Truly dissapointed with this place. Went there tempted by the looks and a wide range of memorabilia to buy. I bougth some really small stuff (mr. Bean statue with sun battery mechanism, pen, magnet and a bookmark) for… 23 pounds. After returning home it turned out that pen is broken, and Mr Bean statue doesn’t work. Only one of the things was actually made in UK, and all of those gadgets had very questionable quality to say the least! I absolutely do not recommend this shop. It takes advantage over the turists because of very prestigous location and fanciful decoration. I think you will find a lot better places to shop around London.

Amazing shop. Absolutely great. Found people from my place (Kerala, India) helped us (me, mom and grandmom) with suggestions on places around. We came for the photography session because of their recommendation. It was WORTH the picture. Absolutely fantastic. Will be visiting again with my friends. Thank you for such a royal feels and most friendly gestures.

Sardor was wonderful! The shop is cute; odern and not overpriced. It’s also right across from Buckingham Palace! Classic and classy souvenirs with world class kind helpful staff. (Thanks Sardor!-he’s the guy at the Register in the pic!)

We visited a lot of souvenir shops around the city but on our final day, we ended up walking from the souvenir shops in Trafalgar Square back to Cool Britannia, which we ended up visiting three times. Their souvenirs were higher quality and officially licensed at the same prices, if not lower than the Trafalgar Square shops, which often had knock-offs. When looking for things that scream “London” or the monarchy, even more niche items like Beatrix Potter items, I definitely recommend Cool Britannia. It also helps that the shop isn’t swarming with people, blaring loud music, and is very clean without clutter, boxes, and general trash laying around. And the workers there were very kind

One of the best souvenir shops I’ve visited, in my many years of taking friends sightseeing. Great selection of goods and my friend was in her element. All the staff were friendly, helpful and engaging. I had such a laugh with them, and love the red mini car at the front of the store. Will definitely be going back. Great souvenier shop, plenty of items to choose from. Because it's summer they may have been out of a number of items like pins, stickers, patches. But great selection overall, in a great location.

I was in London last month. While I was there I went to the Palace and I had gone to this store. I saw a blue sweatshirt in the window with the London red circle logo on it. I went inside the store because I wanted that item in either a men's xxl or xxxl but I didn't see it. I also wanted a matching baseball cap. I didn't see that as well. So I went on your website and didn't see it there either. How can I get those items. I live in New Jersey, 🇺🇸. SO I can't come to the store to buy them.
