My
partner
and
I
had
enjoyed
a
lovely
evening
meal
here
for
a
special
celebration
and
the
chef
and
all
staff
were
very
warming
and
friendly
until,
at
the
end
of
our
evening,
a
senior
staff
member
very
insultingly
and
rudely
shouted
“can
you
just
get
a
move
on”
indirectly
at
us
nearly
15
minutes
before
their
stated
closing
time!
We
were
the
only
couple
there,
and
a
waitress
apologised
but
confirmed
it
was
directed
at
us.
If
you
are
running
a
hospitality
business
then
treating
your
customers
with
respect
and
gratitude
will
ensure
repeat
business
and
a
good
reputation.
We
were
going
to
be
highly
recommending
you
for
food
and
staff
until
this
happened!
I
know
that
the
pub
has
new
ownership
recently,
and
this
does
not
bode
well
as
reputation
locally
is
vitally
important.
That
lady
should
be
ashamed
and
disgusted
for
her
conduct,
and
we
will
never
be
coming
back
there,
and
will
naturally
discourage
any
friends
family
or
anyone
else
from
going
there
now.
An
absolute
disgrace,
she
should
not
work
in
a
customer
facing
environment
with
that
attitude.
Such
a
shame
as
everyone
else
was
great.
Just
appalled
and
embarrassed
this
is
my
local!!
