When you get to the take away window to collect they won't let you have any dips as they're now charging 10p. They want you to drive around again to pay for dips. Seems sensible.

I went in there w my mates and my friend tried to use her monopoly sticker on the machine and it didn't work. After scanning it on the machine and it failing she then asked an employee for assistance. The employee was very unhelpful took the sticker off my friend and left her shocked and speechless. I tried to speak to the manager for my friend as she was too stunned to speak but the employee butted in and started screaming too the point where even the manager was laughing. Now my friend is scared to go back, we were both screamed at and we left chicken nuggets and mcflurry-less.

Used the drive through today, once i parked in the carpark i noticed 1 x medium chips was missing plus the straws for the kids, I walked into the restaurant with my receipt and requested the chips plus the straws. I was given the straws straight away, Emma the manager at the time refused to give me the chips. She wanted all the food back before handing over 1 x medium chips, the kids was already eating the food in the car, Emma was very rude and said I would need to purchase the chips again or take the food back of the kids to return it into the restaurant. Very embarrassing being accused of trying to get free food. As a family we work very hard to treat the children once a week to a takeaway. I said to Emma, please look at your cctv and you will see the chips was not put into the bag, she refused and insisted I take the food away from the children to show her the chips was missing. Out of principle I did not purchase more chips to replace the one I had all ready paid for. Personally I felt like Emma was on some sort of power trip in front of other coworkers. As a family we will not be using this restaurant again.

Super friendly service

From the start the woman on the intercom couldn’t get rid of me quick enough. I had barely finished asking for what meal I wanted before being asked “is that everything!” Multiple times! Then the mistakes followed. I asked for a plain chicken mayo which then came with mayo! I asked for a large toffee latte which then turned into a large coke. No ketchup with the happy meal and to top it off no milkshakes or McFlurrys available as the machines are broken yet again. Disappointed to say the least.

Went in after work no order screens working and no body around to pay for food at till. I left after waiting 5 minutes and calling into the kitchen multiple times

Pulled in for a snack. Very nice and helpful member of staff ordered our food on the machine and we paid and sat down. Very pleasant experience. Shame they're not all this nice an experience. Well dome Swanley. Will be back.

I went to collect some keys that a random person took to McDonald's. Why anyone would do that. Thank you to the staff for telephoning me to say they were there. If the misery key lifter is reading this you owe me £600

Good little rest stop on my way back to Essex. Staff were polite, attentive and proficient. Food was fresh and not dripping in grease, unlike other branches (Maldon, Boreham) my only gripe is the size of the car park and lack of lorry parking spaces.

Its a maccy D. Same as every other Maccy D. Specialist menu burgers are just sauce changes most of the time,don't wast your money!!! Always customise your order then food is made fresh and hotter than 12 minutes stack trays.

Can't rate the "atmosphere" as it was a take out order. There was sufficient oxygen for sure. Didn't notice an excessive amount of nitrogen. Probably standard, at around 78%. Argon barely noticeable. Plenty of burgers.

Prepared quick, but mixed up the table service order as a pickup. Found the entrance from the Ruxley end, not going into the A20.

What a disappointment. Taking sitting in orders, with no seating available whatsoever. Cheeseburgers were cold, cheese intact as a slice - the whole thing was just cold altogether. Very small and crowded, uncomfortable. Staff couldn't care less, as most places.

Great service all round on the drive through, both ladies very friendly and smiley. Food nice and fresh and hot.

This was at the right place at the right time! I don't usually eat fast food, but last week there were four contraflows between when I left and got here, so I stopped and had the first McDonald's I had had in many years. I had the veggie dippers and orange juice so I got some vitamins!

Burger looked older than it should be, order no pickle to get a fresh one with melted cheese (not congealed)

The worst place you can even imagine. Most ridiculous parking ever. Mc Donald's parking being busy so I parked on Starbucks. Cost me 60 pounds penalty charge . Those two parking actually separate business. Abusing system and trying to rip their clients not even on food and drinks but on parking space too. Just be careful when you around . Sometimes just better to go somewhere else with the end of the day you will be better at least parking fees lol My 25 mins costs me £60. Stay away . Avoid this collaborative Starbucks/Mc Donald's scam.

I would like to say big thank you to the lovely Lady who was cleaning this McDonald's was so clean and she was cleaning and clearing as soon as anyone left . And she kindly took our rubbish and out into the bin so Thank you

This is a great location on a popular route. Well signposted and accessible. Staff are attentive and place is kept very clean. Seating area has been reduced over time I expect that is because most of the trade is drive thru. The toilets are a bit cramped not suitable for a large person and I didn't see an accessible toilet although I may have missed it. Either way again very well maintained and clean.

Always a good experience. They missed the burger bun with the onions this time and was slightly colder than usual. Was still very good and fast service. Customised cheeseburgers likely unwrapped and then customised rather than freshly cooked - was fine as meant less of a wait, as expected for a service station. Will visit again. Pitt stop rather than dining experience.

visited swanley mcdonalds this morning. Worst possible service ever. i ordered sausage and egg muffin meal, the food came out very quickly, i had to ask for tissues and a spare bag as the one i was handed was oily. on inspecting the muffin i noticed burnt charcoal on the surface of th paty, i handed this back to the lady who was working on window. she asked what was wrong and i explained to her that 5% percent of the paty was charcoal, she went away and came back with anothe muffin and said her eyou go. i asked if that was normal and safe to eat and she replied you have a replacement, goodbye, i asked again if that would have been safe to eat, she waved her hands in the air and said i can not do this, shortly after another younger women came to the window and asked if she could help. i said i asked the other lady if the muffiin was safe to eat and she replied by waving hands in air and saying i can not do this. the lady replied she must be stressed because i aske dher a question, she also said she can not take complaints and has th eright to walk off. i asked for there names as they was not wearing name tags, she refused. i offered her some advice that she gets the other lady help as she is obviosly bring problems to work with her. i have never had this type of behavoir from any mcdonalds staff since 40 years. i can see why the place was empty, down to customer service, avoid if you value yourself as a person.
