I took three rings here recently for an assortment of repairs, one of which was given to me 58 years ago by my Mum, apart from my children this item of jewellery is the most precious possession I have so was a little nervous to say the least. I have collected it today and when I saw it I was totally speechless and a little emotional. Brian and his team made the most perfect repair and cleaned it back to its sparkling best. My other two rings were equally impressive. I would not hesitate to recommend these first rate craftsmen to anyone. Thank you to all concerned.

This is an absolute treasure of a shop - have used it for years and would be so upset if it ever closed down. Watch repairs, straps and jewellery repair all completed to a high standard. So helpful to be able to talk to the staff on site and get their advice. They will always be honest. Very trustworthy and a pleasure to do business with.

Had reason to visit Jewellery Repair Centre Bromley again yesterday only to receive more excellent service. Clasp on a ladies watch wasn’t fastening properly so took it to JRCB and they fixed it for me within minutes completely free of charge. They are so obliging and professional in all that they do. I would like to thank the guys at the Jewellery Repair Centre for the Scorpion Ring that I purchased there a couple of weeks ago. The service was great. Looked in the window and did not see anything that I fancied so went in. The lady behind the counter came out took a tray out of the window took a ring off that tray and I liked it so much I paid for it there and then. It was sized for me and picked it up yesterday. Today bought a wedding ring for my wife, to replace the ring that was cut of due to arthritis six weeks ago. The staff are friendly and helpful. They have replaced batteries in my watches a done some jewellery repairs. It is nice to have found the shop. I recommend to any one.

Great guys, very helpful and professional. Helped me redesign a pair of earrings into a gorgeous ring utilising the diamonds from a Victorian ring my late Mother gave to me.before she went on her one way trip. They’re also in the process in making a necklace out of Mum’s crystal bracelet and a diamond earring into a pendant cos I lost one of the pair on a good night out in Croydon. Thoroughly recommend taking your repairs to these guys.

I went in needing a waterproof watch strap. Very helpful and considerate people. The size I needed was not in stock but they offered me two simple solutions: One to put an order in or, if I allowed them to shave off a micro amount off the strap it would fit- which is exactly what they did- :0) Ten minutes later, job was done perfectly. It takes knowledgeable and skilled people to be able to do that with confidence. Heartily recommended and very helpful and considerate people too. I'll be back for next repair! Thank you Gents

Took my precious earrings to the Jewellery Repair Centre this morning. Brian quickly adjusted the screws, to secure the earrings. A very professional, knowledgeable and courteous service.

I took a clock to JRC that needed to be brought back to life and that is exactly what they have done. It has had a complete service and overhaul and is once again working. The hours of work spent by the clock repairer have been carried out with great care, skill and love and I thank you from the bottom of my heart. The service received from JRC has been second to none, from when I first went into the shop and was helped by the lady ( so sorry I don’t know your name) who explained what would happen next. I was contacted with the estimate and then again when my clock was ready. When I collected it today I was greeted with kindness and interest about the background of the clock. The gentleman also took time to show me how to wind it correctly. JRC have been fantastic and I will go to them in the future if the need arises. Can’t recommend them highly enough. Just hearing the clock ticking and it’s chime has brought back some very happy childhood memories. Thank you.

Excellent, professional and friendly service. They were recommended to me and I can’t recommend them highly enough. An opal had fallen out of the ring setting and they fixed it and sent away for a valuation as well as carrying out a repair to ear-rings. Both items dealt with quickly and am so pleased with the results. What a great team!

I rarely write reviews but the Jewellery Repair Centre is an exceptional local shop. Hard to believe that so much talent and technical skill can lie behind such a small and unassuming shop window. I've lived in Bromley for decades and have never come across this place. That shop window is also filled with some unique pieces, definitely worth a browse. The Jewellery Repair Centre was recommended by a colleague who said that they'd accomplished a repair on a watch that he had returned to the manufacturer's who had deemed it irreparable. This was the shop that serviced and repaired it and for a very reasonable price. They are currently repairing and servicing a watch I've had for almost 40 years. They also fixed the bracelet on my Seiko Bell-matic. They are great at communicating and assessed and sent me a text before beginning work on my watch. Above all they are really decent people who take the time to listen to you. I cannot recommend the Jewellery Repair Centre highly enough.

Took a necklace in to get the clasp replaced but it turned out that the existing one just need to be bent into place. Bryan did it then and there and didn't even charge for it. Really friendly and helpful staff! I've taken jewellery there before to be fixed and they always do a fantastic job and get it back to you as soon as possible. Highly recommend if you're in need of jewellery repair!

I took my watch to be fixed which the guys did there and then. They were friendly, professional, efficient and very good value for money. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

I just walked out of the store after having my ring polished and not even 2 minutes later the stone came off. Edit: I appreciate the follow up message so I am updating the review but I haven’t decided yet if I will bring it back for repair. It is true that it was already worn off but one would think that it gets double checked before a customers can collect it. Obviously giving the benefit of doubt I deleted most of my previous message.

Although it does not look much from the outside, they do provide excellent, quality and quick work. I would recommend their work to those who need repairs done or even just need advise. Excellent customer service.

Wonderful jewellery repair centre in Bromley. I needed a very old family platinum ring resized and after reading reviews decided to have it done here. Wow, what can I say, I picked it up today and I am over the moon with the job they have done. Not only did they resize it but cleaned it up too. I have never seen my ring looking so beautiful! I have taken a piece of jewellery to be repaired over two weeks ago and it’s not yet ready. (Any other jewellers would have it done in 5-10 days. And they ignore the telephone. Do not reply to emails nor do they reply to voicemail messages left on their answerphone. I have given 2 stars although I do believe 1 star would be 1 too many

I went into the shop to get a watch bracelet shortened last Friday aternoon and was served by Brian. He was extremely helpful and did it straightaway. I would definitely recommend and use them again as the level of service was second to none.

So happy I found this place, after days of extensive research online and phone calls this is the place I chose. I needed a platinum engagement ring resized up by 6 letters. So many places wouldn’t entertain me. Point blank. Especially considering I needed it done the same day as I really didn’t want to part with my precious ring. I got a very reasonable quote from Frank and he even sent me pictures of each step of the process that took a few hours. Couldn’t be more pleased, it’s perfection and it was polished as well to boot.
