    Don’t be fooled into thinking this is a reputable company so they must be competent like me. They scammed me out of my honeymoon. Took half the money initially. And when I tried settling the other half before their “deadline” the payment wouldn’t go through. No issues with my cards, my card issuers all informed me no payment request was even made to them. I tried calling (and was left on waiting for 4 hours sometimes with no answer). My multiple emails weren’t answered, my messages on Twitter, WhatsApp, everything ignored! Now the deadline has passed, meaning I lost half the money of the honeymoon to them due to no fault of my own. (Just you so know, I’ve been trying to pay them for an entire week!!!!)

Customer service picked the phone after 2 hours on hold. We tried to change the dates but were told a big fat NO! Luckily we had travel insurance and we were payed back. However the insurance told us to claim the airport tax from the airline. Contacted the Emirates again and again the answer was NO. Now, Airlines don't get charged tax if passengers don't fly so this is day light robery. Again, we will claim the money back from the insurance or CC but I just wanted to share the POOR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE EMIRATES PROVIDES! Shame on you Emirates Holidays!!!

    Absolutely diabolical. Been trying to get through to Emirates Holidays all this week to amend my flight and can I get through to someone??? Been holding on the phone for nearly two hours when I have no choice but to hang up. When I select a different option and someone answers, they can’t help as I need to speak to Emirates Holidays direct. Cannot believe that such a big, renowned company can’t sort their staffing, phone line etc issues out. Why can’t they train their people to multi skill to share the work load??? When I called and selected the option of discussing a new booking, someone answered immediately. They’re quick to take your money however the aftercare is second to non existent. Wonder if they even look at these reviews

    Never pick up the phone absolute nightmare! Even if u ring dead on the dot of them opening. I last held on for 44mins and still nobody answered. Tried the what's app way they advise, and laughable, that team couldn't help or access my booking, so advised me to call Emirates direct! 🙈 Think alot of companies are now using covid as an excuse for poor quality and lazy staff!!!

    I have been trying to speak to someone for a over a month now, no answer on their telephone or whatsapp. I have paid £3000 in full and need to make amendments to the holiday due to an unexpected surgery but I can’t get hold of anyone. customer service is appalling. The cheaper providers have much better service. Do not use emiratesholiday.

    We booked a Dubai holiday a couple of months ago, paid our deposit, our balance was due on March 20, 2022. We called to pay and they claim out credit card was declined, we reached out to our bank and they have no request or have declined any payment to Emirates. Since then we have tried everyday, also have tried with 4 other credit cards all give an error, we called the 800 # and had reps try and they get the same errors, they have no idea what to do about it, now I have been trying to get our deposit returned and cannot reach them, be Leary of dealing with this company.

    Honestly the worst company I have ever dealt with in regards to a package holiday, if you have any problems the level of customer service is shocking. We booked an all inclusive package only to find out from TripAdvisor that it wasn't actually all inclusive, we had several emails from the hotel stating this but emirates refused to do or acknowledge that they were advertising a holiday which was very misleading. In the end I had to argue to get my money back. They will tell you one thing and then tell you something else the next time you speak to someone. Was promised an imidiate refund within 3-5 days only to receive a letter stating it would be up to 4 weeks. Avoid!!

    2hrs 16mins on the phone and no one has picked up! I don’t care how busy you are this is totally unacceptable!!!! I have a flight on Sunday to Dubai and a Covid test that was done yesterday (Thursday) but Emirates airline will not accept it as it will be 8hrs after the 72hr timeframe. HOWEVER on your website it says negative covid test done within 96HOURS not 72!!!! This is ridiculous! The things we go through for one week of relaxation and peace of mind smh. BA & Virgin holidays next time!

    Regular traveller with emirates, 2 family hols per year for last 10 years. Wife advised not to travel on medical grounds. Emirates show no empathy or compassion, wanted full 30% cancelation fee or fee to rebook. Wont be using Emirates in future.

    22/11/2020 Booked a 2 week all inclusive family holiday in 5* resort in Maldives using Emirates website. Very efficient booking process especially when it comes to taking payment. Hotel that was confirmed had no record of us as guests. Multiple ‘ping pong’ sessions with hotel and Emirates on confirmation,..... Still no resolution after multiple tries over a one week period to resolve this by phone and/or on line. I would strongly discourage anyone from using their services and products. I would have rated them as ZERO if I could. Take your hard earned $ elsewhere. 11/12/2020 update Have just learned that hotel in the Maldives declined the emirates holidays reservation request on 23/11/2020, but Emirates didn’t bother to get in touch and tell us. Emirates Holidays have taken payment IN FULL, regardless! If we hadn’t contacted the hotel directly, we would have travelled all the way from the UK via Dubai to Male and seaplane to the hotel, finding we had nowhere to stay! How do you attempt a refund with a company that doesn’t function? Btw this is not just a few thousand pounds..!

    Do not! make the mistake of booking your flight with them. They have taken my money but I haven't received anything to do with my flight yet. They never answer the phone and if they do, they will hang up. Ive been trying to get hold of them for 2 weeks, been on the phone for hours with no response. I even went to the address however they are not to be found there either. Worst mistake and service ever

    Would give zero if I could! Booked with these to Seychelles via Dubai. Wanted to stop over longer in Dubai and they go I have to buy hotels through them to do this which was totally unfair as the hotels left were extortionate. Spoke many times with the customer service who were as helpful as a chocolate fireguard. Had to pay another £1000 to get extra flights! Then told me I can’t get a refund on the return leg. Not only this, they booked the flights and hotel and I had to checkout at 11am and my flight was at 11pm! What’s the point of booking a package holiday and having to run around yourself. I honestly wouldn’t recommend. Beware they’re very very cunning.

    Utterly dreadful experience. Our holiday to UAE could not go ahead due to government travel restrictions however they refused to allow us to change our holiday dates or get a refund, their excuse was that their “supplier” could not amend the hotel dates. We have logged a dispute with ABTA because we will lose thousands of £££, in a totally avoidable situation. Never book a package with Emirates Holidays, they are a disgrace.

    After a long tiring flight we arrived in the Seychelles expecting as advertised a meet and greet, and a transfer arranged via Emirates. No meet and greet no transfer. Managed to find a rep. who told us no meet and greet, no transfer. Asked so what happens. She pointed to a taxi rank and walked away leaving us to pay again. They are now ignoring every email asking for the €60 we paid Emerites.

    Avoid this company at all costs. Their service is appalling in my view. Like others have said before, do not be fooled into thinking that Emirates Holidays are a top company. In my opinion, they certainly are not.

    Booked rixos the palm a month ago for August 2023 paid deposit got booking ref .nothing came after that next day a missed call to say the hotel didn't have that room available. No help at all I requested my money back fair enough 4 days later it was back in .they are terrible they lie and put me on hold to contact the hotel that was a lie too. They do not care about customers .I emailed them and took 2 week to reply and said they can't help

    Absolutely dreadful customer service. Disgusting is probably the nicest word I could find. If you try and amend your flight or get a refund they will literally ghost you. I honestly do not know how this is a legal company in the U.K. Surely they should be fined heavily for this horrendous excuse for customer service. They direct you to their phone line on purpose knowing that nobody picks up. Truly diabolical! 0 stars

    Worst experience ever they giving emirates a bad name I’ve been trying to get hold off them for a week now no answer or call backs. Easy to take your money but they don’t wanna give it back next time I’m using my old methods of booking things separately no point paying agents when you have to do the same job yourself. Emirates holidays fix up or you will be sinking like the titanic

    Customer service is diabolical. Nobody answers the phones, called 3 times and waited over 1.5 hours and phone just cuts off each time. Tried emailing numerous amounts of times, and even WhatsApp with no response whatsoever. I will NEVER be booking anything with Emirates again.

    Absolutely brilliant holiday in Ras al Khaimah at the Double Tree by Hilton Resorts from start to finish brilliant food, fantastic service loads to do at the hotel if you want or just chill by the many pools. Super car hire from the hotel at very very reasonable prices, drive yourself in to Dubai its only 40 mins drive. Couldn't ask for more and we can't wait to return to Ras al Khaimah.

    Never communicated to us that our holiday was closed in Spain. Had to find out ourselves. When we were looking for feedback from them, they sent an email about it is their legal right as per the contract to change the hotel That is all well and good but please inform us. Especially when the hotel we had booked through your website's recommendation was closed for months

    Such bad service, multiple emails ignored since the beginning of December and they are impossible to get hold of on the phone. Booked a 5star holiday with them for my honeymoon, it was far from 5 star as advertised. Trying to get in contact with emirates holidays while on the holiday I purchased with them cost me SEVERAL HUNDRED in phone bills.... to finally receive an email from them pretty much blaming COVID for everything.... Not sure how COVID falsely advertised on their website and gave all the staff bad customer service skills.

    DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE OF BOOKING WITH EMIRATES HOLIDAYS. You cannot ever get through on the phone & when communication is done via email it takes days for a response so then you are never up to date with the situation/ information/costs, as there is such a delay in them getting back to you. They are a nightmare to deal with. I will never ever book with them again. Absolutely disgraceful customer service. In these uncertain times good customer service & communication is essential. They have definately not delivered.

    This company have no customer service They send emails to inform of requirement to pay balance to a red listed country or they will cancel and you lose deposit Spend hours on the phone trying to contact and they never puck up Worst travel company we have used
