As somebody who has worked in events for over 20 years I can honestly say The Barn KT9 is one of the best venues I have ever worked with. Charlie could not have been any more accommodating, professional and helpful. The venue is just beautiful and all of the guests had a fantastic time. I would highly recommend booking.

Thrilled I found On Point Training postnatal classes at the Barn after having my second baby. The classes were exactly what I was looking for; a balance of building and improving my post natal strength and form, whilst providing a workout that would challenge me. I particularly liked and benefited from the personal adaptations Em gives throughout the sessions where necessary. The fact you can also bring your baby to the classes is brilliant and means there are no excuses!!

So grateful I found On Point Training postnatal classes at the Barn after having my second baby. Having had a reasonably good level of fitness beforehand, I wanted a proper fitness class where I could challenge myself but also be mindful of my postnatal rehabilitation. These classes are the perfect balance with Em providing great one-on-one attention and having tonnes of knowledge to find the perfect adaptations suited to you.

I discovered The Barn in Sept 2020 whilst in my third trimester. Having spent the majority of my pregnancy in lockdown I wasn't sure what exercises were safe to do and really missed working out as part of a group. The prenatal sessions at The Barn provided a welcoming, friendly environment for a tough and varied workout. Em is a great, knowledgeable trainer, providing adaptations where needed and being on hand for any questions (not only about exercise but pregnancy health in general). The Barn for me not only provided great, safe workouts, but also introduced me to a group on new mums who have since become friends. I'm looking forward to joining the post natal classes soon!

Having not done much exercise for while after having my two children, I was apprehensive before my first session at On Point Training. However Em is fantastic, I have really enjoyed my sessions so far and can’t wait for lockdown to be over so I can get back to it! Em is very knowledgeable and makes you feel at ease, as well as the feeling you have known her all her life. Also the setting at The Barn KT9 is just beautiful, hopefully see you soon!

Short walk nice walk from Epsom common car park this great little coffee shop nestled in the middle of nowhere, but also everywhere. Great coffee and location. Can get a little boggy and muddy during the wetter months so always wear boots or wellies! You can access by the road but you can’t park here. So best travel by bike. Don’t walk on the fields! It’s a working farm, so be careful where you put your feet. It’s definitely worth the trip.

Stumbling across The Barn KT9 was the best thing I have done in a long time! I had been on the lookout for pregnancy safe classes, only to find that every class is totally suitable pre/post-natally and everything in-between due to the incredible trainers that are all extremely qualified. Throughout my pregnancy I went to specific pre-natal fitness classes in addition to their regular fitness classes, where all exercises were safe and clearly explained and supported through each stage of pregnancy. Now postpartum, I have enjoyed a fitness course which includes education, stretching and exercises as well as meeting like minded women who all share an interest. The fact it is BYOB (baby style!) Is game changing, talk about inclusive. Maternal health is so important, and getting to The Barn and exercising knowing I can take my baby and she can interact, play and socialise at the same time clears my head and makes me feel great. I tell everyone I know about The Barn and have got colleagues who wanted to kick start fitness, to join - they equally love it. The added bonus of coffee and beautiful views makes it even more worthwhile. Em and her staff are incredible and have made this small business a real niche that you'd struggle to find anywhere else. I could write a lot more, instead, I'd recommend a visit, whether you drink coffee, go to a class, or simply enjoy one of the many eateries they have on beautiful summer evenings and weekends. You won't regret it.

We went camping here last weekend, we pitched up our tent in front of a breath-taking view (you wouldn't know you were so close to London!) , we enjoyed the firepit and bbq and we really chilled at this lovely, relaxed location. There are plenty of walks around there, great coffee and pastries available on the field alongside and pop up food vans for lunch, as well as a couple of pubs just a stone throw away. The toilets are eco but just smell of sawdust which was a pleasant surprise, and they are roomy, which may sound like an odd mention but it is just great when taking little ones! All in all I recommend and would definitely go there again ;-)

The best discovery about a year ago or so! I have had coffee, cake, baby classes, night time feasts and workouts here. And now I can say hands down best showers and hair products I’ve come across in a gym. Honestly, check it out!

Absolutely wonderful cafe, gym, camping and event space. The coffee in the cafe is probably the best I've ever had. Jaimee the barista is really friendly and helpful, they have a wide variety of alternative milks and products that are allergy free and vegan. It's always nice to walk there across Ashtead common, sit down and take in the beautiful surroundings, say hello to all the four-legged friends who visit and sometimes even watch a second world war plane land!! We have also been glamping at the farm and the kids loved waking up to the sound of bird song and running through the wild flower meadows to the rather posh outdoor showers! We've been to a couple of food events there with food too which had live music in the incredible Hangar which would be perfect for a wedding. I was excited to hear from Charlie the owner that they're thinking about increasing their food offerings too! I've also attended the brilliant MFT exercise classes which are tough but so fun and the team and the other owner Emily are really friendly and knowledgeable. It's the absolute beating heart of Epsom and Ashtead - nay Surrey - and I highly recommend checking them out

Absolutely love The Barn! Their pre natal yoga course was just what I needed in my third trimester and their 'bring your own baby' post-natal classes (pilates and strength-based ones) have been brilliant ever since! Em, Tori, Eve and Caroline are fantastic trainers and all-round lovely people to chat to. The delicious treats and great views at the on-site cafe after a workout is an added bonus 👌

I’ve been wanting to visit the barn for a year or so now, and it didn’t disappoint. I saw they were doing business talks so took that as my opportunity to come along. Friendly staff, great coffee & cakes, calm and natural atmosphere. Definition of beautiful countryside! Would definitely recommend a visit here especially to those who love the outdoors. Would be an awesome festival vibe Wedding venue (would love to photograph a wedding here!)

Had the best 50th party here in January 2022. Such a cool vibe! Such a pleasure to deal with you, Charlie, you were so helpful - nothing was too much trouble. The Hangar is a special place for a get together. I love hearing about how you are continuing to develop this most magical of venues. A********

This venue has been my saviour throughout pregnancy and beyond. The prenatal uplift classes were perfect for guiding exercise within safe limits and I felt physically fit right up until I had my little girl because of them. The postnatal course has also been great. I love that I can BYOBaby to some classes now too. At the weekends, its lovely to go to The Barn KT9 as a family for a coffee and a spot of lunch, which is always of top quality. The owners really do take incredible care of what services they provide and I know I won't be disappointed whenever I visit. Absolute gem!

I have been visiting The Barn for over a year now and have ticked off lots of what they have to offer: PT with Emily, Uplift classes, Rockhill Bros coffee, food pop ups and the amazing Fire & Feast! Em and Charlie that run the show are great, really friendly and accommodating. Em is also a fab PT and her Uplift classes great. I have gone from barely lifting a thing to smashing my PBs on a regular basis. I only wish I had known about it when I was pregnant with my little ones as they offer amazing pre and post-natal classes. The coffee and food pop ups make it a great place to visit as a family too. We spent lots of time chilling on the field over the summer, with the added bonus of watching the planes come in to land. I really look forward to seeing what they have coming up in 2022!

I first attended the Postnatal Uplift 6 week course and this was the best decision I made! The educational part of the course was brilliant and something I imagine you would not get elsewhere (it is very apparent that the trainers specialise in pre and post natal exercise). Thanks to this wonderful place I have gained much needed strength to carry around my forever growing baby and I have gained confidence, allowing me to start feeling my pre-baby self again! Not to mention all the wonderful mums (and their babies) you meet along the way! Excellent trainers, stunning location and amazing food/coffee trucks..what more could you want?! This place really is a hidden gem! 💎

I discovered the gym classes by googling pregnancy safe fitness. I lost my mojo after becoming pregnant at 41, wanting to stay fit but being nervous about what I should and shouldn’t be doing. After two weeks with Em and the team of trainers at The Barn KT9 it was an easy decision to sign up as a monthly member. I found a network that is welcoming and supportive. I feel safe training, am learning how to train with my growing bump, feeling fitter and stronger than I thought would ever be possible during pregnancy. It’s a massive plus that we also discovered great coffee, fantastic food and great dog walking - it’s been a winning find for me and my family. Can’t recommend enough!

I have been to various events at The Barn KT9 including getting a coffee on a local walk, dining in the hangar as part of a larger event and completing the post natal uplift class. Every time all the staff have been friendly and met my expectations. The postnatal uplift class is a great way to get back into exercise after having a baby. Thoroughly recommend visiting!

Can't rate this place highly enough and have recommended it to anyone I meet locally who wants to get into - or back into - exercising after having a baby. The classes are brilliant, full of friendly people and you can bring your baby to plenty of them too (lots to keep them entertained as well as super lovely instructors who are always willing to help while you work out). The coffee is brilliant and a great treat for afterwards, and the line up of food vans looks great too

I couldn’t recommend the Barn KT9 more for prenatal and postnatal exercise. I attended a couple of classes before my baby and have competed the return to exercise 6 week course when my baby was 3 months old. Gemma was so friendly and knowledgeable and I found myself looking forward to every session. My baby always behaved surprisingly well as there were bouncers to put her in and the whole experience was really nourishing and stress free. Thank you so much!

Can't speak highly enough of everything on offer at the barn, especially the Post-Natal back to fitness 6-week course. LOVED IT! Being able to take the baby with us each week, and Em help look after them so our training wasn't cut short. The food, drink, walks and everything else on offer is brilliant. Love it there.

My wife and I hired this terrific venue for a wedding party. Boy we are glad that we did so. The owners couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating to make our day special. They helped us through various things and their advice and support was invaluable. The Barn is a wonderful spot and our friends and family loved the evening in the stunning Surrey countryside. I thoroughly recommend it as a venue and look forward to visiting again soon.

So much love for this place. There's an ever-expanding fitness timetable, great coffee and treats, and fantastic outdoor events and food. The friendly and VERY hard-working duo behind this brand deserve all the applause for creating such a fab local destination. Whether you're stopping by mid-walk from the Common, or driving across for a class...be sure to check it out, you won't be disappointed.

Tucked away gem to enjoy whilst out walking on Epsom Common. Also worth checking out events and pop ups. Great for all ages and families. Pretty setting

The Barn is an excellent cafe, in the pop-up style, even though it is well-established. It was recommended to me by my wife as being a good experience. The seating is on conventional tables with benches, deckchairs, or other methods are available. The coffee we had was of really good quality. There were also a good selection of cakes. In addition, there were snacks specifically for our canine friends. The service was cheerful and the server got the detail of our drinks spot on. It is no wonder that this place is so popular with walkers on Epsom Common and their dogs.

We had our wedding at The Barn back in June and it was the best day of our lives! The Barn was the first place we looked at and fell in love straight away. We had never seen anything like it and thought how cool would it be to have our wedding in a vintage plane hangar. (Marquee hired separately) Charlie and Em were so accommodating and helpful whenever we needed anything. Their communication was amazing! During setting up and packing down days they were constantly keeping us going with iced coffees! We also stayed in one of the bell tents the night of our wedding which was a little stuffy but that was only because it was the hottest day of the year but the tent and surrounding area was very clean and tidy. They also have 2 beautiful cats roaming around which as a cat lover is an added bonus! They have done an amazing job creating all this themselves. They are such hard workers and have a real passion for their businesses and I couldn’t have been happier to have our wedding anywhere else. We will definitely be back to stay in the Shepherds Hut.

The Barn KT9 is a brilliant venue. I've been to a couple of events there and all have been fab. The location is stunning and Em and Charlie were amazing organisers. I also recently went to a postnatal class at the gym which I would highly recommend!
