I could not say enough good about Chippers - they were my first ever experience with having a custom piece made, and I'm so glad I ended up working with them! I had taken a risk and ordered this carved butterfly opal online, drawn to its uniqueness and beauty. I called around a bit to find out who could help me set my piece and could give me an idea of how much it would cost. I didn't feel comfortable going anywhere until I called and spoke to Chippers, who offered unique ideas over the phone. Opals are delicate, and this opal is 32 carats wide and flat. Nicky worked hard to find the right jeweler/artist who could finish my piece. It took several contacts, and finally it landed in the hands of one of their masters who saw it and came up with a beautiful solution. I am so thrilled to wear this, and I would DEFINITELY work with them again.

Amazing service! After 18 years my wedding ring was in rough shape. We thought about an upgrade but it didn’t feel right as my ring has been on my finger since I was 19 years old. We took it in and were greeted with the such knowledge and care. It took a month to get everything repaired and appraised but today she sits beautifully back on my ring finger. I had an excellent experience here at Chipper's. I've been here a couple of times over the years, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. This time around, Franz helped me in finding a chain for my fiancé. I went in having somewhat of an idea, but Franz assisted and informed me every step of the way until I was certain and happy with my choice. I went to Chippers to have a custom made necklace. I worked with SeMone sharing my ideas with her. She did an excellent job of communicating my wishes to the designer. Chippers is big city selection with small town customer service. I’ve had jewelry fixed, appraised and recently purchase two rings. Jonna has been fabulous with each transaction. She knows her products, always provides options and is a pleasure to work with. It’s nice to have this level of selection and service so close to home.

My wife and I have purchased several items at Chippers Jewelry (jewelry for her and coins for me). On this occasion, I needed to get my wedding ring resized. My ring was done within 5 days and the only difference I can see in the ring is that it goes on more freely. They had to add gold to make it larger but you cannot even tell where the seam is. Good quality work!

The Goldsmith did an absolutely incredible job!! They were given my solitaire two tone set engagement ring, my mother in laws diamond earrings, and asked to set them on either side of the solitary diamond. What was determined by the goldsmith was that the setting should be taken out and a new one placed in my existing band for the ring to become a more complete look and stunning piece. So all three beloved pieces of jewelry were left in their hands. They gave us an ETA of April 4th (just in time for our anniversary a few days later) and we were beyond astonished to get the come get her this morning (March 30!) To say the work is beautiful would be an understatement!! I feel like we just got engaged and married all over again!! They kept the integrity of the classic lines and elegant simplicity of my original ring and gave it a whole new life!! They kept the setting in the same white tone as my original ring and just turned it into the most incredibly lovely thing I’ve ever seen!!

Engaged at 17 years old, married at 19. My wedding ring reflected my husband's salary in 1991, which I proudly and fondly wore until the prongs just about disintegrated some 30 years later. I took what was left of it in to Chipper's, and met with Franz. I explained that I was looking to incorporate the original diamond into a new ring, in celebration of our 30th Anniversary. Loved the arrangement that was sent! Ordering was super easy and I got email updates all along the way about my order! We were able to send birthday flowers from where we live out of state and have them delivered! She loved them and in so thankful we were able to send flowers for her birthday!

Wonderful family friendly environment. They embraced the chaos of a 4 year old in tow and made us feel as ease as we shopped. We ended up ordering one piece from the designer in a metal they didn't have in store, and shortening a piece they did have. We also added quite a few items to our wishlist for the future and had a lovely experience. Genuinely enjoyed the interaction and experience.

In 2021, I went in to Chipper’s for silver bars. On the way out he showed me some Silver Coin Christmas Ornaments. They were so cute I bought 2. They were dated so he would be ordering more for 2022 and asked if I wanted on the waiting list. I agreed. Chipper’s called me today and said the Christmas Ornaments we’re in. I raced right down and a handsome friendly man assisted me in buying 7. He was also very knowledgeable about the pearls and helped me pick out my 23rd anniversary present.

We had the most amazing bridal flowers done inside at the floral shop. Excellent service and great prices. I highly recommend this location for all your floral needs. The jewelry store is beautiful too, they have some of everything.

My experience with all the staff at Chippers was nothing short of fantastic. Jonah did a fabulous job of listening to all of my needs and my vision for creating my own custom ring with a pendant that I brought in to use. She walks you through every step of the way, makes sure you agree with everything she does and she is just the best! She loves what she does, she is great at what she does and she made my whole experience delightful. I will be returning with more pendants to create more pieces as well in the future. I had an opportunity to meet with the owner as well as both sons also. It is amazing to see a whole family business be together and be as nice and generous as they are. Very good people with very good intentions. Not pushy at all and very up front about all costs. Would recommended to anyone with any sort of jewelry concerns.

I can not express how fabulous this jeweler is. I designed my engagement ring and had it made from an online jeweler. It was beautiful but not how I envisioned it. Several years later and with my wedding pending, I took the ring to Chipper's. EVERYONE is so friendly and welcoming. Jewelry stores can be intimidating but not here. I spoke with Christopher about the issues with my ring. Mainly being that the aquamarine stones always looked grey and dirty. They were never sparkly and it took away from the beauty of the ring. Christopher came up with a plan to change out my blue stones and rework the underside of the ring to facilitate easier cleaning. He was in constant communication with me during the process and very conscious of my budget. I received my ring back a few days ago and I cried in there shop. It is so beautiful and exactly how I imagined it. Unfortunately, Christopher was off that day but I want him to know he did this girl right and not only is she getting the man of her dreams but now the ring of her dreams too. Thank you is not enough. I can not express my complete gratitude. Christopher totally got what I was saying and that is a true gift. You must go to Clippers. I originally stopped in for minor watch repairs which were done quickly at a great price. I inquired about a custom ring I wanted made from a specific designer. Chris helped me even though it was not a designer they had ever worked with before. He kept me very informed through the whole process and made such a smooth process. Very friendly staff. Everyone here was so nice and helpful. The owners were not pushy at all. They were super honest about pricing and whether or not it was worth getting a service done. It really felt like you were a family member while there. I ended up walking out with a new watch and a necklace because I was just so impressed with their selection and service!

My wife and I took her engagement ring to Chipper’s to fix someone else’s poor re-sizing job. The Solder joint had failed and the ring was oblong. First off we met with Kevin who was one of the most polite and inviting people we’ve met in years. He advised us of our options and we decided to have it laser welded. Not only was the broken solder fixed but they reshaped the platinum ring to a perfect circle. Alfredo was a platinum-level platinum surgeon and even fixed another fracture he found with the laser welder. When we picked up the ring we talked to Kevin for 20-30 minutes about our other experiences and how happy we were to have come to Chipper’s. He noticed the newly polished engagement ring was now much more brilliant than my wife’s wedding band…so of course Alfredo polished it to match while we gabbed about tennis, electric cars and a hopeful post-pandemic future. Great experience. Highly recommend. Would almost damage our jewelry just to go back.

Chipper’s was amazing! It was highly recommended on a JBLM spouse page, so I had to check it out when my engagement ring’s prong broke and my diamond fell out. They fixed it up and it looks better than ever! I have great peace of mind that my diamond is more secure and has sturdy prongs. I loved that they had multiple forms of confirmation/verification so I knew my ring was safe. It was also ready earlier than estimated. 10/10 recommend!

When we first brought my wedding ring in, Kevin showed my husband & I what was wrong, and explained what needed to be done. He gave us an estimate and we said we had to wait a couple of months. He totally understood. He was so kind with no judgement even though he just spent a good 30 minutes with us. A couple months latter I brought my wedding ring back and Kevin remembered my name, my ring and what they were going to do. It made it feel like you were handing over your jewelry to a friend that really cared. The results were perfect & gorgeous! They do master work with the feel of a family store.
