👍👍 My new favourite place. Hidden away with lots of treasures to be found. Great ambience with over 100 traders offering a wide range of retro items. Pickup and pay at the end with no staff present, which adds to the aladdin's cave vibe.

This interesting shop is packed full of all sorts of bits and bobs that are new and old, some are hand made. It is a collection of items from roughly 200 different traders all in one area. We spent ages wandering around looking at all of the different products new and old.

A very eclectic mix of stalls within an old warehouse spread over three floors. Lots of antiques, bric-a-brac, and interesting goods for sale. I’m sure there’s something for everyone in here.

A real Aladdin's Cave of curios, nick-knacks and crafts. Great fun to slowly explore the three floors, and a cool escape from the sun. Not accessible to the top two floors for wheelchairs sadly.

Very nice place quite a few places to eat and drink nice atmosphere and friendly staff. Went to the antiques area and bought a few bits and bobs Alec bought 2 buses not real ones models of course. They are like catacombs hehe . Atmosphere is lovely didn't go upstairs as we both have issues walking but nice place. Cafe was woof woof friendly nice alternative to going to the windy corner cafe over the other side of the harbour .parking close by both disabled blue badge and car parks .xx

What a find! An Aladdin’s cave of antiques, knick-knacks and hand made items - I was in heaven and could have spent a fortune! An amazing building, full of character, in a quirky courtyard. Love the idea of paying at the pay kiosk at the end, and what a lovely lady serving. Will definitely pop in again on our next visit to West Bay.

Every time I visit West Bay, I always have to visit The Customs House. The massive variety of items from hundreds on traders over three floors means that there is something for everyone. Lots of antiques and unique items. During my most recent visit, I came across a lovely item, which for some reason I passed up on. On arriving back from my holiday, I thought I'd get in touch with The Customs House to see if they would post the item to me. I exchanged emails with Bev, who was very helpful and more than happy to put the item aside for me, and package and post it to me. The item arrived promptly and was very well packaged. I really appreciate the trouble that was went to in order for me to recieve the item. Thanks again!

Had lunch of cod and chips here today. Very nicely cooked and very generous portions.
