Good food pretty fast service and fast meal service. Space is busy but waiting time wasn't long at all. Stuff friendly and explaining everything well. You paid via QR code so you don't need to wait for the bill - I found this very very convenient as other places you wait a lot. Food was tasty. I recommend this place. 👌

My teenage daughter went the over the weekend. Nice atmosphere, attentive and friendly service. Was super busy and were given table at the bar. Had grill chicken ramen and pork belly hirata steamen buns- nice and yum

Went last Sunday and both food and service way below par. Normally this restaurant is great and we eat here whenever the family is in town. I chose two dishes both photographed on the menu and when they arrived they barely resembled them. The kebabs were just cooked and the duck dish was badly over cooked especially the egg. When I went to the gents they cleared my setting including my beer and edamame beans (that arrived after all the hot food). Really poor showing and left feedback on the Wagas website but still nothing, shame.

Friendly service and reliably satisfying food. I would recommend the squid balls and the beef ramen.

✨ Soul ✨ in ✨ a ✨ bowl ✨ This is my favourite restaurant, hands down. I often dispute with people about money, but one thing that is for certain, you get what you pay for. They literally mean feed your soul. I leave this place with more than a full stomach, but a full heart and soul from the wonderful experience. It's enlightening to enjoy a different form of cooking and presentation, it never ceases to amaze me. The raw creative genius on display with the food they offer, and the raw skill of the chefs that prepare it, is met by the warm and welcoming embrace of the lovely floor staff here. The food is phenomenal, and everything else lives up to that standard. If you've never been, you must!

My local wagamama, the food is generally good, although the service can be hit or miss. My favourite dish is the shirodashi ramen. Be warned it can be very busy and I’ve seen people lining up for a seat in the evenings.

First time and it was absolutely delicious! The staff were so welcoming and helped us pick out some of the most popular dishes. Really happy atmosphere and amazing food. Would 100% recommend!

We drove to Bromley and parked across the road to the restaurant. We took a short 5 minute walk across the bridge to the resturant. I believe there is another public carpark nearer. Staff were welcoming we did not have to wait long to be served. However when the good arrived the rice was cold. Staff changed the meal with no fuss.

Just love the healthy and sumptuous food at Wagamama. The right portion to tease your taste bud and ease a hungry tummy. Kids menu is great as portion is appropriate for little tummies. Our fav branch to visit 💗

My first visit at this branch and it wasn’t the best when it came to the food. However, I wanted to highlight the amazing level of hospitality I received from my waiter Ines who went out of her way to ensure my food was prepared and served well and did so with humour. Also like to shoutout the manager Martin who worked swiftly & efficiently when dealing with my concerns

The restaurant is unique. Varieties of vegan/vegetarian meals to pick all new and exciting things to choose. One of the waitresses, the Italian woman, named Alby recommended the Vegan 'Chicken' Kare Lomen and it was delicious as hell, plus her services were very helpful, I love her work ethic and enjoy the small talk. And the vegan K-Dogs are to die for too. Will love to come here regularly soon.

We ‘be been dining in Wagamama Bromley for more than six years and we were so happy with the menu and food offered. This time though, the new menu dishes we tried did not impress us that much. Food was fine and always a favourite a ramen dish.Desserts not as before.

Always excellent food. Well cooked. Fresh ingredients. Interesting flavours and combinations. Also lovely cocktails, mocktails, smoothies and teas. The only downside is that it’s so noisy, with echoey mirrors and shiny wood everywhere. Do not bring anyone here who will struggle with this. Hardly possible to have a conversation at times.

Wagamama is always a nice place for a quick lunch or dinner. We took our four year old daughter for the first time. They have great simply children’s options which are healthy and tasty.

One of the best branches we’ve been. Staff are friendly and helpful. They looked after our son very well and kept him entertained. Liz was always cheerful and professional. 5/5!

it’s gotten so expensive! normally the food is great but it was disgusting and there was one particular remember of staff who was absolutely horrid. long black hair tied back, tallish and just had a bad attitude. I would highly avoid. train your staff in people skills. asked a simple question politely and received attitude.

Our Saturday lunch place! The food is delicious, the ambience is brilliant, the entire experience is always amazing. We've been there more times than I care to count and I've never been disappointed. Highly recommend it for children too..

Fantastic food with quick service. Love coming here because they have such a large range of vegan options, including a fab vegan katsu curry! Tried the new Sakura pink g+t and absolutely loved it! It was refreshing and went gorgeously with slightly spicy food! Service can be a little hit or miss, the staff are friendly but very casual. A good place for a nice meal out, reasonably priced for large portions and a nice atmosphere inside the restaurant with a little outdoor space for nicer weather.

Foods very nice and very filling. Fairly costly but it’s good food so can’t complain. Only ever had one issue which the manger dealt with swiftly. Love the free green tea

I love love love Wagamama!! I always order the chilli squid, it’s my favourite side to eat and it’s always delicious. The waitresses are always so polite and the decor is so stunning. I also got the positive juice. I loved it. Very refreshing and healthy!

Usually great when eating there, However this time was a delivery and goodness me! Noodles nearly mashed up, steak overcooked and swimming in oil a soon as you mixed. I mean please try to keep your standard!!! Just very bad experience this time

We came on bank holiday Sunday so it was very busy, I feel like takeaway bookings were prioritised but we still received our food in good time. Food was well presented and tasted really good, I got the vegan firecracker tofu and it was great, very spicy. Customer service was slacking a bit as in just put the food down and walked off didn’t ask if we wanted anything extra like more drinks etc. The only thing hygiene wise I was so put off by is when waitresses were bringing over food their thumbs were deep in the food bowls or on the plate under the food🤢 I really think that needs to be reassessed and maybe if it can’t be helped to wear gloves when serving food because I find that highly unhygienic. Overall good experience though I would go back in less busy hours

Great food and great customer service!!! The girl who walk me throw the lunch is amazing, very kind and she knows what she does. I am having a great time!!!
