an
email
to
book
an
appointment.
I
got
nothing
back
from
them.
I
have
problems
with
my
left
knee.
Is
painful
and
swollen
and
also
affected
my
job.
I
can't
go
to
work.
I'm
affraid
I'll
end
up
on
the
streets
as
I
won't
be
able
to
afford
the
rent.
This
is
such
a
disappointment.
UPDATE

minus

I
called
today
around
2pm.
No
one
answered.
I
am
more
than
sure
I
have
a
broken
ligament
on
my
left
knee.
The
swelling,
the
pain
and
the
weakness
is
still
there,
even
after
almost
2
months.
I
told
my
GP
i
need
an
MRI
but
he
sent
me
to
x-Ray
as
this
was
the
procedure,
to
check
the
bone
first.
I
told
him
it
happened
when
i've
got
off
the
bed
in
a
very
normal
way.
But
he
still
considered
the
bone
could
be
injured....My
GP
never
came
back
to
me
with
an
interpretation
of
the
results.
When
I
went
the
the
x-ray
ward
there
is
the
MRI
as
well.
So
I
could
see
there
was
empty.
No
one
was
expecting
even
this
is
a
walk-in
service.
I
don't
know
what
these
GPs
think
about
patients,
but
it
makes
me
very
very
very
anxious.
Is
like
no
one,
but
absolutly
no
one
can
really
listen
and
help
me
with
my
problem.
I
can't
work
anymore....

The
NPS
(
National
Procedures
System)
still
did
f***
all
for
me...Had
on
the
14th
of
Jan
2021
a
video
call
from
a
physiotherapist
to
evaluate
me.
That's
all!
Over
two
months
since
I
have
had
my
injure
but
not
doctor
helped
me
in
any
way.
Thr
most
reasonable
thing
would
have
been
to
send
me
for
an
MRI
if
the
swelling
is
still
there
after
3
days.
I
have
it
for
over
2
months
but
they
do
nothing.
Useless...
The
next
thing
would
be
to
have
a
biopsy
done
on
my
knee
to
see
what
is
that
liquid
about
(infection
is
the
first
thing
you
would
like
to
eliminate).
Just
a
bunch
of
bureaucrats
that
have
nothing
to
do
with
caring
for
people's
health...
Very
dissapointing...
UPDATE
26.01.2021
Someone
answered
to
me
today.
Had
a
chat
with
the
receptionist.
Got
some
contradictory
informations
from
this
persone.
I
was
told
that
all
or
a
big
part
of
their
staff
was
called
by
the
Queen
Elizabeth
Hospital
in
Woolwich
due
to
the
pandemic
and
the
fact
that
the
hospital
sent
its
own
staff
home.
So
now
they
need
physiotherapists
to
help
with
the
covid
situation.
This
makes
no
sense.
It's
very
questionable
on
a
different
level
the
whole
story.
I
have
no
trust
in
NHS's
management.
On
a
different
note,
speaking
today
with
a
physiotherapist
I've
found
out
that
I
have
to
wait
for
anything
to
2
months
to
get
an
appointment.
Also
I
need
to
go
for
an
MRI
and
other
investigations
has
to
be
private
as
they
can't
help
me,
again
due
to
the
covid
situation.
I
can
understand
why
MRIs
are
busy,
but
still,
in
my
opinion
is
a
complete
lie.
I
WILL
NEVER
THANK
YOU,
NHS!
You
are
bureaucrats,
following
mindlessly
psychopathic
procedures.
