Highly recommend this practice. As a person who fears the dentist I have been made to feel calm and comfortable each time. Great staff. Great work from my dentist. And the practice is a very nice place. Clean and tidy and everyone very professional.

Dr Karisma Uppal was so kind and caring when I came in for my emergency extraction. She had great advice and was very comforting. The procedure was so quick and efficient and massively helped with the pain I was experiencing! I’m no longer scared of the dentist :)

The practice is very professional, contacting them is easy and I always get a quick response to any queries. Dr Rahul Kalia is my dentist and I am very pleased with his excellent care. I feel very comfortable with him with no dentist anxiety at all. A very pleasant friendly person.

I visited the Surgery yesterday after a prolonged absence midway through a course of treatment, which had been due to other quite serious medical issues. I explained my absence to Dr Simrath Mangat and also that I would now like to complete the treatment which involved a new denture as my 'temporary' one had now been in use unexpectedly, for over 18 months. I advised Sim (Dr Mangat) and the Dental Nurse, Zara that I had recently received a few perplexed looks from my two Grandsons when my temporary denture, would noticeably move during some of my conversations with them. After hearing this Dr Mangat made a phone call to the Denture Laboratory and had some discussions with other staff. He then advised that he and Zara would make themselves available on a Saturday morning in early December to have the initial measure up appointment for the new fixed denture and that following manufacture I could have it fitted prior to Christmas. After a difficult year and a half I was so pleased to hear that my Grandsons would be spared the gruesome prospect of seeing Grandad's old denture wondering around his mouth, as I bored them with tales of Christmas back in the 'olden days'. A big personal thank you to Sim and Zara for their compassion and their willingness to sacrifice part of a weekend during the busy lead-in to Christmas.

Dr Rahul Kalia has been amazing - I cannot recommend him enough. I am a nervous patient but he has been wonderful, always taking the time to reassure me and undertake work at a pace I’m comfortable with. He has a lovely assistant called Riya who is also just as compassionate and helps put me at ease. I’m really pleased that I chose Crook Log Dental Practice.

Having been a patient for over 20 years at the practice, always met with helpful and friendly staff. Dr Sim, and staff, always make visits to the dentist as joyful and ‘pain-free’ 😉 as possible! Very easy to get in contact with and book/reschedule appointments. Great local service!

Great practice, I'm extremely happy with the treatments and service I have received. Dr Rahul puts your mind at ease and explains the treatment process. Alex was very detailed and helpful in showing my Son how to clean properly around his braces. We did not feel rushed through the appointment and felt she was very thorough. We left very happy with the service she provided. I would not hesitate in recommending her service.

I have over the past year been transferred, within the practice to a young dentist Karisma Uppal. I must first say that she is a very competent,thorough dentist. But more than that she,from the very first appointment, has always been very polite with her nurse and me. Always smiling, putting me at ease before and during any procedure i have had done , always explaining and discussing with me what she is going to carry out giving me options if available. She is definitely a credit you your practice.

I have always had fantastic dental care at this Practice since becoming a patient a good number of years ago. Whilst I have had a change of dentists due to dentists moving on, the replacement has always been excellent. I now have Dr Kajal Tutt who has been looking after my dental health for over 2 years, and this morning extracted a wisdom tooth with the minimum of fuss and absolutely no problems or pain. I was amazed it was extracted so easily and quickly, I honestly didn't even know she had finished. Great talk through of after-care. Kajal is a dentist of great quality, and kindness......with a highly professional manner and great sense of humour too. A shout out the the great dental nurse too. I can't recommend this Practice and this dentist enough. Thank you
