Especially when dealing with very embarrassing matters, you're made to feel like they don't matter or you're making a big deal... Sort out appointment system! Let patients book in advance over the phone.

Can never book appt in advance so everyone calls at 8am, phone engaged until about 8.20, then normally told all appts have gone, ridiculous system. GP's always changing, no continuity. Recently had the worst ever experience with a Dr Latif. Rude, insulting, humiliating and left in tears, an absolute insult to my illness. If there was somewhere else to change to I would have done it a long time ago but it appears most reviews are very poor. One star too many for this GP.

awful! impossible to get an appt. we had to transfer here as our other doctor surgery retried and closed and it is a nightmare.. the doctors and nurse themselves are lovely but its so hard to get an appt. No pre booking appointments which for someone like me who works full time in london is extremely hard. you have to phone up at 8am on the day to book (you literally have to call 20 times cos is constantly busy then when you finally do get connected you're on hold for 20 mins) then when you finally speak to someone all the evening appointments which i could make after getting home from london are gone and thats it, nothing you can do about it. absolutely ridiculous!! the reception staff are rude about it too, and apparently their reasoning for no pre-booking is that people forget about their appointments - the solution: either only allow people to prebook apps for that week (nobody will forget that) or send out text reminders or phone calls to patients. Really not that hard. I've never come across such a stupid policy and we are changing surgeries which is a shame cos as i said the doctors themselves and the nurse is lovely.

I just want to acknowledge the huge improvements that have happened over recent months at EGP. A big win is the new telephone system which tells you where you are in the queue. There also seems to be better availability of appointments and more opportunity to book. The reception staff also appear more sympathetic and usually exhibit a helpful demeanour. Well done guys

If the Police break in to your home and find your body, you can rest assured of a personal appointment with the Doctor to sign your death certificate.

The management and services provided by Eastwood Group practice are quite poor. It's incredibly difficult to secure an appointment, and even if you do manage to get one, it's not uncommon to receive a call shortly thereafter to inform you that your appointment has been cancelled.

Had to argue with a doctor to get blood tests finally she agreed and turns out I need life long medication, can't book appointments in advance , tried to get online services for them to mess it up so i have no access, unregistered my child who I had to re-register (if I hadn't tried to book an appointment i wouldnt have known as no information was set ... also still waiting for them to send a 3year check and vaccinations letter) , made a complaint about the original Dr and had absolutely no response, wanted me to redo bloods but I was told by the nurse that it had to be a Dr to issue the form to then call several times trying to prebook a phone call for this to happen to be told I had to call in the morning so eventually went in and turns out the afternoon/evening receptionists are much nicer than morning ones they printed the blood test form no issue's there and then , as a whole most of the staff have a no bed side manner / compassion / understanding or empathy for the patients and its appalling the way we are treated and no one added my life long medication to my repeats so when they reissued it I now have 18months worth 👍 absolute joke how these people can be classed as "care" givers/workers is beyond me!

Was informed that the printer did not work and that the prescription would be sent electronically to the pharmacist. Three visits to the pharmacy and two calls to the surgery and I still do not have the medication. It’s been nearly a week since my appointment.
