreciated the beauty and character of the hotel, the furniture was gorgeous, every single area was just beautifully presented. You book one room, but you have the pleasure of enjoying the entire hotel areas.. There was at least 4 living areas beautifully decorated and a huge dining room. It really felt like a treat and a pleasure to be there. We really enjoyed every minute of our time there...Saban the owner was so friendly and welcoming and always smiling, we felt so comfortable and chilled. We would love, love, love to return again, this might be our little gem getaway for relaxation and unwinding. Huge thank you Saban and Belinda for being such lovely people and amazing host. Best wishes Parveen and Daniel

Booked the place totally by chance during my visit to Maidstone with my two lovely daughters. And what a privilege it was to stay there.!!! Lovingly restored house , friendly atmosphere, not to mention the utter luxury of the rooms! Short walk to town, fantastic location! Can’t wait to return soon!

What a beautiful place 👌 We had a wedding to go to and this hotel was literally a 4 minute drive away. The rooms were decorated to a high standard, the bed was very comfortable and nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend a stay here, I will definitely be returning.

This hotel is the most gorgeous hotel I've ever stayed in. The building is beautifully renovated, and it was our favourite part of our trip! I will definitely be staying here if I'm ever back in Maidstone, and I recommend anyone traveling in the area stay here too.

This accommodation was lovely, we stayed for an anniversary and it was beautiful. The hosts were super friendly and we were absolutely in awe of the house and its history. You have done a beautiful job with this renovation and we look forward to staying again! Nishita and Jamie

Stayed yesterday evening in the suite, what a hidden little gem. This has to be seen to be believed. Inside is like a Moroccan palace. Courtyard was amazing and the grand living areas. Service was second to none. So reasonably priced, in fact it’s severely underpriced. This room in central London would be easily £750 plus per night. Will definitely be returning again very soon.

What a pleasant surprise. An oasis of style in a not so stylish town . Nestled in a busy road is the stone court hotel . A sanctuary of calm . Ridiculously value for money . If this was in London it'll be £300-£400 a night but they do it way way cheaper . A really nice couple of lounge rooms with a central stair case that lead up to the rooms . Very good communication and details about your stay . Four poster bed room with loads of space with superb bathrooms. Satin sheets and a really comfortable bed. It's still hard to grasp were you are when your inside to when you're outside in the not so hospitable town but draw the curtains and relax and unwind by the funky fireplace . This is a special place which is a testament to the owners . P.s don't forget to take your shoes off . You'll understand when you get there .

What a place, when you walk through the door you can hardly believe this sort of beautiful listed building is in this location! It's spotlessly clean & everything is of a very high standard. You can order snacks & drinks to your room through a menu in the room if you wish. Would Highly Recommend for a getaway just an hours drive from London.

My husband and I absolutely loved our stay at Stone Court House last weekend . The place is steeped in history with some parts dating back 700 years ! Entrance to the house is easy as we were sent a code in the morning - all very well organised so that we didn’t have to give an exact time of arrival . The decor in the guest lounge is absolutely breathtaking . We spent a long time admiring all the furniture and some of it had travelled a long way to get there ! On entering our room we were immediately impressed with the beautiful furniture amd how spacious and immaculate everything was . We had a wonderful four poster bed with satin sheets ; goose down duvets and pillows and a very comfy mattress making for a perfect night’sleep . The room was well provided with tea / coffee machine and water . We adored the bathroom - so ornate you have to see it to believe it . The owners Saban and Belinda are so lovely and friendly and nothing seemed too much for them . They were more than happy to show us around and answer any questions we had . I would recommend Stone Court to anyone . It is fit enough for a King 👑 and a Queen 👸 We look forward to coming back again soon

This was wonderful lodging- my room had a huge tub! The owner left me bubble bath and champagne! Heaven can wait, After 2.5 weeks, I was there! Great room and very private on the third floor with beautiful sweeping stairways…. Very English decor with nice antiques to enjoy. Great Italian food Next-door and Indian on the other side. Easy access to buses and train is 13 min walk.

I stayed here with my partner coming up to a year ago now and we absolutely loved our stay. I have not forgotten how caring the owners were towards me after I had an injury one evening out in the town. They were both lovely and quick to assist me. Me and my partner have mentioned returning here on multiple occasions, the house is just beautiful. I hope to be back soon :)

5 out 5 10 out of 10 2 thumbs up ...all of this with a cherry on top... My partner and I had just finished up at a family members wedding. We arrived Stone Court House we wondered if we'd walked into another dimension or place far, far away from Maidstone. This is one of the grandest properties we have stayed in and we even double checked the price!!! We we're greeted in our bedroom with a 4 corner posted bed, silk sheets, marble floor bathrooms and absolute luxury. We felt warm and welcomed, and the owner (who's name I unfortunately can't remember) was so friendly and attentive. We had a little look round the building and absolutely fell in love with it. We didn't realise how big it was! Walking around listening to classical music and seeing the chatacter and history of the building definitely added to the experience of staying here. We definitely got more out of this stay than any Hotel or property we've ever stayed at and would love to stay again.

We hired the whole of Stone Court House for the ‘night before’ and ‘morning of’ our wedding. To say it took my breath away would be an understatement. I’ve honestly never stayed in a place where ever last detail was thought about and excellently executed. I almost can’t believe it’s only 3 stars!! Deserves the full 5 in our opinion. Some would think it was the grand bedrooms, exquisite communal areas, marble bathrooms, gorgeous spacious bridal suite, 24 hour vending machine of goodies that really made our stay. But honestly, it was the owner Saban. This man… by far the best host I’ve ever had but a true genuine human. He did all the big things but also so many little things that only a bride can truly appreciate. The only negative thing I can say about this experience is I wish I could have stayed for longer (stupid wedding!) We cannot wait to return and for someone who has stayed in 100s of hotels/hostels/airbnbs/all-inclusive luxury resorts across multiple countries, this really was one of the best. Thank you so much for adding such value and care to our wedding experience. We are beyond grateful! See you again! Jen & Guy xxx

Where to begin? We used Stonecourt as a base for our wedding - Rehersal drinks and getting ready. It was the perfect backdrop to the weekend. Staff/Service: Saban (owner) is such a wonderful person. He was incredibly helpful over the weekend, flexible and caring. Nothing was too much trouble and he was incredibly understanding with the chaos of planning and doing a wedding. They plan to have this as a wedding venue and I am so excited to see that happen. You will be very well looked after. Rooms: We had all the rooms for one night and then I had the suite for 3 nights. All the rooms are beautiful, incredibly comfortable and insane sizes. You are absolutely spoilt staying here. There are tea and coffee making facilities in all rooms. Milk is available downstairs too. The House: There are 3 communal areas plus the outdoor terrace which are all stunning. You have access to crockery, cutlery and glassware in the dining room should you want to hire takeaway etc. There are also some board games and chess boards. Location: It is on the main road so you have to park around 400ft away. There is absolutely no stopping infront of the venue so something to keep in mind for pick ups/drop offs. It would be helpful if there was a loading bay to the property. The only smallest negative. It is very close to town. And Vesuvius the Italian directly next door is amazing! They catered our rehearsal dinner. Check In: Is super easy with a pin code access Things to note: No shoes allowed in the house Towels are provided There are vending machines with snacks and drinks. However I think these are turned off after a certain time. I can NOT recommend Stonecourt enough. It is a beautiful location, they have done an incredible job with it.
