I had the prostate artery embolization procedure carried out on Wednesday 7th August at the Euromedic facility in Katowice. I arrived on Sunday 4th but it would be just as convenient to arrive on the Monday with the consultation taking place at around 4 pm on the Monday. I was met at the airport by the EuroTreatMed driver and transported to my hotel. The hotel that EuroTreatMed recommend is the Park Hotel Diament which is a 5 minute walk from the Euromedic facility. I would definitely recommend the hotel (excellent WiFi), it’s a very nice hotel excellent breakfast and has most of the facilities you could ask for. It is also just a 20 minute walk into the centre of Katowice and that is for a 74 year old. The Eurotreatmed representative picked me up at the hotel each day and took me to the clinic where I was processed for the consultation, MRI scans etc. Ms Swinder the Eurotreatmed representative could not have been more helpful and spoke excellent English explaining the program each day and ensuring a smooth and trouble free program each day. Following my consultation on the Monday with the doctor who was going to carry out the procedure who incidentally spoke excellent English the real work began on the Tuesday when I had the MRI scans etc. Then it was back to the hotel to wait for the procedure which was carried out on Wednesday. Wednesday morning taken to the clinic by Ms Swinder at 7 am and prepared for the procedure which took place at around 10 am and was completed by 1 pm when I was taken back to my hospital room. The actual procedure during which you remain conscious throughout was absolutely pain free and apart from the 3 hour duration it was less hassle than having your teeth cleaned. Following the operation, you have a bandage wrapped around your groin along with some hard-conical object which bears down on the entry point to make sure that it sealed up. For the next 20 hours you lie in bed keeping your movement to a minimum. This was probably the worst part, no food and no water although you are on a drip to make sure you do not dehydrate. The next morning at around 9 am another doctor comes in along with several other people, the bandage is removed and the entry point inspected and it was decided that everything looked okay and that I could be discharged that morning. I was back in my hotel by midday on the Thursday. You are also given a very basic breakfast which I was grateful for having not eaten for almost 24 hours. On Saturday the Eurotreatmed driver arrived at my hotel and delivered me back to the airport. On Sunday I arrived back home and I was able to get the urologist at my local hospital to remove the urinary catheter which I had been using since the end of February. It has now been a month since my procedure and I am very pleased with the results. My urinary flow rate is excellent far better than it has been for many years. I cannot speak too highly of the Eurotreatmed representative Ms Swinder who was always available and always in contact via WhatsApp and since arriving back home has continued to ask about my progress. Ms Swinder was also the contact before arriving in Katowice and was very helpful regarding the whole procedure from start to finish. My advice is that if you are having problems regarding urinary flow and are considering a procedure the PAE procedure is probably the least invasive and produces excellent results. I would definitely recommend Eurotreatmed I am not only pleased with the results but also the whole procedure from start to finish it could not have been handled any better.

What can I say !! I had a total left hip replacement from the moment I made an enquiry up until my discharge I can honestly say it was the most excellent, professional and best decision I have ever made. After being told I would have to wait 2years for a full hip replacement at 52 and being in dreadful pain and no quality of life, I decided to google other options and came across Eurotreatmed. I emailed them and within 3hours I heard back from Maja who is the international patient coordinator and from then onwards my mind was put at ease with the professional attitude she delivers and the contact care and attention she shows towards you. Maja is the HUB of this clinic who answers any questions re the operation, to travel to covid tests eg. She is a GEM and became my friend throughout my stay. I met with Doctor Wojciech Pawlak on the morning of my operation who speaks very little english but extremely friendly and has a team around him that can translate for him. Operation was successful and for the next two weeks myself and my mum couldnt of been cared for any better than the staff did. We were looked after morning til night. I had physio daily with Lukasz and Tomasz who were so encouraging and gave me such great feedback and disciplined me aswell, this enabled me to make much greater than progress than I ever would of over in the UK with the NHS. Overall my experience with the clinic is 100% and I have since recommended this clinic to many friends in the UK and I wouldn't hesitate to visit again. An excellent experience with the team here at EuroTreatMed. Everything was very well organised from arrival until departure, including clear explanations and translations of all the procedures. The facilities were as good, if not better than the UK and I had every confidence in the quality of both the medical and other support staff. Fantastic!, if I could think of a better word for the treatment/service I got from this hospital and the doctors I would use it. I had a very professional young lady meet me at the airport and not only escort me and my partner to the accommodation to make sure everything was ok but also she was with me every step of the way through the surgery and if I had any questions she would ask the doctors or staff and translate for me. I had lens replacement surgery and to be honest I couldn't believe how easy it was, no pain even after the surgery and my eyes are improving every day. I was initially apprehensive at the thought of travelling abroad for a knee replacement, however dealing with Maja at Euro Treat Med quickly gave me full confidence that it was the right thing to do. All of my queries were answered extremely quickly, my MRI scans were reviewed within 24 hours and the lead time to booking the op was very quick. I also found peace of mind with the video reviews on the website. From initial transportation from the airport, to arriving at the hospital late at night there was somebody available to make sure I was greeted and looked after. The pre assessments and op happened within a day and I was quickly on my road to recovery. I can’t speak highly enough of the surgeon, his team and the nurses who attended to me and made sure I had everything I needed during my two weeks stay. The nurses seemed to sense, even during the night, when I needed pain relief or anything else. The physio’s quickly had me on my feet and made sure I had an exercise programme to follow, they are clearly experienced in the needs of post op patients. I had 12 days of physio before heading home, this I believe is a big advantage to having an op in the UK. I felt this initial recovery period was essential and has set me up to move forward in confidence. I would recommend Euro Treat Med to anybody looking to go abroad for surgery. It's difficult to put in words, but right from the initial contact and hand-holding throughout the whole process (Maya you are a star *) coupled with the great doctors,nurses and facilities at Sanvimed there is nothing we can fault. I had laser vision correction surgery at OKOLUS Plus clinic and was pleasantly impressed with the service, attention and care of all employees and doctors, I was treated like a princess. Coordinator Kate was always in touch with me, who dealt with all the organizational issues with the transfer, hotel, airport, advised me on my questions as a personal secretary, which is very convenient when you are in an unfamiliar country and don’t know the language, I didn’t even need cash. I had a thorough examination and after the doctor's permission for surgery, I was operated on late in the evening. To be honest, I was very worried and afraid of the operation, but the doctor's qualification level and professional equipment inspired confidence, and even during the operation one of the nurses held my hand, which was very supportive. Everything went well and after the inspection the very next day I flew home. Now I finally see so much around and I think it was worth it. I can highly recommend Eurotreatmed service. Maja has been very helpful with arranging lens replacement service for my grandpa. She always responded quickly and answered our questions and doubts. The surgery was successful without any complications and my grandpa came back happy and now he can see much better. We did not know much about Katowice but it turned out to be an interesting place. He even managed to go for a one day trip to Auschwitz museum. The signs in the hospital were not in English but the staff assisted him and helped to move around. Overall great experience.

We've tried many different methods and no significant improvement was noticed. We decided to contact Eurotreatmed as they claimed that Klara medical centre has proven track record of success in the field of autism treatment with stem cells, and we hoped they could help us. We couldn't have been happier to see positive results and now we believe that it is actually a significant turn and the future of medicine - mesenchymal stem cells therapy. I was 100% satisfied with the services of EuroTreatMed in arranging, organising and overseeing my PAE procedure in Katowice two weeks ago. I had previously had elsewhere in Poland private dental and physiotherapy services, so was confident that although EuroTreatMed was new to me, I would find good quality prostate treatment there. Maja Swinder their Patient Coordinator has very good command of both written and spoken English, and there were no language barriers with her. Did the total hip replacement (THR) in November 2018. It went great! I never used the walker when I got back home. I do a lot of walking during the day, as I am still professionaly active, and tracking my steps I have done as high as 9 miles in one day. We have a farm, so moving around is inevitable. The surgeon did a brilliant job, and what I would like to underline for your next Patients - believe me, two weeks seem like a long time away from home, but the chance to be under the doctor's supervision and train daily with the physical therapist is just a treasure! The Staff was english-speaking, all of the arrangements wen't smoothly. I got a full NHS refund, but now I would not hesitate to pay for the surgery, as the extraordinary care we've received is priceless. I could just warn the next patients - my husband Paul gained weight during our stay as there was so much food:-)

Having been assessed in August 2021 as requiring to have my right hip replaced, I was then informed that the NHS would be only be able to offer surgery in around 12-18 months time. Unfortunately the constant agony I was in, plus the waiting period, would have meant taking all of this time off work, unpaid for the most part, or more realistically having to give up my career as a professional driver altogether. After exploring the private options in the UK (Spire £14,450.00) I decided to look abroad (Mr Google) and I discovered EuroTreatMed. I received a reply to my enquiry literally within the hour and I was advised surgery would be possible within six weeks of enquiring and the cost was half the price. I was offered my procedure at a hospital called Sanvimed in Zabrze, Katowice, Poland. This place is a Godsend! I truly cannot speak highly enough of the staff and their total professionalism. My contact, Maya, made sure every ‘t’ was crossed and every ‘i’ dotted before I left the UK. You are collected at Katowice airport and taken directly to the hospital, and returned there two weeks later. The room was well kitted out with refreshments on tap, and a full restaurant menu to choose from for your meals. A nurse is only ever a buzz away, and I never had to wait for anything. Maya also touched base with me every single day to make sure everything was satisfactory and going to plan, which it did without any hitches. The surgery was a breeze, and having two weeks to recover aided by the daily physio, was such a massive help in my recovery. Having had my left hip replaced by the NHS in 2006, I was in and out of Hospital within four days of the surgery and after being shown a few exercises to practice I was left to get on with my own recovery all by myself. The confidence I felt with my recovery and mobility leaving this facility was far superior to my previous experience. If you have been assessed in the UK as requiring a hip replacement, or other othopaedic procedure, and the wait is too long to suffer, if you have the wherewithal then I honestly cannot recommend this place highly enough! From start to finish the professionalism and care taken has been excellent. No complaints. The staff work so hard to keep you happy and feeling better. I have had ACL reconstruction via hamstring graft. Recovery has been painful and tough but it has been made so much better by the excellent service provided by those whom work here. Like so many others have written before me, I've been blown away by the professionalism and kindness shown to me by the international client co-ordinator Maja. I made my first enquiry on a Sunday afternoon by submitting an online enquiry on their website. To my surprise I had an e-mail back from Maja within a couple of hours. Since that first e-mail the communication has been faultless, always prompt, efficient and professional in a way you never really experience nowadays. Maja helped organise my taxis, recommended a hotel, arranged all my scans and put me in touch with her colleague Dominika at the clinic in Katowice. Dominika was my chaperone and translator for my two days in the clinic and was kind and professional throughout. I had scans on 9 different body parts over the course of two days, it was intense. Dominika not only took care of me in clinic but also helped me with directions and other things to make my stay as easy as possible. The MRI scanning staff did not speak much English and if you are a person who is very nervous about the experience that may feel uncomfortable. Lucky for me I could go into "the zone" and breath my way through my long hours in the machine. Saying that, if I had been worried about anything I know that I could have asked for Dominika to come and help translate at any point. Overall I'm 100% satisfied with my visit to the clinic in Katowice, I'm incredibly grateful to all the staff for making this stressful experience as easy as it possibly could be. The follow up from Maja was above expectations, reports sent through on Whatsapp and e-mail, along with encouraging kind words. My one and only regret is that I didn't do this years ago, perhaps some of my agonising pain could have been explained earlier and I could have got the help I needed sooner. I would not hesitate to go back, nor would I hesitate to recommend this clinic to anyone I know who is not getting the help they need quickly in their home country. I took my teenage daughter here after she was failed by the NHS in not diagnosing her dislocated knee or torn ligaments. From the very first contact, Maja was extraordinary. She was so helpful and guided me through every step of the way, including booking flights and what to pack. All the team put my nervous daughter totally at ease and the professional manner of everyone brought me to tears. Since getting home, my daughter is recovering well and I have been recommending Sanvimed to everyone.

Total knee replacement Decided to go with EuroTreatMed at their Sanvimed clinic in Zabrze, Poland due to trusting the co-ordinator Maja plus the two week physio included in the very reasonable cost. Any and all queries, questions and worries were dealt with in a quick, efficient manner. The operation took place on 2nd day of arrival. From the surgeon, Dr Pawlak, who visited me every day, to the other doctors, nurses and physios, I received nothing but excellent care and help. Nothing too much trouble. The food was excellent also. I cannot praise this whole experience enough and it hasn't ended on my return home. If I have any concerns, all I have to do is contact Maja. If I ever need the other knee, would not go anywhere else!

If you are considering Orthopaedic surgery overseas but are concerned about the quality of care and service them I would urge you to consider EuroTreatMed. The surgical team, lead by Dr Wojchiech Pawlak (surgeon) and Dr Ceglarske (anaesthesia) was outstanding. I’ve had several knee ops done privately in the UK but his was by far the best experience I have had. The nursing staff are all very friendly as well as highly professional and knowledgeable about the procedure I was having. Staff, with very few exceptions, all spoke excellent English and are extremely friendly and welcoming. There was never any sense that anyone was in a rush. I really appreciated this as I travelled to Poland alone and not with my partner. Special thanks to Mariusz who is wonderful at his job. The hospital puts huge importance on physio making sure you get plenty of the right instruction before you leave. You might stay a little longer in the hospital than in the UK as a result but you will undoubtedly be much better prepared when you leave. The hospital is small, comfortable and very quiet. Private rooms are spacious and functional without being flash. Each room has a TV with International channels. Fast Internet is provided so I was able to use a streaming device plugged into the TV allowing me to have almost unlimited access to many channels such as Netflix, Amazon, Apple as well as some UK channels. You can of course use an IPad or tablet. My only expense other than the cost quoted by Maya was £36 return from Stansted. I estimate I have saved 60% of the cost and had a very enjoyable experience in the process. If you come a few days in advance you can also see wonderful Krakow and many other attractions in the area. I highly recommend EuroTreatMed. They are a really viable alternative to expensive UK private healthcare that many patients feel forced to use due to the state of the NHS.

After 2 years of incredible pain and countless private appointments here, not one surgeon could/would help me, I got in touch with EuroTreatMed and Maja responded swiftly. I explained my situation, and sent over all the information I had. I was quickly told I was a perfect candidate for surgery. After 2 years of being told no this was a massive relief. The entire process seemed daunting because of the travel, all I had to do was book the flights and EVERYTHING else was arranged for me. From start to finish, EuroTreatMed made getting mum’s hip replacement surgery in Poland very easy. We were treated with care and professionalism throughout. Nothing was too much trouble. We cannot recommend EuroTreatMed and the Sanvimed clinic enough. Five stars. Maja, EuroTreatMed’s International Patient Coordinator, is friendly, caring and helpful. We had heard about people going for surgery abroad but were unsure how it would work. Maja explained the process in English and assured us that mum would be in good hands and that her surgery, nursing care and physiotherapy would be performed to the highest standards using the most modern materials and techniques. Maja was with us throughout; from our first email requesting information, visiting mum at the clinic to her following up with us after mum had returned to Northern Ireland. She made dealing with the clinic very easy. She answered our questions fully, helped with all necessary paperwork, arranged the treatment with Sanvimed (the Polish clinic) and looked after our needs throughout mum’s stay in Poland. If we needed anything for mum, Maja was on hand to assist. She arranged day trips for us, as well as dental treatment for me at short notice (the quality of which was excellent). We were very satisfied with mum’s hospital treatment which was lead by Dr. Wojciech Pawlak M.D. PhD. His team at Sanvimed are kind, caring and professional. He performed the surgery well and visited each day to care for mum. The nurses and physiotherapists are excellent. They cared so well for mum and saw to her every need. 24 hour care was provided by English-speaking nurses and physiotherapy sessions were provided daily by English-speaking physiotherapists. Nothing was too much trouble. The clinic is fully equipped and all treatments are carried out on site. Mum had her own private room with an en-suite and an extra bed to allow a family member to stay with her for the duration of her stay. Three excellent meals were provided daily as well as ample tea, coffee and juice. We got to know the staff well and they were so kind. This really put mum at ease and aided her recovery. On mum’s discharge from clinic, she was given thorough and complete documentation, detailing her treatment and instructions for her ongoing care in Northern Ireland. The clinic provided all necessary information and receipts etc in English to facilitate reimbursement for the cost of the treatment by the NHS. Thank you to Maja and Dr Pawlak and his team.

I had a very successful PAE operation performed by Dr Ludyga. I stopped taking the BPH medicine 2 weeks after the PAE operation. Recovery time was fast, discharged from the hospital on the second day. Maja had been very helpful in arranging the end-to-end logistics, from airport pick up, transfers between hotel and hospital, hospital admission (translation).

The people were amazing, I don’t know what they’re paying Maja, the international patient coordinator, but it’s not enough. She took me through every step of the process and did everything that was needed for the NHS refund application. I signed my name a few times, put my details in and read everything over but other than that I barely lifted a finger. I had a left knee arthroscopy for a meniscus tear i got in kickboxing sparring. Since I’ve returned I’ve recommended the clinic to every one of my teammates who I know have knee issues and I know another one of my teammates is doing his paperwork as we speak. Not all of the nurses and surgeons speak perfect English but were still extremely friendly and welcoming. You don’t need to speak English to be a medical professional and I had a much higher standard of care and hospitality than any UK medical facility.

I found out I needed a knee arthroscopy in Ireland and the waiting time was too long. I looked into EuroTreatMed and reached out to Maja who was able to help me plan a surgery very quickly. The process was very simple, everything from contacting the surgeon to arranging transport and special assistance at the airport was looked after. I arrived in Poland and was picked up by the driver who dropped me to the clinic. The first step was getting tested for COVID and then my surgery was the next day. The surgeon was amazing and very reassuring about the surgery as I was nervous going in. The whole staff was great and looked after my very well and kept me company while my family stayed in Ireland. I would definitely recommend the clinic and staff to everyone! A massive thank you to Maja who helped me arrange everything and the whole staff in the hospital!

I have just returned from Poland after having my full replacement hip operation. From my initial contact with Maja, who is the International Patient Coordinator for EuroTreatMed, the process went very smoothly. She kept me very well informed and was very helpful assisting me with the required documentation. I had earlier obtained copies of my NHS records and hip X-rays and forwarded these to the clinic. Once my operation date was preliminary booked I arranged my flight. I was met at the airport and taken straight to the clinic. Prior to flying to Poland I had taken a Covid test (negative) and on arrival at the clinic I was tested again and my blood was also taken. The following day I met with Maja, the clinic manageress, and also the surgeon. I had a pre-operation X-ray and the operation went ahead that same evening. I have nothing but praise for the attention and helpfulness of all the nursing staff at the clinic who went out of their way to make me as comfortable as possible. I stayed in a private room with en-suite and all meals were provided. The operation was followed up with daily sessions of physiotherapy and I was soon mobile with the aid of a walker. The surgeon, who had a very friendly and reassuring manner, visited me many times following my operation, as did Maja and the clinic manageress. My wife joined me for the second week of my two week stay and was accorded the same friendly and helpful service. My operation was very successful with the incision being very clean and neat. I had a post-operation X-ray and the surgeon himself removed the stitches on the morning of my departure. I was then driven back to the airport and arrangements had been made for assistance at both airports. I would throughly recommend the services of EuroTreatMed and in particular Maja who went out of her way to ensure that both my travel and stay in the clinic went as smoothly as possible.

As John Lennon so famously said “there are no problems, only solutions”. I had a problem and needed a solution. My right knee had been identified as requiring a replacement by two local NHS orthopaedic surgeons. The first surgeon advised me in November 2019 that he could perhaps operate in September 2020. The next surgeon I approached later that November gave me a date in February 2020 but suitable prosthesis could be found in time and then came COVID 19. Now there was more than one problem. Research on the internet gave me the promise of a solution. Application through the auspices of the ever-helpful Maja, the coordinator for a EuroTreatmed Polish Clinic, required that I send her the appropriate medical records. When these were approved by the medical team it meant that I could choose a date at my convenience for my operation. I then made a successful application to the NHS for approval for reimbursement for the medical care and operation. From the moment I entered the Polish clinic, the care and medical attendance that I received was fabulous. The surgeon Dr Wojciech Pawlak (I nicknamed him “Teddy Bear”) was so attentive and frequently visited me post-op to check his handiwork and my progress. The nursing staff (Kate, the head nurse, the two ward nurses each called Renata) were always there with suitable medical care at the press of a button. Joanna, the Clinic’s Manager, acted as interpreter to the surgeon, made sure all the paperwork required for discharge was correct and listened to the patients and their experiences during the two weeks stay. Finally, the two physiotherapists, Łukasz and Tomasz, who both had encouraging words and disciplines, enabled me to make far greater progress than anyone would imagine. Diet is particularly important during a stay in hospital and the preparation of breakfast and evening meals by the nurses and the lunch menu selection from the local hotel ensured that I had just the right food at the right time. Every day there was a large selection of fruit which I devoured with relish. I have promised to return to the Clinic for my left knee replacement if I cannot get an operation in the UK through the NHS. That I think underlines my confidence and complete satisfaction at the treatment I have received. Thank you, Maja for selling the Clinic so well!!

Total Knee Replacement Surgery Was put on the NHS waiting list in January after going through the motions of physio and Cortisol injections, at that point the wait was circa 9 months for a consultant and additional 4 months for surgery. By July the pain was so bad that i was basically housebound so drastic action was required. Researched the possibility of private treatment in the UK but costs were prohibitive so decided to cast the net to Poland where i came across Eurotreatmed. Initiated a conversation by email with Maja who was amazing and gave all the information about the treatment and after care available. Sent X-rays and medical information and discussed the type of prosthesis used by the consultant. After digesting all information decided that Eurotreatmed was a clinic that put Patient care at it's core and therefore the decision to apply for treatment was a no brainer. Within 2 weeks of discussion arrived at the hospital for my appointment. First day was tests Covid19 and blood as well as discussion around the procedure and time of operation. Consultant Wojciech Pawlak performed surgery and the procedure went very smoothly with no pain. I would get to know the consultant very well during my stay as he would visit every day to check on the new knee and answer any questions (where else would this happen in the UK?). But now the hard work, had to begin i.e. the Physiotherapy. To get the knee operating and recover quickly then daily physio is required to build up the muscle to support the new knee as well as flexing and bending to initiate normal operation. Thankfully the cost also consists of 2 weeks physio with on-site physiotherapists that enable a daily schedule and support you through the difficult days post op. The guys are brilliant and motivate you to stick to the programme and get back to health quickly. Last but certainly not least a fantastic team of nurses who are absolute gems looking after you at all hours. Pain relief , daily bandage changes and the food they deliver certainly keeps you healthy and strong very your daily physios. The whole team work as one unit and all give you 24 Hour care through the whole process which can be frightening for a lot of people. Now been back home 2 weeks and walking without crutches and very little pain. Full expect that within 6 weeks of surgery will be back walking and driving with no pain whatsoever. I had been waiting 3 months for an MRI in the UK, so I contacted Bartek and Maja who operate with Eurotreatmed. They managed to get everything booked in and sorted for me, within 2 weeks i have flown to katowice had an MRI and got my results for a small fraction of the cost of what it would cost in the UK. Amazing and quick support from start to finish and I can not give enough thanks.

KNEE ARTHROSCOPY SURGERY AT EUROTREATMED I was originally quite apprehensive about traveling abroad for knee surgery, but after waiting a long time in the Uk, I decided to pursue getting treatment abroad. After doing some initial research, I used the services of Eurotreatmed in August 2020, largely due to the very helpful patient coordinator Maja Swinder as she was always very prompt and informative to answer any of my worries or questions that I had. Maja had organized everything involved with the logistics from start to finish and made the whole trip and experience very successful, including a private taxi service to pick and drop you to and from the airport to hospital, which was included in the price so you had nothing to worry about. Maja arranged for me to arrive on the Wednesday at sanvimed hospital, where I was admitted to my own private room with an en suite which also had an extra bed to allow a family member to stay with me. I had knee surgery on the Thursday which was performed by the excellent Dr Pawlak and his team. For the operation I had a local anaesthetic, which allowed me to watch the procedure on a screen, and involved the removal of lots of loose bodies (pieces of broken cartilage) which were floating around my knee and getting stuck, cartilage shaving and meniscus repair. The aftercare that I received was excellent from the brilliant nurses, who were always available and they provided 3 excellent meals everyday, to the amazing physiotherapist who got me on my feet and walking on crutches the next day. The physio came everyday and gave me confidence and new excersises to keep performing to help strengthen up my knee. Maja also came everyday to check how I was doing and if I needed anything, right up to even when I arrived back to the Uk to make sure I was ok to even checking I had my stitches removed. I was discharged on the Sunday to return home to Uk and was given all receipts and medical reports in English. It’s been 2 weeks since the operation now and recovery is going great and I’m already walking without crutches now. I would highly recommend Eurotreatmed, and I would like to say a big thanks to Maja and the whole team at sanvimed hospital for their kind hospitality for hosting me in Katowice Poland.

Everyone was very helpful particularly the patient coordinator Maja Swinder who was very helpful and informative and always answered any questions you had as soon as possible. Would definitely recommend to anybody persuing treatment abroad.

We came as a patient and wife to Katowice as clients of Maja. My husband, the patient, needed the PAE procedure. We contacted clinics in various countries that carry out this procedure. Maja was the first to answer our enquiry and the good feeling about her services continued from that point on.. She answered all questions quickly and honestly , and was helpful in all matters from travel, to hotels, to money transfer as well as medical matters about the surgery. It is too early to post of the results of the surgery, but all things are looking good at this stage. The service from Maja was so good, that I would recommend that patients can easily travel alone and do not need to bring anyone with them .. which is very unusual in the medical tourism industry.... this makes the procedure even cheaper than the good value that it already presents. The experience was cheap, efficient, technically well done but the extra smiles, reassurance and friendly gestures from Maja made it a much better experience. I was originally quite apprehensive about travelling to Katowice, Poland for varicose vein surgery but having Maja from EuroTreatMed help me along the way made my experience run smoothly. When I originally contacted Euro Treat Med 2 months prior to my surgery I received plenty of information regarding my procedure and was happy to book with the surgeon. I booked to stay in a hotel called Park Diament only across the road from the hospital where my procedure would take place (patients were given a discount on their stay as well). I flew out two days prior to my procedure and was picked up from the airport by Maja, even though I was 5 hours late due to missing my connecting flight. The following day I had an examination with the surgeon where we discussed appropriate methods for the procedure and was then scheduled in to have treatment in the morning. The day of the procedure went smoothly as Maja was there to check me in and stayed until all of my pre op checks had been completed. After the procedure I was then allowed to leave the hospital at around 3pm the same day and was told to rest in my hotel. I would definitely not hesitate to go abroad for surgery again as the facilities were just as good if not better than the UK and I could not recommend Euro Treat Med and Maja enough.

I used the service of Eurotreatmed in July 2020. Everything is taken care of and you dont need to worry or stress about anything. Maja will help you with the accommodation, which even includes her ringing up the hotel to make sure that it is suitable. There is a private taxi service to and from the airport (both directions) which is included in the price. Maja speaks English perfectly and she helps to translate when it is required. The doctor who performed my varicose vein surgery also spoke very good English. After the operation Maja took me back to my hotel and she even bought me dinner!!! What an amazing person! Maja took time out of her day to drive me and to show me some tourist areas in and around the city of Katowice! :) The operation went very well and my leg is on the road to a full recovery! The total price which included return flights to Poland, accommodation and spending money was still £500 cheaper than having the surgery done in England. I highly recommend!!

I have just returned from Katowice after having Trifocal lens replacement surgery arranged by Bartosz and Maja at EuroTreatMed. I am extremely happy with my surgery and cannot believe the actual result I now have. My vision is perfect. Bartosz and Maja are so wonderful to deal with and they looked after me at every stage of my treatment. Nothing was too much trouble for them and I would certainly recommend them to anyone who is considering this type of surgery.It is a very nervous time for anyone naturally but their care made sure that my anxieties were very short lived.
