We’ve been shopping here since we moved to Bedford 18 months ago, and it’s been great! Lots of new products added over that time, and all fantastic quality. So very glad they are here!!

So excited to have come across this store tucked away in the St Cuthberts arcade! Very well presented and clean. Lots of different things to choose from. If they ever expand it would be amazing to see fresh fruit and veg sold here in no packaging.

Best ground coffee and Earl Grey I have ever bought. The crispy rice snacks are a comfort food and treat every time I go! Love the design of the shop as well. My favourite shop in Bedford!

Totally love this refill shop, it's absolutely wicked!! As well as being in line with my personal beliefs around organic & fewer chemical options, food & packaging wastage, the level of service provided by Rosanna & her team is fantastic! A great little addition to Bedford town centre :)

What is there not to love about The Store? Not only do they have the most amazing staff, wide variety of products which are always being updated but also are saving the planet... bloody incredible if you ask me. Having this in Bedford not only inspires me to be a better person but makes this town undeniably special. 6 stars all round.

Simply one of the best places in Bedford (and much more competitively priced than a lot of other refill shops!). Full of carefully-sourced products. All the team are lovely. Would give more stars if I could.

We’ve been shopping at The Store since it opened and have always been impressed with the quality of products and excellent customer service from Rosanna and her team. We’ve enjoyed seeing the range expansion and found the development of a click and collect service really useful over the pandemic. Being able to refill containers and buy plastic free products has really helped us reduce our use of plastic.

Brilliant new layout of the Store. Look forward to another nut butter refill.

Helpful staff, they have clean jars if you’ve forgotten to bring one for something you want to buy. Their peanut butter is delicious. I come here to refill a lot of my bathroom products!

I love this shop! Great selection of organic nuts and sundries, baking goods, teas and coffees...as well as a few nice home and beauty bits. I regularly buy maple syrup, local honey, WGAC toilet roll, and all my spices and porridge oats. Rosanna is really friendly, and she also carries a few nice gift bits - liked beautiful bouquets and posh chocolate, if you need a quick gift for someone that's good to the earth.

My new favourite shop! I want to be so conscious about the products I use and the packaging but working busy hours can sometimes make this hard. The store makes it so easy to be environmentally friendly and I’m going to be back frequently.

This is such an incredible business-so invested in Bedford and in keeping us and our planet healthy! Great service, beautiful shop and quality products.
