    REVIEW CHANGE. HAVE A LOOK AT THE FROSTY IMAGE. For months now your so called frosty is no longer a frosty it's a milkshake. That picture was 5 minutes after ordering it. You have changed the ingredients or the machine is broke. If this isn't fixed we won't be back. Essentially I paid $12.00 for a single burger and fries. The liquid "frosty" was thrown out. Outstandind food. We loved the customer service. I would like to try the lunch meal with chili.

    I was the second person after they opened Sunday morning at 9am (due to staffing shortage), I asked for the General Managers name and the employee told me that they all were instructed not to give out any ofthe Manager's nams. It's so sad that customer service is so horrible that the management tells the employees not to give out the names of management (must not want to hear the complaints). How do they train the employees or know what the problems are. I went there a few months ago in the evening, and the restaurant was trashed behind the counter, but I gave them a second chance anyways. This photo was taken at 9am right after they opened (looks like smashed french fries and sauce packets from the night before) crazy thing is, all the employees were standing right there before they opened. Employees just don't care along with the management, obviously.

    The person at the cash register didn't even smile, not friendly. The floors are so slippery in all the Wendy's I thought I could slip and fall every time we walk in. My chicken ranch wrap has a little tiny bit of sauce at one end so it was dry. Fry's were soggy. Chicken nuggets were preformed like McDonalds. I thought they would be chunks of chicken. The only thing good was the pumpkin frosty. Hamburger was fine.

    I asked if the burgers had mustard, the guy at the counter said no, I said ok because I don't like mustard. I ordered a burger with no pickles and no onions and a chicken sandwich to go. I get my burger and there's pickles, onions, and mustard. I had already left but called back to let them know my order was wrong. I explained what had happened. They offered to replace it and I said no, I don't want to come back, but I thought you should know so you can let the guy working the front counter know so he isn't giving wrong information out, and also let them know to maybe pay a little closer attention to orders. Cora (not sure if that's how you spell it) the one I was talking to, said well, I understand we got your order wrong but I would appreciate it more if you didn't complain about how a 17 year old was doing his job. Really? He's being paid to take orders, I've done the job myself, it's not that difficult. And to say someone shouldn't complain because he's 17?! He's almost an adult. Absolutely ridiculous.

    The soda machine was bubbling and overflowing water. I told the front person taking orders, after 20 minutes no one mopped it up so I put the “caution wet floor” sign over the water puddle. This has been a problem several times and no one seems concerned about the welfare of their guests possibly slipping and falling.

    It honestly depends on the day/time. There’s been times where the food was cold. There’s been times where we’ve had food missing from our orders and there’s been times like tonight the food and service were perfect.

    This location really sucks. second time I’ve been through in two different weeks. Ordered the jalapeño bun sandwich. BOTH TIMES I didn’t get the right bun, or the right queso sauce. I didn’t get the tortilla chips either!! Seriously brain dead people here

    The worst burger I can remember eating. I had the big bacon classic. The bacon was hard and brittle, the patty was flavorless. There was so much sauce on it it just sloshed everywhere. I have ordered from this Wendy's 3 times. Each time the food was trash. And I generally like Wendy's food. I'm never eating here again.

    I won't review every place I go, but if I'm wowed, or feel to be extremely wronged, I just need to as a "local guide". My guidance would be, stay the 🤬 away from this Wendy's. This store is beyond an embarrassment. The service is pathetic, the staff DOES NOT CARE, and ones money is definitely better spent, throwing into a trash can. They CANNOT get any part of any order correct, there's no accuracy accountability, there's no consistency, and there's no care for, well, really anything. You won't get what you order, and you DEFINITELY aren't getting what you pay for if, and that's a MAJOR IF, you get a quasi correct order, i.e. large fry, 1/4 of the way filled, approx 9 fries. We had 5 containers of not nearly even halfway filled fries, parts of the order that were paid for and "read back" were not even in the order. The old fast food motto of "fluffed not stuffed" at least made the appearance one was receiving a filled container. The only thing they're filling their fry containers with is O². (I typed it that way because on the off chance they read it, I like to imagine them pausing in confusion, and wondering " WTH is that" ) 🤣🤣🤣 The fact that the reviews I have also seen and do not doubt the experience of any of said reviews , do not get any type of response from management, or ownership. The last "entry" I'm assuming is in reference to the Covid pandemic. They don't care, so don't give an establishment/ownership your care, or your money. Good luck out there folks😁

    They guarantee their fries will be crispy They were flaccid. We said these are not crispy (we had even asked for extra crispy) and were told "yes they are". I'm holding a flaccid french fry. You are working in food service, lose the attitude.

    The so called Manager was no help nor did not want to offer to help. Had a question about the app and she (the one with the tangled up pony tail) said she couldn't do anything. For a Manager who gets paid well to flip burgers, she should want to help and not be so rude and also wash her hair and atleast make a straight pony tail.

    They dropped our frosty on the floor right in front of us, then picked it up and set it on a food surface area! Then tried serving it to us! I asked to ask for a replacement please. Really? Food from the floor? Also, the burger buns were very smashed up and flat. Also, ice and water and soda machine was down. Underwhelming at best.

    They had a water problem inside. They had a sign up stating that. My mobile order was suppose to be ready at 1:45. I arrived at the store at 2. I knocked on the door because there was two staff members in the lobby. The guy in the lobby saw me knocking and just stood there. I knocked again once I saw the other took his headphones out. Be comes to the door. I told him I have a mobile order that should be ready. I closed the door walked to the counter came back and told me my manger said you’ll have to get in the drive through line which was wrapped around the store. I waited in the line for 20mins to get my sons food. I don’t understand why you would walk all the way to the counter to come back empty handed. The worst service if your having issues and need to close the lobby turn off your mobile orders.
