To add further insult to my ruined holiday at the hands of this hotel , they apparently cannot process my complaint because of GDPR!!! Despite having many times supplied the required information. What a complete shambles . Unfortunately this is not the only branch of the Premier Inn that has fallen short, my husband tested positive for Covid whilst staying in another one of their branches , he of course isolated, during his isolation not one member of staff knocked on his door, telephoned him, left any meals outside his door - NOTHING. He could have been seriously ill for all they cared then when his reservation expired they throw him out on the streets , the county council had to find him emergency accommodation so he could complete his quarantine. Nice One!! This company has no social conscience.

I did not have a good stay. Rating two stars for three reasons: 1. Poorly Maintained - The A/C did not work, and as people mentioned, there is *terrible* air circulation. Room reeked of cigarettes even though its a non-smoking room. 2. Not entirely sanitary - Flies in the room, and the sink got clogged because the stopper was somehow stuck with no way to raise it. Hotel staff were unresponsive. 3. Unreliable service - From 12-3PM you'll usually get a helpful associate, but starting from 7PM, the reception staff are nowhere to be see. They do not answer the email provided, and the buzzer does not help. The only saving grace is the location, but there are other hotels around the area. I would not stay here again. EDIT: Deadbolt also does not work, as I found out when a random staff BARGED IN THE DOOR because they opened the wrong room. And this without even knocking. Unbelievable. Thank goodness I was just working on something. What if I had just gotten out of the wash? What a comedy of horrors.

Good location in Bexleyheath, rooms are a good size and I would say one of the most comfy beds I have slept in at a hotel! Good selection of food at the adjoining restaurant. Really good value for money. Only down side is the carparking as not run by the hotel. Great help from Brian as there was an issue with my booking. Went above and beyond with his help.

The location of this Premier Inn was ideal for my trip as my business meeting was down the road. Friendly staff, underground carpark and a good breakfast. This hotel is a little tired and could do with a bit of a face lift, however the bed was extremely comfortable as the adverts say.

I have had no previewed issues with any other premier inns apart from this branch, shortly after having checked into our room I took a shower and as I was getting changed a staff member, who I believe was the manager attempted to walk into the room, I’d like to note that the door was locked too so that a master key would have had to be used, I am outraged as privacy is something I take very seriously. Furthermore, I was placed in a room which had a door next to the bed, I assumed the door lead to some sort of storage cupboard when to my surprise it lead to another room which had a noisy family staying in. I gave it an hour until I decided that I would not be able to sleep with the noise coming from the room adjacent as I had to be up early in the morning, I believe that this must be a common occurrence as upon request I was instantly issued a new room to stay in since the manager did not ask them to even attempt to keep the noise down. However, this was not the last issue I had as when I was moving rooms the manager once again walked in assuming I had already transferred my belongings to the new room within a 5-minute time span (may I note the room was also 2 floors above me)I have never been more disappointed with premier inn’s service and will not be staying at that branch again.

Really nice, large, clean rooms. Great value for money. Front desk staff, when they're on, are really friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the attached Brewers Fayre for breakfast was a complete let down. We had to wait about half hour for clean cups, plates and glasses to be washed, and the unlimited hot cooked breakfast was severely lacking. Wouldn't eat there again, can get cheaper, fresher and hotter food on Bexleyheath Broadway, a few minutes walk away.

Lovely comfortable home away and home hotel. Very clean and tidy, easy to find and bonus restaurant next door, plus you don't need to go outside to enter it. Staff always ready to help 24/7 with any issues you have with a smile on their faces. I would be happy to stay there again.

I'm not sure to complain or to write a letter to head office but today I counter something I never seen in 20 years of working in hotels. Just to tell you a quick story, back in 2000 there was a managing director called Alan Parker who used to manage Marriott and Premier inn Hotels that time we opened few Premier Inn in London and out London. The service then was amazing in Premier Inn but looking at now how managers treat their customers is unbelievable and unacceptable. I stay a lot in hotels and I work in hotels for last 20 years. I find it very funny when somebody tells you that you can't have a early check in or Late Check out when obviously on the website stated that you can add an Early check In and pay 10 pound. I paid most of the time when I stayed in this particular hotel Bexleyheath Premier Inn. I always have particular person nisha who works on reception. Amazing customer service always look after me because I'm regular. But then it comes the manager Katrina and one of the housekeeping lady called Josephine. Threatening me to get out in the hotel by 1:00 or they will call a police. I really don't understand where this type of policies are coming from because it is unacceptable and Inconvenience to threaten a customer like me, who stayed in this Hotel more than 15 times in this manner. Knocking on the door more than 10 times when nisha agreed with me that I can check out by 1 :30. Because you are manager it doesn't give you a right to override your hard working staff who evidently care about customer service. It is a shame to still have this type of managers. For those who go for business or leisure sometime is better to pay a bit more and getting better service. I'll take the matter further. But I just want to let you know that Bexleyheath Premier Inn think twice before you choose this type of hotels. Because you may regret as I did today.

The room was in desperation need of repairs, the grills for the air conditioning were bent severely as if someone tried it as an escape route :/ there was also black marks all over the carpet, rusty taps and mould in places in the bathroom. Just generally not well maintained. There was also huge brown stains on the bedsheets and duvet needless to say as I was sleeping on the bed with my kids I decided to cover the stains and ended up squashed in the bed. Reception team were ok. I wouldn’t stay here again or recommend it. It was basic so if desperate I think it will do. On a plus side the size of the room was great my kids could run around. Price was good too.

Mystery cigarette smell in room at check-in at 9pm. Proped door open for an hour to ventilate. Collection of dust in corners due to carpet shrinkage... (I have asthma). Staff did not pass on my concerns in case I wanted to change room when I returned later that evening.

Stayed one night prices online not available so cost £126 instead of £83 woken at 04.20 by people running around the corridor slamming the interior doors discovered was immigrants children. Paid £20 for breakfast to sit with about 30 immigrants who had most of the food a banquet on every table I had a cooked breakfast lots bacon. Disgusting I’ll never use this chain again immigrants also the staff too.

Hotel is in good location for my business trip to London, Josephine and Steph were very helpful and accommodating. I will revisit the hotel when next I visit London again. Great location. Thanks to Josephine and Steph once again and keep up the good work.

Absolute disappointment! Room smelt of old peoples home, and even though we had a no smoking room the bathroom smelt of stale smoke. No toilet spray or toilet brush. Had dinner and it was subpart. Unlimited breakfast was awful, pancakes tasted like cardboard, milk was off for the cereals. Pastries cold and bland, and the unlimited full English horrendous, bare basic. Car park has no lift, so have to take the stairs with your bags. Have to pay for the car park as well so thats no great either. No WiFi or 4G connection in the car park. WiFi in the hotel room barely works and is incredibly slow. Dirty stairs and food packaging and leftovers all over the parking stairs Hallways smell like weed all day, so the fact this is a no smoking area there is a strong smell of it all day

This Premier Inn in Bexleyheath was very convenient for me for the weekend of an event I had. The room was clean, bed was comfy and staff were very friendly. Worth the money for the 2 nights I stayed here.

very good position for bexleyheath shopping, well appointed room comfortable bed.Very good for price included breakfast. Seemed lacking in staff and you had to pay for parking. would stay there again and not as bad as some other reviews, but shower not very adaptable.

I've been staying in various locations, only due to the fact they are always booked up. I only did it cause I was bored. They were all great. Not one problem or complaint. Apart from the £100 fine for smoking. I will be a constant visitor to any Premier Inn. Smoke free of course. . .

Location brilliant, room spotless and very comfortable, staff realy polite and helpful, food very good....one little thing..felt a bit hounded out of bar for 11 pm shut down. Sometimes when people come back to hotel at nearly 11 they want a couple of drinks to unwind...apart from that it realy was a good stay.. Thanks

My first poor experience with a Premier Inn. Room 514, unidentified stuff smeared on walls in the room and bathroom. Mold on the skirting in the bathroom. Not impressed at all with the cleanliness of the whole place. Bed was comfortable as always.

Nice and central for London and surrounding towns. Easy relaxed hotel, bathroom could do with a touch of maintenance but was clean and fresh, very good value and had a relaxed stay.

The staff was very nice and welcoming. The hotel needs a big makeover with some windows for fresh air as it had a very stale smell in the air. Updated decor, stronger tv signal, stronger wifi signal, cleaner carpet and no mould in the bathroom are very much needed.

I wouldn't recommend this place at all. The Gordon Brittas lookalike at reception is ignorant rude and on the fiddle. Cook spits in the buns and they all p in the tea. They forgot half of our dinner order after we sat waiting for more than an hour. The bar staff talk about the guest. There was a mouldy old tea bag up the floor for the whole time we was there. Said there pet friendly then changed there mind we booked 2 family rooms and Gordon messed it up tried putting us I 2 single rooms. When we asked for a cleaner they looked at us like we was asking for a date wiv the mother ship. Wow just wow what a horrible experience. Definitely crossed this place out on our list of places not to visit again. I only have a one star so I could leave a review. The place is pure filth

Very friendly and approachable staff. I had a pleasure of dealing with Ruby at the front desk. She is very friendly, extremely professional and unbelievably cheery, given the early hours of the day. Overall - really satisfied. Thank you!

Staying here was a nightmare. The only good thing is the location of the hotel - the hotel was extremely dirty and not taken care of - there were bags of smelly food in the elevators and hallways. We saw one in the elevator in the morning, it was still there in the evening. There was no-one in the reception to complain to. - the floors were clearly not cleaned for a long time. You could see the stains in the elevator floor for days - the walls of the rooms were full of dust. Obviously years of accumulation. - the AC was not working! Even if this was explicitly written in the website and this was a big consideration before booking - We had to sleep in a room with extreme humidity and at 26 degrees (checked by the reception while it was 16-18 degrees outside) because the air extraction was not working. This is unacceptable! - we had to change rooms 2 times! The first room smelled strongly to cigarette (even if the hotel is indicated as non-smoking). The 2nd room stayed at 23-26 degrees for 2 days and we were unable to sleep, they said there were no other rooms available for us. The 3rd room on the last day was fresh but the mattress was really old and the night table was broken. It was almost midnight and we finally slept happy (even if the mattress was horrible) knowing we were leaving the next day. This has been the WORST hotel I've been to in my entire life!

I have stayed in many Premier Inn Hotels but this one was a total mess. Reception toilet was smelling and had a disgusting toilet brush and the brush holder was a mere tin which was also a mess. There was no toilet brush in our room. The cooked breakfast was cold except for the sausages. There is no lift from the car park to the hotel( parking is underground) so we had to drag our cases up the stairs. Reception is hardly manned. The few cleaners I met were quite friendly as well as the staff in the brewers restaurant.

This hotel was a horrible experience, the water heat was not consistent the fire alarm kept going off in the room at random times, I accidentally left a peice of my property at the hotel and they are claiming to not have my property, when I know it was in the room which leads me to believe one of the staff members have stolen my property and are not handing it back. Then when I went back to the hotel to talk to them about it they was acting like I’m crazy. Do not recommend this hotel at all and I always go to premier inn and have never had a experience like this .

This is a great place to stay in Bexleyheath. Round corner from a car park and the shops on the Broadway. A Brewers Fayre is next door. Rooms were clean. They don't service them every day unless you want them to. Staff very nice and helpful. Comfortable enough. Would definitely stay again.

Absolutely loved my stay here, I was performing at a local theatre and they had no one Robles with me coming back late at night. Loved the staff, I was made to feel so welcome. A massive shout out to Josephine and Kerry Lee. They were such lovely people.

Really well located and friendly staff at this hotel. Unfortunately had an issue with toilet overflow constantly dripping through the night so reported it and the member of attended to make a note so I’m sure it will be sorted. It’s was clean and quiet. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

Great hotel, very convenient for travel to the O2 and parking was only £6.95 for 24 hrs, excellent for a London hotel. The breakfast in the restaurant next door was delicious and very friendly team in there and in the hotel.
