Great location if wanting a convenient place to stay whilst visiting London. Very close to the Sidcup train station, which is literally 100 meters away. Staff were helpful, pleasant and attentive. Check in was smooth and efficient. Car parking is limited at the hotel and on a first come first served basis. We were lucky to find a space and the cost is reasonable at £6 for 24 hours. Rooms themselves are fine and the bed was very comfortable. Basic essentials in the room, so all good, but only thing I would have had extra was a shaver electric socket. This would have made my rating go up from 4 to 5 stars. Breakfast again was perfectly good with a mixture of the usual hot and cold menu items. Good value at £9.95 for an adult and this enables one child to eat free also. So for me, 2 adult breakfasts meant that both of my young daughters ate free breakfasts. All in all, a recommended hotel and I had a really enjoyable stay. Price was excellent for my family of 4, at around £76 for a night including breakfast.

Stayed here 31.01.24. I only ever stay in Premier Inn's, therefore, my review is unbiased. In arrival we were greeted well and our room was assigned promptly. The room was clean, however, the door did not lock... mother and daughter staying so this was not ideal. I knew getting maintenence to see to the issue at 20:00 was unlikely so I requested that a chair be placed in our room whilst we went for food so that I could jam the handle over night (the desk chair in the room wasn't tall enough to be effective), however, on arriving back at 22:00 there was no chair.... I improvised with all I could! With a very busy day ahead we settled into bed placing the air con on (4th floor so no open window) to only be disturbed by awful banging, clattering and what sounded like gushing water. On inspection this was coming from the roof by the door, the noise of the water was so loud we moved everything off the off the floor just in case it leaked through the night! I turned the air con off, the noises stopped. On waking we were chilly so turned the heating on... the noises returned.... clearly the heating/air con system needs maintenance. All was reported on check out but they weren't bothered! Another issue we noticed was as we were leaving for food when we arrived, people were trying to check in but despite them paying in full for their room weeks ago there was no room in the inn!!!! There are lifts and there is a ramp walk way near the police station for buggies and wheelchairs. Would I stay here again.... only if I had to!

We had a very bad journey up from Somerset the car broke down the aa sorted us out but we were stressed when we arrived the lovely girl on reception gave us free parking as we had such an awful journey, just a little something but made us feel so much better. Our room was clean and tidy as you would expect, a very comfortable bed, we also had breakfast which was very good. We would stay again

Staff are amazing. Room is clean and bed is comfy. Hot breakfast, self service, was not really great. Not enough hot food out for the guests. Poor chef couldn't keep up. Reception staff extremely helpful. Definitely recommend. Cafes within walking distance, even in same building. Staff extremely helpful with dinner recommendations. Couldn't ask for better staff.

I have stayed in many hotels and also a few premier Inn, the Premier Inn London Sidcup stands out as the best for me in terms of customer service. The Managers and staff are very warm and caring. They are not about the money but about welfare of guests. I will gladly visit and also strongly recommend. Easy 5 Star 🌟 🌟 ⭐ 🌟 ⭐ for me. Well done 👏 ✔ 👍 👌 😀 🙌

I have stayed at this Hotel and had an amazing experience. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, always going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The amenities provided were top-notch. Additionally, the location was perfect, with easy access to public transport and excellent dining options. I highly recommend this Hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable stay.

Worst Premier Inn I have stayed in. I booked for work purposes. I returned from work at 2am to be told by an extremely rude receptionist that the car park was full. Offered no alternatives, told me to find somewhere else and left me driving around an unfamiliar place to find somewhere to park. The walk back to the hotel at 2am was pretty unnerving but he didn't seem to care. The hotel itself didn't feel safe, I had lots of people milling about the corridor all through the small hours. Unprofessional, rude, unhelpful and not good service given to a woman travelling alone. Will never book here again.

The staff members are super welcoming. The rooms and corridors are all kept nice and tidy, except the showers sometimes leak and has a mind of their own. The only other negative point I have is in the mornings the beans aren’t warm enough when having breakfast

Way too hot, no ventilation (you couldn't open a window) and a duvet designed for sub zero temperatures - we had to take the duvet out of the cover and just slept under the duvet cover. It wasn't a particularly hot night either (heaven knows how unbearable it would have been during the heat wave). And, why, in the list of words available to describe the room (see below) are all the words positive? I wouldn't have used any of them, the room was basic and reasonably clean - there was plenty of hot water - I tried to make a cup of tea using water from the tap, which was a mistake, the resulting cuppa had a thick scum on the surface and was undrinkable.

Rooms clean and functional. Breakfast was great, as was the evening meal. Stayed for a family funeral in the local area. If I was coming to visit again, I would definitely consider staying again.

I come here regularly on Sundays for the breakfast. Best all you can eat full English for an excellent price. You really can’t go wrong. I decided to write a review as today Parth in the kitchen went the extra mile with boiled eggs for my kids, even peeled them and cut them. Great work and wonderful customer service.

On site parking entrance needs to be made clearer. I turned knto the first entrance only to find it was the exit barrier. Trying to reverse into rush hour traffic wasn't fun. My colleague did the same. Clearer notices required.

We had a bachelorette party at the hotel, 6 of December and we were pleasantly surprised by our stay at the hotel, the staff were very friendly and happy to help. Convenient parking and a clean room, a station and convenient transportation. the breakfast was very tasty, the lady chef is very friendly, the hotel has a positive atmosphere. I highly recommend this hotel ))

Had to stay here due to my partners operation at Queen Mary's Hospital around the corner. We paid to arrive on the Wednesday afternoon and booked 2 rooms, however, we decided to leave extremely early on the Thursday morning. After taking him to hospital, the twins and I went to the hotel that we had booked for a rest for a few hours and the breakfast we had paid extra for. When we got to the hotel, they told us that the rooms we had paid £280 for had been re-allocated the night before..... Why?????? They were our rooms! We were then left sitting in reception, falling asleep practically, for 48 minutes while the receptionist faffed around calling people because she'd "not come across this situation before". Seriously?????? I even said that we only want one of the rooms that we had paid for so PLEASE let us rest! I knocked on the door of her office for an update and although she was in there, didn't open the door. And the other girl on service was equally unhelpful and very moody. No help whatsoever. We were finally given a key card to one of the rooms we paid for to rest for 4 hours. Should have gone to the Hilton down the road although it was further away from the hospital. Budget price..... Shocking service. We'll never stay in a Premier Inn again. Premier my a***!

Well what a lovely hotel. The staff here couldn't do more for you and all with a huge smile on their faces. Thank-you so much. Dinner deal is brilliant and delicious. Breakfast is ridiculously good. Bedrooms luxurious and clean. Soft pillows and help is always at hand.

Having stayed here many times previously, we were disappointed this time. We had 4 nights = 4 bkfsts & all were v poor. Fried eggs were so overdone they were totally solid yolk & the white was like plastic. There was an egg slice with the handle falling off - every day. Also, the place felt more like a hostel; foreign people with tbeir bags of 'stuff' everywhere. Great shame, won't risk this one again.

The location was fine beside the train stop and some restaurants the room was clean but whole third floor smelled of sewage as you walked threw the hall. The staff were not very helpful or polite and the breakfast was awful.

Check in was nice but as soon as we entered the room we're hit with a strong foul odor. My friends also had this smell in their room. Go to use the bathroom and there's hair in the tub, a dirty bath towel hanging on the back of the door, mold on the ceiling, and the shower curtain smells like body odor so they don't change the shower curtains between stays. While sitting on sofa I noticed an old tissue from some previous guests behind the bed. At night the room was hot but couldn't adjust the temp. On the plus side I had somewhere to lay my head at night. Breakfast was okay. Paid for 2 days only bothered to eat once. I'm convinced the only reason this hotel is listed at 3 stars is because the food.

Situated right beside Sidcup train station the hotel is very convenient. There is a Tesco express right over the road. It has several eateries nearbye and on-site food is served. Breakfast was good value and decent quality with a good choice of items. The check-in desk is a little basic but the room was very nice and clean and there was WiFi available. There was a £5 charge for the high speed internet I used so cannot comment on the basic service. (My room had no 4g/5g access on EE) All in all a decent stay.

No wifi here, they have it but it’s extremely poor and i had to use my own data since nothing worked, nice clean room but did not include any bathroom supplies like soap, hand sanitizer, etc, and at the table there was no mini fridge like most hotels have or any food, just tea, coffee and sugar.

Stayed here recently room 102, Room smelt of damp, chair heavy stained, bedding clean but didn't smell fresh at all. Bed was split and found some very odd items under the bed. Had meal that evening and requested mustard with my steak and was advised Premier don't do mustard anymore, so why serve meat.come on premier inn your better than this.

Very nice hotel, rooms were immaculate, with a much nicer feel than a budget hotel. Probably due to the large floor to ceiling windows. Warm welcome from receptionist, pleasant stay indeed. Sidcup railway station just across the road.

stayed here for two nights, and apart from the service being mediocre but helpful, when we got to our room it looked relatively clean, however the towels were clearly used before and the bedding looked used too. after our whole stay, we’ve woken up to having nits in our hair as having no prior nits before this. there were the odd tid bits that could have been a bit better, like walls and doors being cracked and weathered, the hairdryer being incredibly weak and there being hardly any shampoo but overall the air conditioning was an amazing touch and worked really well and that’s about it really. also the majority that stayed there were very unwelcoming, the vast amount of them were mischievous youths who trashed the facility and were disrespectful to those who also stayed. also the front of house staff/reception were never at their desk, and you had to press a button for assistance and wait for someone to come instead of them being there for you when you need it. it weren’t bad for a quick getaway but for a longer period of stay i probably wouldn’t have stayed.

Having stayed at Premier Inns all over the South of England, we love coming back to Sidcup. It is ideally located for our purposes but more importantly, in our opinion is the friendliest and most hospitable Premier Inn we have stayed in. The staff team are dedicated and a joy to engage with, effectively with a light touch on the tiller by a manager bringing 19yrs of retail management and people skills to the role. If you are lucky enough to be greeted or served by Jodie then you will smile for the rest of the day - nothing is too much trouble for her. I shouldn't single anyone out actually as every single staff member we spoke to over the three days was helpful, friendly and obviously took pride in what they were doing. If you are looking for a reasonably priced, friendly hotel with its own in-house restaurant for an outer London based trip................this is the one! We would have no hesitation in recommending Sidcup Premier Inn to anyone - business or leisure!

The hotel is perfect for an overnight stay. We always use it when we come to see our daughter which is a regular trip now. Unfortunately the current check in time of 3pm can be challenging when we have plans for the day but we are able to park our car up and call in the evening to ensure our room was kept for us. The rooms overall are comfortable and spacious. The hotel is always clean and quiet and we have a restful night's sleep.

Everything you'd expect from a Premier Inn. Comfy, clean, decent breakfast. Parking available and the train station is only a 2 min walk with great access to London
