Northway Clinic in Canning Town is a very nicely managed place. I live in Canary Wharf, so I took Jubilee line (5min) as this clinic is located in front of the station. Clean with friendly, professional stuff and very well equipped (everything looks new). They provided a very good service and my experience with them is very good overall (I had private GP consultation, ultrasound scan and some blood tests). I would definitely recommend.

I recently visited Dr. Shablahidis, an orthopaedic doctor for a meniscus injury and pain in my knee. I was blown away by the level of care and expertise I received from him. From the moment I arrived, the reception staff was friendly and welcoming. Dr took the time to listen to my concerns and thoroughly explain my condition and treatment options. He was incredibly knowledgeable and answered all my questions in a clear manner. Thanks to his skilful care, I was able to recover quickly and without any complications. I highly recommend Dr Shablahidis to anyone in need of orthopaedic care.

I had a very nice experience at this clinic. First of all, on the day I called, they made an appointment for me,i didn't expect this and they showed a lot of professionalism and trust. Secondly and most importantly Doctor Renata helped me as no other doctors have helped me in 4 years, he worked very kindly and explained to me so well. Today is my second day visit to northway clinic canning town taking my wife. The receptionist at the entrance door is very rude and impolite. She doesn't have any welcoming manner. I have got same experience on both days. She received a phone call might be from any other patient and drop the call banging the receiver in front of us. I asked her am I allowed to go with my wife or not. She answered me like this "I said just sit down". Other staffs and doctor are very friendly and helpful. Very happy visiting NORTHWAY CLINIC, had problem wart on my head, managed to get appointment in a week, very easy to book it. Many thanks to Dr Thomas Oxenham who helped me on the same day, had my laboratory test rezult in 5 days with Dr comments as well was very helpful. Highly recomend this CLINIC who has problems with the health, they will take care about you. Very good customer service and very easy to find the clinic close to the station.

If I had better words to use, trust me.I will use them. I had a very pleasant experience, very professional at the same time, warm welcoming and caring. I was looked after like I had known them for ages. The procedure carried out (Hycosy) was so smooth and easy, infacr painless. I was very happy with my experience at Northway Clinic, from the reception to the consultation. I've always been anxious about blood test but the staff made sure to ease my anxiety and make me feel comfortable, which I appreciated tremendously. Dr Laima was also very kind and reassuring during the consultation, and this experience really helped to ease my concerns. Would definitely recommend this clinic!

I've booked doctor's appointment and transferred £50 deposit, as requested. Deposit is a normal procedure, so no issue there. When booking I asked what is their cancellation policy and was told that as long as I give 24 hours notice, my deposit will be transferred back. My plans changed and today I called the clinic to cancel my appointment (over a week in advance). I noticed that only £45 was transferred back instead of £50 that I paid. And I only accidentally noticed that. Assuming, many don't even notice it. I called back to ask why this has happened and was told that in small lettering it was written on the email that they deduct £5 for an "administration fee", just for them to book and cancel the appointment, even though I have given over a week's notice. Sounds very untrustworthy, and makes you think what other ways and charges they are trying to rob people. Now happy I only lost £5 and luckily avoided using this clinic. Won't be booking in the future, neither will be recommending to anyone that I know.

I attended the Northway Clinic with my mother and grandmother to obtain supporting travel documents. Dr Bodani was an extremely polite and gracious gentleman. He dealt with my family's request promptly and efficiently. I will be returning there with my partner in the future. The building was excellent and clean. Staff all friendly, polite and welcoming. I thoroughly recommend this excellent establishment.

I attended Northway Clinic in the summer and again recently. Its so convenient as its right next to the station so I can go during working hours or on my way home. The staff are very friendly and welcoming and the clinic is clean and looked after. When I attended on both occasions the clinic was busy but I was still seen on time by the Doctor.

As I wrote before, I had an appointment with the dermatologist Andrea Anton. During my procedure, the doctor said that if the first time does not work out, then as a guarantee, she will do it again and for free and if I need a third time, then I will need a surgical intervention and it is paid additionally. Therefore, I specifically waited for more than a month to get back to this doctor, and as a result, now she denies it. I understand that this is a private clinic and I fully paid for the service, but offering services with some conditions and then canceling them is wrong, especially for a private clinic.
