Good olympic size pool, kids pool, gym , kids play area, badminton court, squash court etc. It has lots of classes as well e.g skating classes on Sunday 10:30 AM, Gymnastics etc.. only downsize is that there is no free parking for its customers.

Excellent huge 33m pool. Swam today and the temperature was perfect. Delicious. Highly recommended. Felt lovely. Also used the small pool (family splash is 2pm on Sundays for toddlers) Again perfect temperature for toddlers. The changing rooms are a horrible design - a labyrinth - and ancient; chipped tiles, broken lockers, broken showers. Needs massive investment this place. Just ignore all this best you can, and get in to the water quickly! The pool is worth it. Staff helpful and knowledgeable.

Soft play is quite big and fun for the little ones, it’s a shame how dirty it is most of the times I have visited. I keep finding all sorts of lint, hair, rubbish, layers of dust inside, pieces of food, etc everytime I visit. It’s understandable that it’s not possible to keep it 100% clean at all times but definitely needs to be checked and cleaned more often as it looks like no one cleans it at all for days.

Terrible Leisure centre. Took our two babies swimming today and just the worst experience ever. The showers were cold and no hot water and when we left and made a complaint at reception, apparently it's been like this for a while and they've been trying to fix it. No mention of this when they take your money online as you book. Dirty changing rooms, puddles everywhere just a horrible place! Won't be going there again.

Feels a bit tired these days, especially the changing facilities. However the proposed new development would be ruinous to the area and probably price many people out, so it's decent for what it is.

Good place, but parents need to realise it's a place for kids to play. Not for all of u adults to get together for a chinwag. I find a table of about 6 adults who are there for one child. Take up all that room and make the place look like a right mess. Also, the softplay management need to fix their ball machine. It's been broken since January.

Kids pool was closed for the family splash session and main pool too cold for my 1 Yr old. The changing rooms are also outdated and the floor was dirty. I did get the money for the swim refunded onto my MyTime account so they acknowledged the issue well.

2nd time at the soft play today. Staff very friendly and helpful and contrary to other reviews on here I found the play area nice and clean. The seated area was a pleasant temperature with the air con on but inside the play area itself it was hot hot hot and even had my 4 year old asking to go home early due to how uncomfortably warm it was.

First visit in a long while, went for the swimming in the 33m pool. It has to be pre-booked via the app, if you're not a monthly paying member. The centre itself is nicely presented, with what looked like a nice cafe area. The pool was not over crowded (10am) & I was comfortably able to do my lengths. Temperature was fine, warmer than I had been led to believe. I didn't use the gym, so can't comment on it. The negative was the pool changing facilities, or namely the large number of broken lockers. There was a notice apologising but the fact remains I had to walk along a bank of lockers to find a serviceable one, Incidently you need a £1 coin, returnable. Not withstanding the locker issue, I will return for further swims & possibly become a regular member.

It's a lots of room for improvement everywhere. Specifically after Covid-19, a good lessons learnt, on keeping and maintaining clean areas, common areas such toilets disgusting, the gym floor disgusting, in gym class I saw hair's, dust, rock, live insect and I stopped to look ensuring my feet would only touch my personal mattress. I really hope I can see improvement soon or I won't be there for long.

The soft play is showing its age a little. No ball pits probably due to COVID. The main event, the ball vacuum tubes, are both blocked. The floor piano only partially works too. Some maintenance would really make a difference.

Sauna not working, black mould in showers & ceilings. Needs a deep clean and a refurb! Plus side cheap...8 quid for a guest pass. I think I'd rather pay 20 25 for somewhere nice and clean.

Went to the swimming pool at the Pavilion for our 3mo baby's first swim. The Family splash pool was great. Downside is that there are no family changing facilities - just separate male and female changing room so it was a bit tricky with the baby on my own and quite a bit of time of our booked session was wasted getting ready. Also the facility is cashless which is stated on the website but I didn't realise we would need pound coins to use the lockers so had to go out to a shop nearby to get change which meant we lost more time doing that as well. We will definitely go again (better prepared) as baby loved it.

Visited the what was meant to be the soft play area for under 3year old, which is a wonderful initiative but however it was crowded and there was no control of the big kids. The big kids ended up playing in the infant area which was not safe and my daughter who is just 1year old didn't get to play/experience anything because of the fear of injured by bigger kids. I would suggest having a proper barrier to separate the big kids and the baby area to keep them safe.. Thanks

Cancelled Sons membership in June, still taking money out of account, I've emailed and had phone conversation with them and we are at end of August and still no refund. Not happy with service.

Cancelled swimming lessons in person, two month later they keep billing and essentially saying I'm lying I've cancelled. Quickly checked the comments, looks like it's now Mytime Active's business model.

The best soft play for babies and todlers. Big and clean with tables for parents to have a drink while their children are playing. Highly recommended

A good shopping mall. Have been improved over the past 3 years. Now have premier inn, Odeon cinema and many other stores. About 5 card stores with its own car park, though car park slots are on the small size of the spectrum and I hope this could be redressed in the future.

It was quite dirty and some of the equipment is showing its age. Older children were monopolising the younger children's area which is a health and safety risk. There is also a risk younger children can run into the older children's area. Quite a few parents/carers do not supervise their children and are chatting or glued to their phone screens. It has the potential to be much better.

The childrens soft play area was absolutely freezing and not a comfortable environment for young children to be in.

The soft play area is quite big and spacious. There's a lot of scope for improvement w r.t better maintenance of the facilities and public areas. Found the soft play a bit dirty most of the times we visited. The toilets weren't clean either.

Great place to learn to swim. Have been delighted with the swimming lessons and would definitely recommend to others. The soft place is wonderful as well.

Used for soft play. It is so hot in the centre. Went to use the toilets in the changing rooms and it was filthy. I will never swim here, it was disgusting

Oue first visit here. The grandchildren loved the soft play layout and want to go again. I won't be going back though. Very cramped. There's not much seating area and tables are quickly filled. Some of the grown ups had to sit beneath the soft play platform in a 'picnic space' that's dark. We sat on a small table next to this space. Drops of rain were splashing on the table from the glass roof which was leaking. They only accepted card payment. Refreshments are very limited and available from check in area. The ladies toilet was so disgusting that l decided not to use them. There is obviously no supervision cleaning. The toilets and floor were overflowing with reams of used toilet paper and they stank. My advice - get there early to get a table and use the toilet before it gets disgusting, don't sit on the righthand side table when it's raining. My overall impression - extremely cramped and delapidated. Needs a complete overall.

Got to start swimming for my bad knee came here as it's fairly close to my house . It was ok, the swimming pool and changing rooms and very old and dated, I didn't feel clean stepping on anything. It probably is clean but where it's so old it just doesn't look invited. Not sure I will come again

We only really have experience of the soft play, but it's one of the best in the area. However, Staff not always on the ball, I guess to be expected. Mytimeactive website and app one of the worst I've ever used. Does not allow you to use your credit when booking sessions. Playstore littered with negative reviews.

Why this place hasn't SHUT DOWN already I don't know. Only positive is the customer service from the receptionist to the PT's and life guards. Beyond that expect fire alarms every so often, causing big evacuations whilst swimming 🤬. Place is decrepit and decaying before our very eyes. Poor and Cold showers, pool is consistently out of use, Gym facilities scarce though 1 cannot complain whilst PureGym is closed. It is what it is, till the area is regenerated.

Softplay where are they going with there prices ? Nearly £10 for 1 adult and toddler crazy the 1 one in eltham is £3.50 and adults free :/ .. needs a clean also .

Really really unhygienic, always packed of kids and adults squeezed in everywhere together and honestly smells very strongly of wee everywhere. Got unwell straight after coming here. Would really recommend to stay as far away from this one as possible. There’s no way it could be covid safe at all.

We come here very often. It is good and varied and also you can park near or in the car park which is a good convenience . Shops and restaurant and benches and cinema or you can pop into the high street and back - it is really ip to you!

Not busy at all, many nice play areas, relatively clean and nice cafe. Overall very positive experience. One small thing to improve is that it was freezing cold inside
