Went to this restaurant yesterday for dinner. Don't even know where to start. So we have seen on website that 2 person meal for £32 but when we arrived the menu says £38. So website menu prices are not correct or I have been overcharged. Food came and was absolutely stone cold. I have eaten Brasilian picanha before and the meat is supposed to be pink in the.middle and very moisture, well as you can see in the pictures the meat was overcooked or reheated. Paid £70 for this? While we were having our food a middle age male enter the establishment shouting and being aggressive and no one took any action to stop him bother customers. My children's and wife felt intimidated. Overall experience is -100% AVOID AVOID AVOID. P.S. During my whole meal no one have done even a check back to see if everything was OK. Employees more interested to chat to each others.

A lovely restaurant. A bit different from the other Brazilian restaurants, it makes me feel like some home made food. Cozy environment, friendly and passionate service. Just a bit expensive but acceptable. They said live Brazilian music perform every Saturday night. Gonna dine in there again and I'm sure it would be another joyful dinner for the family.

Well… I don’t know from where I should start. Firstly yesterday was my mum’s birthday, what was to be a happy night became really stressful night I had a table booked for 8pm yesterday, as soon as I arrived at the restaurant there was no one to welcome us at the entrance, but I already had my name on the table so I sat down. A waitress came to write my starter, like in any other restaurant after the starter I would order the main course, about 1 hour later after we complained a lot, the waitress said the food was on its way, so we thought, good if the starter it took this long let's order the main so when the starters arrives they will be preparing the main and it won't take so long Well… I was completely wrong The starters takes 1hour and 15 min to be served And the food was really cold , it not just that The main course took 1 hour and 20 min to be served. The food was terrible cold not good at all. I have complained to the staffs which said that they were running out of staffs And there was only one chef in the kitchen We paid in total £189.00 to be served cold food, to get stressed and to wait for more than 2hours to be served I don’t recommend this restaurant at all The restaurant is nice designed has a good music but terrible management!!! TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT If you want to pay a lot of money to be served cold food and to get stress this is your place otherwise If you want quality run away from this place I will never go back there and I wouldn’t recommend no one to go to this place Specially if is an especial occasion. It has definitely ruined our night!!!

Very poor service, drinks took ages to arrive, food almost 70 min, rude staff, also looking at the rewiews all they do is try to blame customer rather than a professional approach to solve an issue. Would not ever go there again.

We used to like this place a lot with my boyfriend, we’ve been here couple of times for lunches and dinners. My boyfriend he’s from Brazil so he knows the taste and the beauty of traditional Brazilian dishes and that’s why we were coming here. But, the last time we visited was few days ago and we both ordered “parmigiana” dish and it was HORRIBLE. The dish has to be served as chicken with tomato sauce and cheese on top, instead our chicken was mopped and dived in mozzarella. Half of the plate was mozzarella with just a little tomato sauce and the meat was not great. The salad on the side was not nicely chopped, just huge pieces of lettuce on the side including the hard white bottom parts. The dish was not made from someone that understands the Brazilian cuisine or someone that’s familiar with the dish. Totally not worthy of the money you are paying and the already increased price from few months ago.

Delicious, generous portions at a good price. A lovely restaurant with great atmosphere, decor and amazingly helpful & courteous staff. Definitely recommended A++ Best to get public transport there as parking is very limited.

MY FAVOURITE RESTAURANT! Over the past 3 months I’ve been here at least once a week, usually on a Saturday or Sunday. The staff are all really friendly, the drinks are SUPER CHILLED (the glasses are kept in the fridge as well 🥶 🍺 ) and the food is DELICIOUS. I always go for the picanha, but as I don’t go alone, I’m usually ordering the picanha (rare) for 2 which comes out sizzling on a hot plate. IT IS PERFECT, and an easy order if you are going with a friend as you get 4 different sides. The portions are huge and there is usually a little bit of space to fit a HUGE BRIGADEIRO 🤤 The toilets are always really clean, the restaurant is clean and well decorated, there is always Brazilian music playing in the background, and on Saturday nights they also have live music. I went to have dinner with my wife and kids and at first all was good. But then the draft beer they brought was clearly gone. When we raised the issue with the waitress, she tried to dispute. The WORST happened when they brought the main plate. My wife found a fried BUG in the food. Appealing. And they still made me pay the bill. NEVER AGAIN

I love Sabores, the only problem is the waiting time. Last time we’ve been waiting for over 30 min to have our meals. But overall is such a lovely place, with an amazing menu.

I have done takeaway several times before but yesterday have been in person. Food as usual very good, staff was very friendly and efficient. PS: menu here is old by about 10 years, refer to the menu in uber eats in case you want to check prices out. They also do live music, I will definitely go back for that! 🇧🇷🖖

I had been to this restaurant before, but today, my visit was memorable! The waitress Bruna was very attentive and helpful, the food was fresh and tasty, in addition to the welcoming atmosphere and good ambient music. I have definitely become a loyal customer, and I recommend this place to everyone. ❤️

Overpriced (as almost every Brazilian restaurant), waiter keeps calling me “friend), which I honestly don’t like it, because we are not. But their pastel is one of the best here in London.

Beyond embarrassing service. I was having lunch with my friend on a Tuesday early afternoon, the only table in the restaurant. I’ve asked the bearded guy who served us for picanha. Picanha came with rice and on top of the rice there was a tiny chilli pepper, delicious. So I asked the guy if I could have one more and he say that he couldn’t give because that is only for decoration. He told us that the only way to have it was to order one more portion of rice which he charged 7.50£ He did not only lose the tips that I could have left, but I also asked to remove service charge for his pride. I literally asked for a single chilli pepper and he made us order one more portion of rice. Embarrassing at any level. Food I must say is quite good, I like the vibe, and I’m a local so I would want to go back to the place, but I would never want to come across such as inept waiter in my life. This is not just a review but a report to the owners of what kind of employee represents their place. That is far from hospitality

We were for lunch yesterday and was An extremely unpleasant experience, we waited 2 hours for our food, and when it finally arrived, only one order came and we had to wait another 20 minutes for the rest of the food, as the order was placed all together, and when we questioned the attendant she She was arrogant and mocking, saying that there were people in front of us, and that was fine but we weren't just waiting 40 minutes, we waited 2 hours. We Drove 1:30 to eat a Brazilian food and was absolutely disappointed. terrible service. Ultimately,terrible service at all, we won't be back.

Great food just like expected from Brazilian cuisine. When we arrived we were welcomed very well, but that was the only good bit of service. The waitress was super rude once we complained about the order being more than an hour late

Last Sunday we had dinner at this place arrived without a reservation still they got us a table getting in looking at the tables people seemed happy, all empty tables were reserved so they gave us a table at the back, didn’t bothered me at all as we just wanted to eat, it was Divine will be coming back for sure also thank you for the service you guys were great 👍 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Very disappointing. Chicken stroganoff was made with pure cream and was way too rich. Steaks are probably a better choice.

I went to have breakfast at Sabores and ordered a cappuccino and a tapioca, the cappuccino came like hot chocolate, and the tapioca came out horrible, the cheese was like rubber, the tapioca is all crumbling. it was edible, she said that the tapioca looked like that because of the supplier. She never tried to resolve the situation, I paid £12.35 for a very poor breakfast. I don't recommend having breakfast at the flavors.

Had another amazing time last night at Sabores , never tired to repeat to my friends that Sabres is my favourite place for dinning in London. Great music, great service and superb food… will be back next Weekend.. thanks

I was expecting more based on the photos they share. The service was below average, we had to wait 50 mins for our food to arrive even though there were only 4 tables occupied. The waitress were not checking on us (there were 4) and just to order drinks we had to wait 10 mins for just a couple of fantas!! The food was definitely not worth the wait. Overpriced and nothing special about it. When we finished our dinner, I ordered a coffee which I never had because the wait was way to long so I decided to go to the counter and pay for the dinner instead. I would definitely not recommend it to anyone. Very disappointed.

Lovely restaurant. Good to have a feeling of home or to experience different cuisines. The food is superb and the costumer service equally good. Super recommend everyone to give a visit. Visited with my sister to try the tapioca and we went the next day for lunch. Thank you very much ladies for the friendly service.

Great experience with the food and the emphatic service. Decent wine list, great cocktails and beer options. Tasty grilled Picanha and wonderful atmosphere with the right amount of typical music.

I have always enjoyed eating at this place. But the lack of professionalism today was intolerant. Certain comments, or certain things said by a customer have to be said in private to the person responsible for the restaurant. Today, something happened in which a client made a private complaint, and one of the employees, with her lack of professionalism and discretion, said something that the client heard. And she had already shielded something from the same function by passing and talking ugly. I don't know the name because I didn't ask, but the person responsible for the place should call one by one and talk. Or hire a person who is responsible for a manager, because if I notice that the place needs an urgent one. It was so ugly that all the customers noticed, something the customer said, proven and silent.

Mother's day visit with my family, food was amazing, however the waiting was 1hour to almost 2hrs too long, the waiters where all over the place forgetting things , the waiters that offered us the Caipirinhas was really polite and well spoken the rest need a bit more customer service training, apart from that well done for the food and decor 😀

Should avoid going to eat on wednesdays as there is live music far too loud to enable to enjoy any food or conversation. The manager was fantastic to help move us to another quieter room but unfortunately the singer got offended by it and was rude to my friend who went to complaint about the sound. I have been on other week days and enjoyed the place and the food for many years...Sabores opened a new branch in Watford so going forward, I will be going there instead. Food and the service is always good in both places...it was just the wednesday live music thing really...the rest is top.

Made a reservation and when we got there it was like we never made one, I specifically told em under what name and they didn't even know, it was like I never called them in the first place. Then they wanted to sit us at the back where is dead and no music, we ended up sitting at the front but hey so unprofessional. Food was great.

I'm glad there's Brazilian food in this area, but Sabores didn't meet expectations. The food was okay, but the prices were different on the two menus we received. A picanha plate for 2 on one menu was £38 and on the other menu it was £44. The waitresses never checked if we were okay while we were sitting there... Not a major thing but it makes a difference. Also, the TV was so loud with music playing, that it was hard to have a conversation Food was okay but it's getting expensive with all the price changes

Just had a nice dinner with my family, everything was good. We had our favourite ‘ picanha’, and was delicious. Thanks guys you will see us soon.

Tasty food and large sized portions, prices were slightly high. Good caipirinhas and wine! Very friendly and welcoming staff.

Delicious food when dining in. However, if you order a takeaway, check your order before leaving the restaurant. I got home with, thawed out, as it’s freezing outside. When I opened it, part of my order was missing. I returned to the restaurant for my refund. Staff were apologetic, but their apology did not compensate for the huge inconvenience.

Very bad first impression of this place. When we arrived nobody greeted us and it was almost as if the staff were avoiding eye contact with us. This is very different for the big welcome we get at other Brazilian restaurants. We waited over an hour for our main course which was pretty average when it arrived finally. The starters were lovely though so I can’t score this 1/5. During our hugely long wait we became so cold from the draft of the front door. It’s not insulated at all and you can feel a cold breeze on your hands and legs. This led to the majority of customers sitting with our winter coats on. The waiter did apologise for the long waiting times at the end for which I told him it’s not his fault. I wonder if this place is suffering from staff off with covid as it seemed the kitchen was overrun and there was a lack of a senior manager present to give the level of customer service we expect. Wouldn’t go back in a hurry, much better options for Brazilian food in NW London alone.

Wanted a simple breakfast it took 30 minutes and then it came out cold like they just got it out of the fridge did not complain straight away. I was hungry. I’m a builder wanted to get out of there .so when I paid I said the food was cold I got a bad response never eat there again

One of the worst services I ever had! We went for lunch yesterday around 2pm, the restaurant had just 2 tables which they were finishing eating. It took a while to get the attention of the waitress so we waited at the door, she didn’t welcome us, just sit us. After it took a while to get the order done…. After, instead of giving us the drinks, she kept talking to other people out loud and cleaning the tables, it took a while to get our drinks. The food was good, but it was very annoying to eat in a place where staff talk so loud. The mains came wrong, when we asked to change, she didn’t say anything and made a rude face, when we ordered second drinks again, no response, just walk away. When we got the bill, she didn’t even put the bill on the table, just charged straight away on the card machine. Completely unfriendly and rude. I don’t come back and I don’t recommend to anyone.

Lovely place to eat good choice of food. friendly lively atmosphere & great service. Lots of choice if you want to try something different. This time i had lasagne and my partner had a fish dish been here before and will be going again highly recommended
