If you’ve had your iPhone 11 repaired recently at this store, it probably contains pieces of my old phone. My phone was stolen and this was its last reported location, as is the case for other people so this place is definitely ran by criminals, do not trust. They’re probably ugly too

They lied to me to buy a phone. When I realised that they deceived me I asked for a refund immediately but they refused to give me a full refund and insulted me. They behave dishonestly, have no shame and no remorse. Generally better pay with credit card in any shop and be suspicious if they insist that you pay in cash like in this shop. Avoid them and go to a proper store.

Do not go here!!! During lockdown I was desperate to get my battery fixed as it was dying after 10 minutes of use- with a full charge. Took it to Jupiter and they returned my phone in a worse condition. The phone wouldn't even turn on without being connected to a power source. They guy offered to fix again within 30 days, but their reputation and work are terrible and I decided not to go back. In the end I took my device to a place on Kentish town Rd. The guy there showed me the battery Jupiter had put in my phone and said it was a fake apple battery. So yeah, cheap repair but cheap quality too. DO NOT GO HERE!

Manager was very reluctant to give my money back after purchasing something with in less than an hour be careful money grabbers very bad customer service would not recommend this shop steer clear and I mean far away from this shop

Called to check whether my phone was brought in to be unlocked/sold after it was stolen & last location shown on Find my phone was close to this store (rang other phone stores in the area too). Got verbally abused down the phone.

He asked me for a deposit before saying the price of repairing the screen of my cell phone and on the company's website it does not say that a deposit is required before the repair, he fixed my cell phone only one day after I left a deposit in cash at the store 20 pounds in deposit and he was very rude when he asked me to take the mobile the next day, it only took him an hour and a half to fix the screen of the mobile when I arrived at the store he asked me for another 123 pounds without having given me the receipt for the repair and on top of that he took the battery from my mobile phone and other parts having modified them without my permission , and I only asked to change the broken screen and not change anything else , I feel deceived because the price he charged was almost the price of the mobile phone when i bought it i never go back to that store he clearly ripped me off.

Absolutely digusting business! I brought my phone to them to fix the screen and returned thirty minutes later to find there was a part missing from my phone.when I asked what happened he didn't give me an answer so I waited while 'my phone' was charging. After about ten minutes I asked him to turn it on and I saw a completely different screen and I said thats not my phone.he then asked if it was my phone when had told me all along it was mine .after reacting in outrage he then called the police one to distract from the fact he had taken my phone and completely swapped it. I have since been left with a phone I cannot use and have not been able to work due to the nature of my job as a mobile hairdresser. I've found my imee number and its completely different to the phone they swapped.This has been the most horrifying experience I've ever had for just wanting to fix a crack in my phone and I am extremely worried for my personal safety and personal iinformation.not to be trusted at all

Very reasonable price, always offer excellent service. Have been going to this shop since years. Manager Omar is very helpful always. They offer same day repair which is quite convenient. I highly recommend this shop to anyone who is looking for quick repair with reasonable price. 👍👌
