Spent a thoroughly enjoyable afternoon with Max perfecting my hand brewed techniques and left with a lovely bag of Villamaria Columbian coffee. Espresso course next! Great facilities, nice to see an EK43 in the flesh!

Such a fun and educational time, firstly we called to ask if we could arrange a time outside of the schedule online and they were happy to do so. Then when it came to the actual lesson Max answered every question we had with enthusiasm and expert knowledge as well as getting us from being completely unaware of the coffee making process to making flavoursome and consistent drinks within 3 hours! if you are looking to get into barista work i can’t recommend this training enough.

I can't recommend the Barista Basics course enough! Such an educational, interesting and fun few hours. Luke is a living coffee legend who is full of knowledge and experience, and breaks down complicated things in a clear and accessible way. I went in knowing barely anything about coffee and I left full of information, excitement and confidence with working an espresso machine. If you're thinking of booking this course, do it!

I spent two hours at Roasted with Luke today having some 1-2-1 barista training. I have to say it was brilliant. Luke was very patient and explained everything in a simple and easy way. A perfect balance of theory and plenty of hands on practice. I knew nothing about coffee or making a decent one at the start but left two hours later very confident in my new found coffee making skills. Highly recommended training. Thanks Luke

Having just visited Richard at Roasted on a professional level, I was offered a coffee during our meeting. It was easily the best coffee I have ever had! So full of flavour and left me wanting more. I will definitely be ordering some ground expresso and would recommend to any coffee lover. Luckily I was given one go too!

We did a Home Brewing barista course at the Roasted headquarters in Henfield. Luke was really helpful and engaging and we have come away more enthusiastic about coffee brewing at home! There was plenty of coffee samples to try and hands-on experience of the brewing techniques. We would highly recommend this course!

I really enjoyed the 2 hour barista training session. Luke was very passionate about coffee, really knowledgeable and tailored the session to my needs. He also made me feel comfortable and confident. Overall, I found it really interesting and was pleased to produce a decent coffee at the end of it!

Good experience and we learnt a lot, highly recommended because you will learn so much. But quiet disappointed, as they have a bottle outside with some liquid to trap and kill bees, I understand there was plenty of them, but all you need to do is ignored them and not kill the most important insect on hearth.
