I have been using strattons jewellery for many my years and not once have i been let down or disappointed. Customer service is always friendly, warm & welcoming. The help they also provide is top quality. The range of selection for a small family business is surprisingly excellant. Absolutely Disgusted with this jewellers! My mum bought me a gold keepers ring for my 30th birthday in December, a day later I took it year to get re sized (big mistake) got it made 5 times smaller and was charged £35 fair enough asked for my bit they took out and was told they compressed it into the ring so nothing was taken. Me not knowing about processes believed them and thought them being business was giving me the correct information. A friend after told me no, you’ve been had they kept that and still charged ya. So I asked three other jewellers and they said you can compress wedding rings but not mine, so my mum checked with weighed it and checked with where she purchased it and there was a gram difference! So this has been deeply upsetting and this place Strattons is not a business but a CON shop ! Avoid avoid AVOID! Don’t go through what I did! Deserves 0 stars absolutely shameful.

Brilliant jewellers with friendly, kind, knowledgeable & helpful staff. I needed a new watch strap/extra links put on a watch which had belonged to my late sister & therefore has great sentimental value to me. At first it appeared that it wouldn't be possible as the new strap/links were slightly different to the original one, but the young man persevered & eventually managed to do it. This made my whole day! Will definitely return in the future.

Pardon the pun but little gem in Bromley. Have used several times for watch batteries and strap replacements. Also purchased earrings for family. Always helpful, polite and I feel competitively priced. Previously paid 3 times more for battery in Debenhams (when open) watch battery replacement section.

Such a lovely store with even lovelier staff. Made wedding ring shopping a breeze, so much nicer than going to a big chain, would highly recommend!

Awful service with very little knowledge on jewellery repairs. I popped in there today and was very rudely told my necklace couldn’t be fixed and that they wouldn’t touch stainless steel anyway. I was then told that they’d give it a go but couldn’t give me a price until they’d fixed it. I therefore refused and went to H Samuel where they very kindly fixed it straight away for just £5 with no hesitation whatsoever.

Great service, rhodium plated my ring which now looks clean and beautiful, and did it in a week, much quicker and cheaper than any of the high street chains quoted me

I visited the store today to return a chain bought a year ago. Whilst I did appreciate that presumably the owner allowed me to bring it back all be it not giving me the same amount I paid for it. I did not appreciate the rude and condesending staff attitude. Alright so a year is a long time to bring something back but I did not need to be laughed at by the blonde lady sitting down. I explained that I had lost two members of my family over the last year and therefor not had a chance to bring the item back. There was absolutely no empathy from the staff. I swapped the chain for a more expensive over double the price earrings and was curtly told they are not returnable fine but why the nasty judgemental attitude? I will never return again!!!

First of all let me start by saying how helpful and passionate the staff are here. I bought a Cuban link chain and a bracelet which they were kind enough to offer me a fair discount. Unfortunately I didn’t get the lady’s name that served me but she was lovely! There’s a lovely little dog in the store that is adorable too 😂😂 Totally in love with my purchase. Very happy!

I purchased a baby’s bracelet from this jewellers which needed links taken out off it to fit .( the lady in the shop measured my baby’s wrist) Took them so long to do it .”as it had been pushed aside by mistake so they said “. !! when I actually collected it … it didn’t even fit my baby !!!! Really annoyed. Poor service. Sent a email… no reply!

Fantastic service. I had mistakenly ordered the wrong sized item online. Not only did I receive a phone call to confirm my order but, when I explained the problem the proprietor sent me various options that were within my budget and even offered to hand deliver the jewellery that day and alter the length of the chain free of charge at a later date if required. I was made to feel very valued as a customer . An amazing sevice. I cannot recommend Strattons jewellers highly enough. Thank you Strattons!

I just had to write a review for Strattons and thank them very much for the amazing repair to my nanny’s ring. A worthless in monetary value but priceless in sentimental terms, piece of jewellery. She had terrible arthritis and her fingers had worn down the gold to a very fine band. The only thing I wanted when she passed away because it was so resemblant of her, my vivid memories of her as a child watching her open sauce bottles, fascinated even though her hands didn’t work properly. I wear it every day to keep her close to me, and after 8 years I was devastated to see that the band had finally snapped. My mum and I have used Strattons for many years (since the glades opened!), so it was the only place I wanted to take such a precious item. The lady explained there were no guarantees given how worn it was. A week later and was repaired beautifully. I honestly don’t have the words to explain how happy I am. They had to reshape it (so no more bendy gold) but I am just glad to be able to wear it again. Thank you again.

Bought Jewellery for Christmas presents and just asked on the off chance if they made bespoke jewellery, so glad they do. Ben made me a beautiful 5 stone diamond ring, he knew exactly what setting to go for to show the stones at their best. One happy girl!!!

This shop has loads of lovely nice prices items from gold to silver rings the ring I got was truly beautiful and was at a bargain price I just had to get ! I was served by carol lovely lady also Jan was fantastic very friendly service and lovely conversation about our dogs! I love a good old chat with people rather then a quick in and out highly recommended shop!!!!!

Great, helpful, friendly staff. After running around different jewelers trying to get a issue resolved, this is the only place that offered another solution. Reasonable prices. Can't recommend enough.

Received brilliant service when I needed two rings repairing. Staff were friendly and helpful and the service was really quick (both repaired within a few days). I was contacted with a quote for the cost of the repairs and notified by phone as soon as they were ready. Good to be able to support a friendly, local, family business and will definitely recommend them to friends and family as being off high street people might not think to visit them.

First time I have been in and I had an excellent experience from a lady who I apologise for forgetting her name. I was made to feel very welcome and had gone in needing a new watch to be resized with links to be removed which was done there and then and so reasonable in price. I highly recommend this family run shop and I will be visiting again. Thank you

If I could give ZERO stars then I would. Absolutely awful. Needed bracelet to have a new chain. The chain wasn’t even secured properly to the disc in the centre. As soon as I put the bracelet on not even 5 minutes later the link and clasp broke already. Complete waste of money will never go back
