A lovely hotel and restaurant. Excellent food, really well presented and nice ambience. Excellent customer service and the room was better than many starred hotels we've stayed in. The shower was fabulous! Highly recommended.

We didn't get to eat here as we were at a friend's birthday party. We did stay in the beautiful room above the restaurant. Spacious and well equipped with brilliant views across the green on three sides. The breakfast was the best I have had for a very long time. The owner was very welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. The restaurant looked fabulous as well and we will definitely be going back there again.

We love dinner in The Bakery. It’s a real treat. Such a lovely village restaurant. Just booked for Christmas Eve and so looking forward to it. Always great food and a wonderful place to get the family together!

Whilst out for a drive we literally fell upon The Bakery and decided to have lunch there. The meals we chose from the lunchtime menu were superb, we started with with Leek and potato soup and my partner had a main course of homemade beef burger with all the trimmings whilst I chose the roasted butter chicken salad followed by a warm pear and almond tart with ice cream. What started out as a nice drive ended as a beautiful day out in Tatsfield. We are now planning on going to the restaurant when they can fit us in. 5 star service and food. Thakyou.

We stayed here for one night as we had a family wedding in the vicinity. Beautiful modern large rooms, immaculately clean with everything you may need. Andrew was super hospitable and made us feel welcome. We arrived at around 2 pm and were starving so Andrew quickly made us this amazing ham and cheese toasted sandwich. We also had a fantastic breakfast..the full English was simply perfect. Super satisfied !

Had dinner here the food was lovely the two gentleman on shift were great and polite it's a lovely relax setting.

We have now stayed twice at The Bakery with my sons visiting the surrounding airfields and viewing WWII Spitfires. Andrew is a great host, warm a welcoming. The rooms are clean, tidy and comfortable. We had dinner at the restaurant both times, and the food and wine was excellent. The english breakfast is also excellent. Highly recommended The Bakery for your next visit.

Fantastic food and really friendly service. We stayed in one of the double rooms with our 3 month old and had loads of space and a great stay. Would thoroughly recommend.

Went for Christmas day lunch and sadly we weren't given a menu prior to ordering only told that there were vegetarian options. Their only veggie option was a Brussels sprout gratin which was basically a bowl full of big Brussels 🤮 with a bit of red cabbage on the side, no roast potatoes as they were all cooked in duck fat ☹️ I am told that the turkey and fish options were good though although why they couldn't have done a veggie roast I don't know. Sadly not worth the £100 odd I spent on my meal.

What a find! Drove past The Bakery Bar and then decided to pop in to see if we could have a meal. My son and I ended up enjoying 2 courses from the set menu. I chose leek and potato soup followed by a roasted vegetable tartlet. We ate in the bar to watch the World Cup Final. An afternoon/evening to remember. The staff and clientele were all nice and friendly. Would recommend.

Fantastic staff who organised a wonderful meal for my elderly parents. Extremely accommodating and helpful.

Stopped here whilst traversing the North Downs Way and have to say it really is a lovely little place to stay, if not slightly off the beaten track. The village itself is quite picturesque and the room here, although quite small, was very modern and nicely decorated. Sadly the owner doesn't do food on Sundays but was happy for me to order in, the bar area was very friendly and I very much enjoyed the morning breakfast. I'm planning to come back and do it all again and, when I do, I will certainly be coming back here.

My family and I were all very impressed with the delicious food and excellent service we received here last night. A well kept local secret that we will be recommending to friends and family. The quality and freshness of the food was so good that we will definitely return again soon.

We went for Sunday lunch. There was just one person juggling bar and restaurant service. We felt like we were being rushed throughout. Food was good shame there was no ambience in restaurant.

We just had a great lunch, a lovely meal. Andrew and Tony were perfect hosts. Food was exceptional. This place is a little gem! Thank you Andrew.
