Constantly get orders wrong. Paid for a large latte and it’s got the same amount of liquid as the small 🤬 (3rd time this has happened) they also forgot the sausage with my daughters pancakes.

Like most of these restaurants, they offer the non that you would expect. Food is never fresh, always luck warm Service is more focused and rushed on drive, though, so thought in store are pushed back.

Service was reasonably prompt, but they forgot a mayo chicken until I reminded them. Vanilla shake had strawberry streaks. The apple pie was out of discard by time. When questioned staff took the pie back, asked the manager and was told to stick a newly printed stick on! If this is what they do with stuff you can see, what do you reckon happens with stuff you can't see?

We usually go through the drive through. The food is usually freshly cooked and yummy. However, when asked for a wrap without bacon, they never listen and include the bacon. Also... Where are the serviettes?? Because they are never in the bag.

Terrible experience of drive through. Ordered a meal for 3 amd icecream and frozen drinks. Given frozen items then told to park up and wait for cooked food. Icecream melted. Drove home to discover my daughter only had 3 out of 4 nuggets in happy meal and a book about womens rights rather than the toy we requested, and only 1 out of other 2 meals had chips. Tried to phone them. Number on receipt is a private house with an annoyed man getting lots of calls. He suggested emailing them. Zero response from this terrible store. I would mind less if it didn't now cost much more than ever before. Hungry sad kids and out of pocket mum.

Do not go to this mcdonalds, always have to park up and wait... so much for "fast food", i have had hotter food out of my freezer. The staff need to be trained !!

We used the drive through. Extremely friendly staff, decided to leave a review as they were all so lovely, friendly and helpful. Never had this impression from a drive through before. Excellent staff, hot food and quick! Thank you

Need to get your act together. Food is never fresh no matter when you go. Drive thru is shambles. Give you drinks and ice cream so they can melt and you have to wait 10 minutes for your old, cold food that’s been squashed. It’s not even busy and the staff are messing around and playing on their phones. Drive thru needs fixing. Terrible franchisee. Food tonight covered in grease.

The food was good. But the wait was so long it's was almost cold. It seems the service area is overwhelmed by online orders the drive thru and those who walk in. I'd find another if you walk in and there's 7 delivery drivers there and 10 orders on the counter. Guess it's the price you pay for a macdonalds who take a pride in the preparation..... shame they can't deliver.

A terrible McDonald’s to go too, constantly getting orders wrong or missing something out, called a “drive thru” but not really more like park and wait another 20 minutes before your food comes out cold… i once asked for no pickles on my burger as I’m allergic received the item to have a pickle in so I took it back just for them to pick the pickle out which was blatantly obvious as there was a pickle imprint on the cheese in the burger. Would give no stars if I could.

There was a shortage of products available. Its was busy to go through drive thru. There was miscommunication between the front stuff and kitchen stuff. However, after long wait the foods were good. The overall cleanliness of the shop was good.

It's upto for times now I order a plain hamburger 🍔 as my daughter doesn't eat ketchup and end up with one with ketchup which ends up in the bin. I have mentioned this several times. Today I decided to call as I have had enough but no answer for over 6 minutes each time and line is cut off. Please get the order right.

Told to park up, Waited ages in carpark, eventually we asked a girl delivering to a car next to us and suddenly we go it. Drove 10 min home and it was stone cold, burger and the fries. Not happy

Food all good but very disorganised service team for collection orders and takes far too long. It's no longer fast food. Its let hang about in chaos with orders out of sequence food. And that's for a cheeseburger and a milkshake.

Staff and customers are friendly , well ran drive thru and eating in service , with good accessories for kids to keep them busy

Always takes extremely long for the food for drive through and they can't testy when asked how long. Not even warm when you get it because it's been left out

Nearly always asked to 'Park up and wait' when using the drive through, even though the car park is 100% full the keep asking more people to park up. Chaos

Usually very busy, they have drive through as well, so you might be waiting a bit longer than what fast food means :D But overall, like any other Mc D, friendly neighbourhood place.

Limited car parking spaces and not ideal for larger vehicles, you can park on the side roads although a bit of a walk. The store itself I placed an order via the app, went in to collect and my order was not on the screen. It had been sitting on the side for ages until one staff member finally asked if she could help to which I presented my order number. After a bit of searching around she found my order sat there behind the counter all along.

Drive thru is supposed to be a quick ting. Not 45 mins later, sitting in bay 2, still waiting for our food.

When I order large meal, just because I usually love the chips and I get that from the picture it's rather disappointing. The quality in McDonalds in general is worsening by the hour, but cost me 15.36 for 2 meals.

Awfully congested car park - just poorly thought out and designed. Chaotically impossible for people trying to get in or out of the parking lot as the line for the drivethru blocked them in and was backed to the A-road. We ended up driving down around the back and parked in one of the residential streets and then just walked 7 minutes. My sympathies for the local residents. Inside it's also quite chaotic and poorly laid out with a long queue of people waiting for their orders. So not really 'fast food'! Disappointing as McDonald's go - never again by choice

Ordered here a few weeks ago and got delivered that wrong meals which included 3 happy meal ( which we have no kids) so had to to take the order back (live 15 mins away) as we have 4 adults. Just think theres a family out there with kids who have most like received our meals. Now just order food again and found that half our meals are missing 20 chicken nuggets and chips so now had to go back again and see if we can get the rest of our food . Just spoke to the manger who is very RUDE and wouldn’t give us the food I’m missing and try to blame it on just eat even through they are not the ones who pack it macdonald are . We will not be ordering food from here again and staff need serious training and manger need manners.

This is the worst macdonalds I've ever ordered from. The coke zero has zero flavour. The staff are dismissive, rude and unhelpful. They never include sauces when you order them. The order machines never work fully, no printed receipts etc. The place feels run down dirty and tired.

Don't go there hungry. Be prepare to wait for a very long time. Consider yourself lucky if you get your food straightaway at the drive thru.

Second time using this McDonald's and the drive through is not a drive through affair. You get asked to pull up and park whether ordering for one or for four. Seems there are enough staff as they are all milling about, so unsure why the wait times are so long compared to other similar sized McDonald's.

I went to McDonald’s around 45 minutes ago and ordered a breakfast roll.. ONLY TO FIND A SCREW inside.. Yes im talking a Metal screw, imagine it broke my teeth and even worse took it back and took the screw out and tried to give me the same one back which the screw was in… lack of care and respect for people i think.. got a refund in the end if you go here and you feel I’ll after you eat the food.. take a wonder to yourself why👍

Very fast service from taking down the orders to delivery of the order!! very convenient and easy to pickup! Great food and fantastic tea!! The parking is a bit tricky and it crosses two lines of parking - one out going , one incoming traffic . Yet, i love it!

Stopped here to eat in. Used the touch screen to order and paid by card. Then, the whole system went down!! No announcement! No apology! Supervisor was rude when we tried to find out what was happening; we did not even get a chance to say anything before she started talking over us. We demanded our money back because of her attitude. She refunded the money - again, no apology. Will never go back there.

Quite busy, long wait which I can understand but food was still hot by the time I got it so I'm happy

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the service I have been receiving at your establishment. I am a regular customer who visits your restaurant almost daily to purchase a Coca-Cola, but every time I ask for ice to be added to my drink, I am told that the ice has run out or given other excuses for why it cannot be provided. I find this practice to be unacceptable, as Coca-Cola is traditionally served with ice, and I believe that customers should be able to enjoy their drinks as they prefer. Furthermore, I have noticed that when I ask for a refund due to the lack of ice, your staff suddenly "find" some ice and add it to my drink. I am disappointed that I have to go through this inconvenience every time I visit your restaurant, and I feel that it is unfair that I have to ask for a refund to get the drink I paid for. I hope that you can address this issue with your staff and ensure that your customers receive the service they deserve. I would appreciate a response regarding the actions you will take to address this issue. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Nice and local to the school I'm working In for the 6 weeks holiday a drink and a bite to eat before starting work at 7.30 and always cooked fresh

It is just a better place to have burger after a long walk around the neighborhood. A cozy place with a good service and friendly attentive staff serving us.

It seems this is a rare good review, after several really poor delivery orders (when they used to come from here) I was happy that my drive through order was hot, tasty and service was good, low atmosphere mark as uts a drive-thru.
