Truly dreadful service, would give zero stars if i could. Opening hours don't match what is here so I arrived just as it was closing. The door was open and woman on the inside was coming out, so instead of just walking in being a gent I stepped aside to let her out...surprise surprise, she then looks me in the eye and proceeds to close the open door straight in my face (despite me holding a parcel). Not even a "quick hurry up we are just closing" as any normal place would do, just slamming the door. I was too gobsmacked to protest, literally speechless. This is how they treat their paying customers. Will never ever use them again.

Staff provide extremely poor and frustrating service in stark contrast to the Cabot Place branch a few minutes away. The online reviews illustrate this. I hope the staff's manner of interacting with customers is reviewed.

Poor service & unhelpful staff. Sent a letter but was only given 2 choices for posting - either stamp only first class mail or pay 10x the price for next day delivery tracked & signed. No mention of signed delivery, which is inexpensive. I would’ve chosen this had I known. Clearly they are trying to oversell, as others have mentioned. Better to check the Royal Mail website for services before going in, you’ll be doing their work for them but worth it.

Rude service, long queues, and overselling. Next time I'll get on the tube and find a post office with self service machines. I've never had good service from the British post office, but this was a truly awful experience. I asked to send a Christmas card to Italy and the attendant tried to send it tracked and signed and charge me £6. I couldn't hear what she was saying and she spent so much time talking to her friend at the next desk that I couldn't distinguish what was muttering at me and what was muttering at other staff. When I objected to the charge and asked her to just give me the stamp I asked for instead she began to shout that I had agreed to the service. Eventually another customer intervened on my behalf and she grudgingly removed the labels and slapped a stamp on the letter (in the wrong place). Who sends Christmas cards tracked and signed?! Clearly an attempt to oversell.

Kaksha has been very helpful, patient and polite. Service was great.

The staff is very impolite and aggressive, especially to people without a British passport. They will do as much uncomfortable things for you as they can. They said to me to make a nomination for collecting my daughter's BRP. But as I knew later, the same day the post sent the docs back to the Home office. They could say it to me and save my time. The way they speak is very impolite.

Very rude and aggressive and always tries to cross sell their product and denies their duties. Many times they redirected me to the canada square post office while returning some products as they did not have any incentive, many times they forced me to buy envelopes unnecessarily for product returns while other post offices never asked for the same. Very bad service, and the staffs should be punished by the authorities.

They give false receipts! I deposited a cheque, they refused to give a receipt with the accurate amount. Instead they write “£0” … how am I supposed to use this receipt if the envelope is lost if the amount is inaccurate. Completely unprofessional, she rolled her eyes at me, then pretended she didn’t understand the question and kept answering in a roundabout way. The first lady who dealt with me was rude. No “hi”, she threw the envelope at me without even advising what to do. A guy who seemed to be the store manager didn’t say anything. He just stood there, as useless as this “receipt”. Professionalism: zero Work ethic: zero Lawful procedures: zero Robot attitude: 10/10

Very rude and never in a hurry to help. The man just stands there looking miserable whilst the queue gets bigger! Not very friendly and they couldn’t find my parcel and just said it isn’t their problem!

I have been occasionally using this post office from time to time. I usually use the one at Cabot Place, where the customer service there has always been outstanding. It came to a point where I had to write a review for this branch. Staff are rude, lacks customer service skills. No hello, thank you or goodbye. They are soulless, basically they don't want to be there. I posted a few items, asking for a proof of postage. They pretend to have done it on the computer. She looks at me and says it's done. I said, I need a receipt of posting. Then she enters it on the system. I really try my best to avoid this post office where possible. I only ever come to this branch if I'm short of time. Avoid with a bargepole.

Keyur at the Churchill Place office was incredibly helpful. Patient and efficient.

I am using post office services every single day Never had any problems. Nice customer services and very clean and tidy shop.

After 5 hours of trying to resolve things in order to receive package ( mostly home without valuable help) associate at the end informed me. that package was sent back(regards till 5 pm was still available at mentioned pickup point) and not to mention unacceptable behaviour and unprofessional service and failing to. offer kindly solution including not caring about costumer Experience was absolutely unacceptable and took my valuable precious 5 hours of resolving situation which could be if associate would have according to services providing knowledge of information that are required for post office employees resolve in acceptable time of approx 10 minutes but failed. Not to. mention laughing at costumer and not caring whilst I was trying to collect package on behalf of my friend providing all necessary information including copy of friends ID, video call between my friend and associate and also providing qr code via app Post office easy ID. Package was necessary and work related.

Extremely poor customer service, staff are rude and unhelpful

Unfortunately i have to agree with all the other reviews the service in this post office is dreadful. The lady wearing glasses will make your experience as difficult as possible each time, its like its her passion to be unhelpful. I usually arrive with a ruler, extra labels, cello-tape, additional evidence etc. as i know when it comes to her she will do her very best not to accept my parcel/or try to overcharge me. As a result i avoid this post office as much as i can and use other carriers.

Tried to post 5 items through this post office, refused to give me proof of postage like it's some sort of special request. Instead insisted I post it through the mailbox outside. Honestly customer service here is disgraceful and the people working at the counter are too lazy to provide proof of package, I reckon self service machine provide better services than some of these at the counter. Honestly, in this day and age providing a proof of postage should be similar to a receipt and shouldn't be seen as a special favour/request. I can slowly see why other mailing company are outperforming Royal mail. They're so behind of their competitors, if they weren't owned by the government, they would struggle

really rude service. I arrived at 9am so the lady should just worked 1/2 hour or so and not tired. But she looked frowning from the first minute like I made a lot of trouble for her. I asked to pick up some document, and she left the counter without explaining what she was going to do. and when she returned, she throwed the document on the counter instead of passing it to me. and of course, no greetings or farewell language at all. She did not respond when I tried to make a greeting with her at first, either.

Visited here 14:50 on 30/11/21. Went to deliver something via second class signed for. It was a large letter and would have fit through the sample post box they have but staff wasnt willing to push the excess so classed as small package. Annoying but not the biggest issue. Then asked for second class 'signed for' and they said it would be £7.65. It did sound excessive but paid and left. Upon review of the pricing and receipt they've provided special delivery which is twice the cost of what I asked. Misold and not advised.

Professional and excellent service, the ladies have always helped me get my errands out of the way even when in rush hour, and they are very polite.
