I stored some things in a locker and went back to remove some things and notice a bunch of roaches. That had to have come from another locker. And I also have Seen mice droppings. I reported it all they say is I'm sorry. And actually just went up on the rent on the locker. I will throw all my things away. Before I deal with U-haul ever again

This location goes ABOVE & BEYOND every week. They are kind, quick, knowledgeable, extremely helpful and always give me a great experience. I rent from them weekly and they know me as a regular. Thank you for being so great!

No need for any improvement, this location is the best experience I have ever had at] U-HAUL. When I picked up the truck DeAndre helped me with everything. He was very kind, and he made sure all my needs were met. When I returned the truck I was helped again by DeAndre. Unfortunately they didn't have my rental reserved for self checkout and staff wasn't available until 9. After calling a number they gave me a vehicle on the lot available for self checkout. WHY OH WHY DID THE VEHICLE BREAKDOWN ONCE IT Was fully loaded. We were told if the truck was stalling traffic call the police. REALLY THEY CANT JUMP THE VEHICLE FIRST OF ALL AND MOST IMPORTANTLY I WAS WITH A CAPTAIN. Eventually they came to inspect the vehicle and guess what it had to be towed it was deeper than a dead battery. YES STL. I had them towed that bad boy right on to the drop off point! That was wild! The tow truck guy was Great! He dropped it off we unloaded our belongings and he returned promptly to tow it away. With a little hesitation U-Haul gave me every dime of my money back. Delayed not denied...

Clean and fairly quick lots of room being the old KMart building and B&B home supply some old timers will know what I mean
