Restaurant was 90% empty. Got seated straight away. Drinks ordered. Starters then main came out. Price definitely reflects the massive portion that you get! Pictured is the New York BBQ chicken and chips. With corn and onion rings 🤤 it was delicious. Waitress was prompt and friendly. Would definitely go back!

not one redeeming factor for this dire eating experience. starving so took a chance and popped in off the highway. picked a meat feast sharing platter. recommended for 3-4 but between 2 adults was just poor. greasy, very skinny ribs and chicken. as if they are getting the runt of the packs or cutting meat off for other dishes. the chicken was more chick size. really zero points for food. only other customers were bored mums with screaming kids. honestly it was akin to not escape and evasion training exercise. this will never be repeated.. disgusting experience. not recommended......ever.....even if you're a bored mum with a screaming kid......

Nice restaurant. Good selection of meals. Great drinks menu. Atmosphere is fantastic. Gets very busy understandably at weekends so don't forget to book. Plenty of parking. Staff are friendly and fun. Ideal for birthdays

I went late afternoon for dinner. The restaurant wasn't too crowded, with plenty of seating. It was clean and tidy. The staff was very attentive didn't have to wait too long for service. The food was lovely and well presented.

The food was presented well and taste nice. My only fault was the Mac and Cheese was cold had to send it back.

The service was really great. The food wasn't that great for me, I enjoyed the mocktails, my daughter enjoyed her food, the dessert was great it was really nice got the godfather and my husband and I share it but we still couldn't finish it.. It's a nice place and I I would try it again.

A Terrific Carpark! Yes, indeed the carpark stretches a good quarter mile along the main drag. Good lighting, you’ll find your car even if three sheets to the wind. As for eating there, quantity wise, it’s the whole 9 yards. My burger had meat, no doubt at all about that. My doggies later wolfed it down. Jeanette had ribs AND a chunk of chicken with dry bacon riding atop a cheese saddle. As J had slipped beneath the waves before we left it’s up to little Ziggy to cast the vote on that one… can’t find him just now. F&B’s certainly for the big eaters. No food pix. Food phobia is an issue with kids these days. Found the car, no problem, Frankie!

My experience at Frankie & Benny's was amazing! Our waitress, Gina, was extremely nice and treated us kindly. The restaurant is beautiful and the facilities are exquisite. Plus, the food was very tasty, me and my family had an incredible time. I would definitely recommend Frankie & Benny's to anyone looking for a good restaurant to celebrate any occasion, or if you're looking for top-tier food to eat!

Well me and my Daughter had a near perfect evening at Frankie & Benny's tonight. The food was, in Sophia's words, Divine, the service was excellent, the music was uplifting and the company was exceptional. All in all it was a very enjoyable date night for myself and Sophia. We will definitely be revisiting.

Friendly staff, great for kids and excellent vibe of an American diner. The food is average and could have come with sides included for that price.

I visited on Thursday 2nd September for lunch and had a lovely experience The staff were lovely and professional. Our waitress always made sure we were ok, and the chef was also friendly, which is very rare In most restaurants. The food was lovely and the portions just right, the presentation was also good. Would definitely go again. Starters was the garlic share bread. I ordered two children's meals, with dessert and for myself the Pomodiro and coleslaw.

6 people went with no prior reservation. We were seated immediately. Service was excellent as were the Vegan options. Overall, food was average but good sized portions.

I have visited the Orpington branch of F&B on many occasions and the service is second to none. The staff are friendly and polite, the restaurant is clean, as are the toilets. The food is always delicious and the cocktails are fantastic. I've never had a bad experience. Special mention of our server Dani who was brilliant on Wednesday evening when I celebrated my birthday quietly with my husband.

Restaurant - Easy accessible and enough parking Service - We went and the doors were just opened as it was 12pm. The lady at the till was not really helpful, she was on her phone when we were there, she looked unbothered when we were looking at the menu. We didn’t like the customer service, could be friendlier and try to pay attention to us. - Food Was very fresh loved the fries, not really a fan of the hotdog it was a bit dry. The calamari was amazing
