The hospital is clean and nice and my referral was done fairly quickly. However my personal experience with the team wasn’t great. I was given blood tests and told I would be called with the results after a week. Then three weeks later I was told I’d have a phone call in two months time explaining my results. I called to try and get them to send my results to my GP and had to talk to a very rude member of staff who was incredibly unhelpful. Finally I had an appointment where they clearly didn’t know what was wrong with me so they put it down to me being depressed (despite not having depression) and being unfit (despite being very healthy before experiencing any tingling or pain). I am seeing a neurologist soon who will hopefully be more helpful.

I had waited along time to get an appointment then last June I was seen buy a so called specialist. What a very bad doctor in and out within 5 minuites. I was wrongley diagnosed not offered an x ray or any follow on. So took his diagnosis to be true. Then another 4 months passed and I was still in pain had to wait to be referred again. Luckily this time I see a doctor that actually cared and she sent me for an mri scan. Turns out I have a fractured hip and and other hip issues. So that first diagnosis has set me back buy nearly a year. Just shows that some of the doctors there are not that good at there job. So to all people who go there make sure that you don't just get fobbed off and take what they say as gospel. If your not happy ask for another appoinion.

From the first referral from my GP, it has been amazing. I received a phone call within days and then an appointment was given to me. The treatment I have received was excellent. Everyone from the receptionists up, were extremely pleasant and helpful. They put themselves out to make sure I felt comfortable and valued. Thank you NHS!

I waited 1 year for my appointment, I was then told I would get appointments in the post for bloods and x rays to be done, that was 5wks ago and I still have not received the appointments, this is beyond a joke

The questionaire I have just submitted stated my issue was to do with ankles/feet. In fact my issue is centered on osteoarthritis of the knee and I have answered the questionaire on that basis. Robert Denyer 14/6/1949

Completely dismissed my pain and told me it’s pointless to refer me to Guys again and refused to refer me to the specialist service I requested. Left me in tears. Made me feel like a stupid little girl and it’s all in my head.

Judi was kind, attentive, knowledgeable. Crucially. she put me at ease straight away and I relaxed in her company knowing she was expertly qualified to help me.

Reception lady was taking her sweet time to finish her lunch, coming 15min late. Even the colleague looked for her and informed her that we were waiting for her. She never apologised or aknowledged it. I also never received the letter from doctor after my appointment.

Seen yesterday by Andrew Van Blommestein for an injection in my foot.He listened carefully and explained the procedure. Can't fault his service. Only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is that it's taken so long to get the injection. I understand why (exhausting podiatry, physio etc first) but I wanted an injection from the start (over a year ago). Not Andrew's fault. Hoping that the injection does its job and I get some feeling back in my foot. Thanks, Circle MSK.

The worst service on the planet! They messed up my treatment and now I am so depressed. Use this service at your own risk. Update: After more than 2 months of waiting for my follow up physio following cortisol, MSK have now referred me to QE Hospital without any explanation despite knowing my mental and physical health challenges. Diabolical service.

This service is a wind up. Had 3 referrals here and all were or are a disaster. Still waiting a call back regarding a complaint.

It was worth the wait for an appointment. Everyone from reception to podiatrist were helpful and friendly. The podiatrist was very thorough and I didn't feel rushed. He explained everything to me and showed what was going on in the scan. Altogether a refreshingly pleasant experience

Sent 2 weeks ago an email to book an appointment. I got nothing back from them. I have problems with my left knee. Is painful and swollen and also affected my job. I can't go to work. I'm affraid I'll end up on the streets as I won't be able to afford the rent. This is such a disappointment. UPDATE - 18.12.2020 - minus 1 star... I called today around 2pm. No one answered. I am more than sure I have a broken ligament on my left knee. The swelling, the pain and the weakness is still there, even after almost 2 months. I told my GP i need an MRI but he sent me to x-Ray as this was the procedure, to check the bone first. I told him it happened when i've got off the bed in a very normal way. But he still considered the bone could be injured....My GP never came back to me with an interpretation of the results. When I went the the x-ray ward there is the MRI as well. So I could see there was empty. No one was expecting even this is a walk-in service. I don't know what these GPs think about patients, but it makes me very very very anxious. Is like no one, but absolutly no one can really listen and help me with my problem. I can't work anymore.... UPDATE 25.01.2021 - minus 2 stars The NPS ( National Procedures System) still did f*** all for me...Had on the 14th of Jan 2021 a video call from a physiotherapist to evaluate me. That's all! Over two months since I have had my injure but not doctor helped me in any way. Thr most reasonable thing would have been to send me for an MRI if the swelling is still there after 3 days. I have it for over 2 months but they do nothing. Useless... The next thing would be to have a biopsy done on my knee to see what is that liquid about (infection is the first thing you would like to eliminate). Just a bunch of bureaucrats that have nothing to do with caring for people's health... Very dissapointing... UPDATE 26.01.2021 Someone answered to me today. Had a chat with the receptionist. Got some contradictory informations from this persone. I was told that all or a big part of their staff was called by the Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Woolwich due to the pandemic and the fact that the hospital sent its own staff home. So now they need physiotherapists to help with the covid situation. This makes no sense. It's very questionable on a different level the whole story. I have no trust in NHS's management. On a different note, speaking today with a physiotherapist I've found out that I have to wait for anything to 2 months to get an appointment. Also I need to go for an MRI and other investigations has to be private as they can't help me, again due to the covid situation. I can understand why MRIs are busy, but still, in my opinion is a complete lie. I WILL NEVER THANK YOU, NHS! You are bureaucrats, following mindlessly psychopathic procedures.

I had a referral from my GP for my shoulder in March and within two weeks received a letter from MSK to book an appointment. It took two weeks of calling three times daily plus two emails before I could finally get an appointment. Reason given was there were new systems installed which caused the delay. I had my first consultation in Eltham in May and I must admit I must admit I was impressed with the environment and the clinician i saw was awesome. Had my second appointment four weeks ago and was referred for physio. Had my physio yesterday (27/08/19) and saw Jade who was exceptionally good. The receptionist at the centre Grabadoc was very very helpful. Keep up the good work guys.

I've been told by my doctor that I need physio and will be referred, the doctors got in touch with MSK to refer me to queen Elizabeth hospital, after waiting 7 weeks and not hearing a thing, I rang the doctors who told me it was admin at MSK that hadn't put through the referral, I've been in pain 18 weeks, not sleeping, taking painkillers constantly, I'm probably rattling, after speaking to the doctor again today, he has been trying to get through to these people and no joy, they cut him off, and I'm not the only one he's chasing up about, it seems these people just don't care about anyone, not sure how much longer I've got to wait but its ridiculous.

I've been referred to the MSK twice. I find them extremely incompetent. They don't process referrals until you chase them, trying to call their booking line is near impossible - they request you leave a message but don't call back. Their so called 'specials' who conducted my assessment said she doesn't have enough experience to comment on my medical condition. NHS money not spend well. Wouldn't recommend if you are considering them for a private appointment based on my NHS referral experience.

I've spent the past week trying to arrange an appointment by phone after a GP referral. I work from home so it should be pretty easy right? WRONG. No one has answered my calls or responded to my messages. Upon looking at the reviews it seems that this is on brand for Greenwich MSK.
