Great experience in this store - Sara was extremely helpful and patience walking me through different options until I was ready to put order in. Sofa arrived promptly with a great service (setup + clean-up of all wrapping&boxes). Definitely worth spending a bit more as you see and feel the difference in quality.

Great experience throughout. All the staff at the store were well informed on the products, materials, etc. we bought a dinning room table and six chairs. Manufacturing took exactly the weeks we were told and delivery was easy to arrange. It is so nice to be able to talk to the store directly and not some general corporate customer contact number once the order has been placed. The two man team that came to assemble the furniture was professional, clean, efficient and made sure everything was positioned where we wanted it before leaving. We highly recommend this store.

Sara is an amazing design consultant. She patiently listened to my needs and suggested the suitable sofa size. She gave me space and time to consider the purchase. That made me really comfortable. The whole experience was enjoyable and I believe thats exactly why people would pay more for furniture of better quality and impeccable service.

My wife and I went to this store after visiting many of the other furniture stores in Tottenham Court Road. All the staff were very welcoming and in particular, Joao was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in showing us the various products/options that were available to us. Joao spent considerable time with us and had an abundance of patience. We were very happy with the service we received and would have no hesitation in recommending this store with its high quality furniture. We are really looking forward to receiving our lovely new sofa bed from BoConcept. 👍🏽

Our designer Can was very helpful, knowledgeable and we didn't feel rushed spending time with him or making a decision. We'd definitely recommend going into the TCR store for the service and experience.

The Amsterdam sofa I purchased looks good, but the back cushions arrived with inconsistent filling materials, two of which made a crunchy plastic noise, while the other two were soft and silent. I sought help from customer service, who offered to send new cushions, but it tooks several weeks to finally receive four loud crunchy ones, which I was not happy with. Finally, several more weeks later, they finally sent satisfactory replacements. Overall, not a positive experience for the price paid.

The service from Jahan was very helpful and it led to a successful purchase. The London TCR store is well presented and spacious.

The bedroom set I ordered exudes elegance and creates a cozy ambiance. The bed's headboard design is visually striking, and the matching nightstands are the perfect size. It's a complete package that complements my room beautifully.

Parminder Matharu was very helpful in guiding me to choose the perfect dining table for my house. She was extremely friendly, attentive and efficient, and I had an overall pleasant shopping experience because of this.

The service we received from our sales assistant was really excellent. On the day we purchased from BoConcept we visited 4 other furniture stores, only one member of staff acknowledged us despite there being numerous staff present and no one offered assistance. The attentive service we received from one member of staff sets you apart and would encourage us to make purchases in future as well as recommend you to others.

The service in the store in Tottenham road was first class, the salesperson, Ellie Kordan, was very pleasant and competent, as well as patient with us, the customers with lots of questions. We were kept informed by the team about the delivery dates. Finally, the delivery went extremely smoothly; two very able and extremely courteous men arrived exactly as informed, unpacked the sofas very quickly. We tried to offer them coffee/tea but they politely declined, saying that they had much work to do. Customer service is about people and yours were all first class.

Zero customer care post order. I had to chase 15-20 times to get a status update. Products are great but you can get equal quality and design from specialist furniture shops at half the price. Staff are lovely though (in most cases).

I have been a customer from the Tottenham Court Road since 2012. Each time I went over the years I got excellent customer service. This time I am moving to a smaller flat on a tight budget. Ellie has been fantastic to work with. She is a very experienced Senior Interior Designer and really listened to my need from space, budget, etc. to help me visualise how the flat could look like. She has been very patient and also very practical. When tempted to go for another fabric, she reminded me of my budget. It is very tempting to want it all but Ellie has been so great at helping me prioritize. Thank you!

The store is well set out with good opportunities to see sofas with different covers and displaying the finished product in a virtual room setting. The service from the staff was excellent and showed good knowledge of their products. Altogether a great shopping experience.

Got to say I am really disappointed with my sofa after a few months of using it, especially to say that it was not a cheap sofa and I waited a long time for it too. The biggest issues is the fabric, I was told that it was a durable fabric and I have purchased both a fabric protector and cleaner which I applied when the sofa first arrived. However I was not warned about how EASY this specific fabric catches dust and hair, I have to lint roll it every day or 2 to keep it looking somewhat clean and would I known about this I would never go for the fabric. Second thing is that the sofa is not as soft and even after few months of using it’s still quite hard which is a shame as it’s not comfortable which means I don’t want to sit on it as often as I’d like and instead I found myself sitting on my old sofa instead. The sofa does look good and I like my head rest but the high maintenance is really draining me and makes me regret this purchase more and more.

The quality of furniture from BoConcept n ver disappoints, the staff in store are super helpful and knowledgeable and the delivery staff too. We’ve been customers for over 10 years and will be for many years to come. Keep up the good work guys.

The show room is great, gives lots of options and inspiration… on the first visit staff were the right level of leaving you alone to browse and attentive when needed. Following on from my first visit and chat with Can I booked a design appointment for bedroom furniture ( wardrobes , bedside tables etc) Can was extremely knowledgeable and helpful coming up with design suggestions and the show room had options I could see in real life .. great products and great service

We had a very helpful assistant at the Tottenham Court Road store who answered all our questions and assisted us with fabrics for our sofas. Our order arrived on time and the delivery men were polite and removed all the packaging from our home. We would definitely recommend this store.

The service was great, and markedly better than trendy furniture stores like made.com and Swoon. The quality of the sofa was also much better. However, it creaks (and always has done) at the part where the sectional joins, and the two pieces are not seamlessly flush when attached either. I also quickly noticed that the part of the sofa on the sectional that attaches to the chaise has gone soft very quickly, compared to other areas. I end up feeling like I can’t just sit where I want but where the sofa is a bit firmer to try and break it in evenly, though it doesn’t seem to be doing much good. Slightly disappointing for a £2500 sofa which may be the bottom of your range, but was a lot more than I planned on spending and only decided to stretch myself to this budget in the hopes of getting great quality that seems so difficult to come by these days.
