Huge store across two floors (technically 1.5 floors), has a wide range of everything, always seems to have good stock levels and the staff are always really helpful and friendly. There is always ample parking too.

Everything you need for hobbies, sewing, floristry, art supplies and storage containers of every description. Always friendly staff and helpful with any questions you might have.

Large store in an out of town (centre) location. The store has a mezzanine level. The store has parking, with accessible spaces. The store is wheelchair friendly. There are no customer toilets that I'm aware off.

A fabulous store I arrived in this store today and they have a lot of craft products, for children, stationery and anything you can imagine or not, in a craft store. From needles, brushes, colors, decorating cakes, sewing, stationery, it's a extraordinary store. I will return from now on here when i need something.

Always my favourite craft store to go to. I love the range and the prices aren't bad for what you get. I came in to get a few specific things for several projects I had upcoming and got all but 1 of the things I went in for (and the one thing I didn't get I decided not to use in the end anyway). Extremely happy as usual with all aspects of my crafting journey with this store, from service to range to price and everything else between

Nice clean shop. Has everything but don't visit too often now . Getting far to pricey. The shadow box frames say money off. but there never is they are always the same price. So I try elsewhere now sorry

Was looking for specific items.. Helped by assistant.. Very patient, showed me locations of things and printed off instructions for craft I was interested in. Not the first time I've been helped.. Good service! It's a big shop!

A good place for all your sewing stuff but couldn't find what I wanted. Apparently they do not do some accessories. I wanted a needle screw clamp and they said they do not do them. It would be nice to find more accessories otherwise great place

Tammie was so helpful and friendly, taking me where each of the things I requested where and taking an interest in my interests. It's wonderful to come across people who love their jobs and she absolutely does!

Store full of any crafting needs, not the cheapest but good quality. Free parking out front. Little bit hard to know what is where in store no clear signs as to what section contains what. Staff were helpful.

Easy access for the ground floor but it has a mezzanine floor too,not sure if there is a lift, a lot of canvases and paint art related accessories are avaliable on this floor. The store is one big Aladdins cave enjoy.

They have a great variety of items for almost any type of crafting interest possible. Aisles are organised so it makes it easier for pne to shop and if one doesn't find an item, staff kindly point them out.

Honestly one of the best hobby crafts I’ve been to, nothing out the ordinary but the staff are absolutely the best. The friendliness, the efficiency and the customer service is beyond amazing compared to many many of the other branches I have been to. They’ve always been so quick at resolving issues or even if I needed an exchange, no questions asked! Since starting my small business, this hobbycraft has been the core of my crafts! Never disappoints. ‘Shane’ was so helpful with fulfilling my order that wasn’t in stock after placing the order online, he managed to get hold of my items from another store and honestly I’m so grateful! I can’t commend the staff enough. Every time I have been to this store each and every one of the staff members have always helped with a smile! It’s always a breath of fresh air walking into this store compared to others. Thank you so much. I will continue to purchase your products for as long as I can.

Nice store, plenty of stock and sales going on. I always get followed round the store though, which is disappointing. Guess I just have that dodgy look about me. Guys can do craft stuff too =)

Competitive pricing as I was checking on Amazon while little shopping here. Nice to see things, rather than clicking a mouse button.

Good store for all you crafting and baking needs. Found stock selection to be limited around holidays such as Halloween.

Good range of craft and art supplies. Friendly staff, well laid out. Be warned if you have a disability and can't do stairs there is a second floor where all the papercraft/Cricut and sales items are located, so you may need to ask them to grab things for you (or there may be a lift that I didn't see but it's best to ask!). Will be going again!

Incredibly rude staff. One woman in a sunflower lanyard with dark hair stood chatting while a large queue formed, with only one cashier. She never did help. On first entrance the visitor was really very rude to us. Overpriced. Sale stuff never rings through at the right price.

A good concept and supplies the need for the hobbyist into arts and crafts. Covers most home art and crafts with many items now cheaper than what they uses to be some years back. Indeed many items I found here slightly cheaper than at Amazon. e.g. jam jars. Overall worth a visit, good parking and nicely laid out store.

Great shop, have lots of money as it is so easy to get carried away with all the brilliant crafting goodies

  • 5/5 Cheryl W. 1 year ago on Google
Absolutely love this place. I wouldn't buy everything I wanted here, it can be too expensive. But some items are great value. I always find the staff very friendly and will take the time to actually talk to you. Which I like. But on the other hand, I worry that I'm keeping them from their job and get them in trouble.

Another lovely visit. Great opportunity to actually see what you are buying before you part with your money. The staff were super helpful and actually gave me a fab suggestion which saved me a ton of money.

I had a box of mugs delivered about a year ago and got a notification they had been delivered. Staff on site were confused looking around for this large box, but turns out it was left out the back by the courier in the rain and just dumped. They apologised more than necessary and offered to have it replaced. Not necessary as they are just blank mugs.. point being they did all the right things to ensure I was happy. Also got a cricut from here, gentlemen who demonstrated it for me was really patient and honest. Love this place.

I took my wife to Hobbycraft as she had a gift voucher for Christmas. She managed to fill her basket which I had the pleasure of carrying. My wife however had a great time, she enjoyed telling my son of all the things she got with her voucher, failing to mention the £80 I had added to cover the cost. But now I am reaping the benefits as she sits quietly at her table happily doing whatever she is creating. Whilst I enjoy the peace. Thank you son best gift ever.
