I was staying local for a family celebration and decided to pay this bar a visit. Fantastic staff member, who explained the qualities of his stock and set up a table and chairs outside, for me to people watch. On my 2nd order, I was helped by a really friendly group one of whom carried my drink to my table. I'm here for three more days...I know exactly where I'll be drinking. Wonderful little bar and highly recommended. UPDATE: I returned today for another visit and met with Simon, (possibly the owner/manager). Again I was given great information about the drinks available. Understand that this isn't a pub in the truest sense of the word and prices reflect that...£7.00 for a pint would normally see me leave, but for the quality, taste, and enjoyment it was money well spent. Obviously you can buy much cheaper choices and that's exactly how it should be. A true little gem.

Friendly little pub, some great cask ales on offer; love the fact they are making an effort to involve the locals, by arranging various "nights"

Lovely little micro with a good range of taps to cover all tastes and types of craft. Proper sourdough hand stretched pizzas with a perfectly cooked crunchy base. Best little spot in Sidcup. Definitely a new local drinking spot I'll be diving into regularly from now on.

This was my first visit to The Hoppers Hut and it was fantastic from beginning to end. The selection of beers was great and all the IPA's I tried were excellent. The general ambiance was friendly and jovial and the staff know how to look after you and make you feel welcome. We also had some of the pizzas and these were superb. I highly recommend The Hoppers Hut to anyone who enjoys good beer. They also have a great selection of Gin & Vodka by the way!

Lovely little micro pub on the High Street. Great selection of beers, wines and spirits and always have a friendly smile and welcoming atmosphere. Get along to their fabulous theme nights if you can, and the quiz is one of my personal favourites.

The Hoppers Hut is the best Micro Pub in Sidcup! Fantastic selection of cask and keg ales. Huge selection of gins, ciders and wines. They even put on entertainment! From live music, vinyl nights and even drag nights. Something for everyone. The staff are so friendly and up beat! I had a truly great experience! I'm definitely going again! 👍

Lovely little micropub. Staff are friendly and there is always a good choice of beers on tap. I'd recommend looking in the fridge too if you want to branch out and be a bit more adventurous! Always check the board to see upcoming events at the pub too. I know people who have been converted to craft beer just from this pubs excellent line up and unpretentious approach! My favourite place to drink in Sidcup.

Gone in once every couple of months over the last two years. However, not been in there for 6 months. Was in there on a Fri bout 10pm they were serving several paralytic ppl plus a few openly vaping inside. Worst of all there was a drunk trying to do card tricks but he was bladdered n smelt of pee. He tried to start a fight when ppl told him to F off as he was interrupting their conversations. Women bar tender was pathetic n place was out of control. Every other time I went it was ok though - Re response from the owner - the bar staff lady new exactly who the smelly card trick man was - but was too scared to say anything. When I was in before he was there at least a couple of times. He even started verbally abusing his wife when she told him to calm down. Sad that this was tolerated and that I had to stand up this idiot bully.

What can I say? Hopper’s Hut the best drinking hole in Sidcup. Great community feel, so friendly. Love the place that much I asked my father-in-law’s permission to marry his daughter here haha. (It was a resounding yes)

I would have liked a choice of 'real' bitters and there is a good selection of other beers but no having 'real bitter ale' is a disappointment.

Such a great venue, the staff are very welcoming and friendly. There is always something going on in 'The Hoppers,' quizzes and games nights, an excellent variety of local talent to keep you entertained too! Vinyl nights are absolutely rockin'! Bar snacks are available and delicious cheeseboards can be ordered. Always the best nights out!

Excellent beer. Poor bar service and rudeness re: booked table. Disinclined to visit again. (Edited).
