YUSUF
and
BILAL
are
the
actual
best…
As
an
American
moving
to
London
for
work,
I
thought
finding
a
place
to
live
in
such
a
densely
packed
area
shouldn’t
be
too
much
of
a
problem.
I
WAS
WRONG.
After
arriving
and
sorting
out
my
(incredibly
expensive)
short
term
accommodation,
I
proceeded
to
do
exactly
what
everyone
told
me
I
should
do.
I
walked
into
local
real
estate
offices
and
met
face
to
face
with
MANY
DIFFERENT
agents,
from
Foxtons,
Dexters,
Chancellors,
Right
Move
and
many
smaller
local
offices.
I
heard
the
same
thing
over
and
over,
“the
market
is
super
hard”
“you
will
have
to
pay
many
months
upfront”
“nothing
is
available
right
now”
“
the
London
market
is
always
2
months
ahead
and
you
will
NEVER
find
anything
before
that
and
if
you
do
you’ll
have
to
pay
SIX
MONTHS
IN
ADVANCE.”
After
looking
for
several
days
my
fiancé
found
a
company
listing
that
fitted
our
needs,
from
SWLP
or
South
West
London
Properties.
I
emailed
and
was
booked
in
for
a
viewing
the
next
day,
and
after
viewing
the
property
decided
to
put
an
offer.
Afraid
we
would
be
out
bid,
we
offered
to
pay
multiple
months
up
front,
something
rather
foreign
to
American
renters,
but
something
we
believed
was
necessary
because
of
interactions
with
the
above
company’s.
Yusuf
and
Bilal
told
us
that
was
not
necessary
at
all,
and
the
price
was
simply
what
was
listed,
no
more
no
less.
A
very
integral
move,
they
could
of
taken
the
money
and
never
told
us
different.
The
move
in
was
a
breeze,
and
after
a
couple
of
days
a
maintenance
issue
arose.
I
texted
Yusuf’s
PERSONAL
mobile
and
explained
the
problem,
I
got
a
response
within
minutes
and
had
a
maintenance
man
on
site
LESS
than
24
hours
later.
The
whole
process
before
moving
in
was
so
simple
and
easy
I
legitimately
thought
for
a
while
it
was
a
scam.
That’s
a
crazy
thing
to
say,
I
know,
but
comparing
the
interactions
I
had
with
SWLP
to
Seymour’s
(a
company
still
emailing
me
random
properties
that
don’t
even
fit
the
description
of
what
I
need
and
are
available
several
months
out.)
I
was
always
told
if
something’s
too
good
to
be
true
you
know
the
rest.
Before
sending
the
deposit
to
hold
the
apartment
I
checked
SWLPs
reviews
on
google,
and
as
of
right
now
they
have
101
5-star
reviews
and
ONE
4-star
review.
What
kind
of
company
has
THAT
GOOD
of
reviews??
But
I
did
my
research,
and
they
are
very
legitimate.
After
dealing
with
SWLP
and
SPECIFICALLY
Yusuf
and
Bilal
I
completely
understand
why
they
have
such
good
reviews.
They
are
legitimately
good
business
men
and
seemingly
just
good
people.
We
need
more
of
them.
