Convenient location. Good and spacious parking (have to pay though £7 a night). Drink prices are reasonable. Food is as expensive as city prices. Room prices are expensive 😕. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. I stayed 2 nights. Staff are polite, friendly and helpful 😊. Breakfast is available at extra. The breakfast area is good, clean and a wide variety of food available. The staff at breakfast were hard working and helpful. Overall the staff make the hotel look good 😊.

Stayed here most of 2020 during the first lockdown. The staff made us feel like we were part of the furniture. Really friendly and done everything they can to help up… However… Be aware, we had our van broke into a couple of times. Do not leave anything expensive in your car/van.

Downstairs lobby area looks fine & looked like it had been decorated/modernised. Some of the staff on reception looked like they couldn’t be bothered to be there. The rooms were just dirty, stained carpets, stank of smoke so we had to leave the windows open 24/7 & dated. One of our group didn’t even have a working shower and the reception didn’t move them to a different room.

Excellent location as we needed to be short drive from the Valley Ground and not too far from Gatwick. The service was fantastic including a lovely meal (recommend the fish and chips) which we chose to get in room as we were shattered and the meals came in 15 minutes. Friendly and extremely efficient staff. Perfect stay.

The location was pretty quiet, I had the windows open as the place was so hot! Hot! Shower was a waste of time. I could spit on myself with more liquid. Breakfast was included in the hotel price. However if you pay for it yourself it's £17! You won't be eating £17 worth of breakfast. Not good value for Money. Smart TV was rubbish as well. Sometimes it connected to my phone to screen the mirror. But most of the time it disconnected itself. Maintenance guy tried to help but they have not had it long.

Really nice rooms, big roomy bar area, nice modern eating area, with great food both in the evening and for breakfast. Great location for travelling to Crayford the next day. Happy to stay here again. A huge plus was the complimentary drinks in the room, this was outstanding.

Nice rooms. Shower pressure was quite bad even though very nice interior. Comfy bed and black out curtains. Up to date and nice staff.

The rooms are fine, warm and clean. A bit mean not to include biscuits with the teas and coffees. The service is fine. The downside is that you have to pay an extra £7 for parking. It's in the small print, apparently, and yet where the hotel is located, their car park is the only place to park. The location is within walking distance to Bexleyheath, but you have to find your way across a very busy road. So driving is really the only way to get to the town centre. If breakfast is included, then there is a good selection of cold and hot foods.

Spacious room, massive king sized bed, ability to cast your netflix directly to the TV. The restaurant downstairs for dinner was incredible.

My Family and I stayed here for four nights. The Staff were Top Class. In Particular Casey, who went out of his way to help my Fiancée and I with luggage to our room when it was not part of his job, he was great with the kids. Polite, courteous and displayed clear leadership skill with his team mates. The great customer service made staying here a pleasure! Will definitely be returning.

A quaint little hotel, way out in the Southeast of London. Good servic, rooms very clean, neat and properly serviced. Quiet at night and probably the best breakfast we ever had as part of a room rental, in a very, very nice restaurant setting. Prices very fair, helf a mile to the Underground. All in all a pretty good stay.

Be warned. His hotel is undergoing renovation and the smell of paint in corridors and rooms was very strong. I would wake up with a sore throat and all of us that stayed in the hotel were tired and knackered each and every day.

We spent here 6 nights. Personal was very nice. Excellent breakfast. Food from restaurant was nothing special. But near the hotel is plenty of restaurants. One small minus is that smoking lounge was from our room far. Would be great If would be also behind the hotel.

Very comfortable room and super comfy bed, with air conditioning, that was a blessing, as we arrived hot. We had a nice meal with cold drinks in the evening lovely helpful and friendly staff Air conditioning to keep you comfortable. Lovely breakfast big choice of cereals, continental breakfast or cooked food. Spotlessly clean throughout. We had a great few days visiting Family. Hotel is in a nice area.

We booked a function room for a 100th birthday afternoon tea. The venue was perfect and the staff were wonderful and very welcoming. The food provided was excellent. Careful attention was given to every aspect of the function and the room layout and facilities were great. I would definitely recommend the venue and would book again.

We had a brilliant stay, in a nice room for two nights. There was exceptional service from the restaurant & bar teams for dinner & breakfast. Particular thank you to Christine who looked after us for Dinner, with a call out to the kitchen team Hakim, Nima & Colin the food was great. Breakfast was very yummy we had brilliant service from Maggie & a special thanks to Simon in the kitchen. All in all great service & location for what we needed.

The reception, restaurant and areas off the main entrance are tidy and well looked after. The rooms however are extremely tired. To make matters worse, the fixtures and fittings in the bathroom were appalling. Crack in the side of the bath, bath mixer half hanging off the wall, a shower that had no oomph at all and a toilet that only flushed when it wanted to. This takes nothing away from the staff who are excellent at their jobs.

We enjoyed this location. Very nice staff and good location near train to get to London. About 15-20 min walk to Bexley stop. Get a "Oyster" card so you can use bus if you like. Trains and buses are independent. 15 min walk to many restaurants.

Stayed here as part of an apprenticeship I was doing. First night in the restaurant our starters took around 20 minutes from the first starter being cooked despite being the same food. Staff would often look the other way when we were waiting for our food. Ended up getting food poisoning from the fish and chips on the second day. Got a rash from the sheets. Honestly the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Will not be returning or recommending this hotel

Great reception, friendly welcome. Small bed in small room. Premier Inn much better. Overpriced and breakfast is extra. Seemed to be understaffed as the staff we saw were so busy and miserable. Low cost ingredients, orange juice watered down. Not great wouldn't choose to use Holiday Inns again.

Very welcoming. High standard of cleanliness and decor throughout the hotel. Extremely comfortable beds and all the amenities you could require for an overnight stay. All staff were very professional ,friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast was extremely enjoyable and restaurant staff were very pleasant and helpful. Competitively priced. Easy to book and when required it was straightforward to phone through (we were arriving a little later than planned) and speak to the Reception Desk.

The receptionist was curt and impatient. The hotel itself was nice enough, facilities suited our needs. Beware of the parking- not enough clear signage displayed in the car park and absolutely nothing in reception. Due to the receptionist being unwelcoming, short and non communicative there was no information given re parking at the time of arrival either. This resulted in a fine
