My wife and I LOVE stopping by Maxon Jewelry every time we go to “the Lake”. The entire staff is friendly, always greeting us with a smile and drink offerings. The store has an amazing selection of high-quality jewelry and timepieces. Caleb is our non-pressure salesman, that we have purchased a couple of one-of-the-kind vintage pieces and a watch. Caleb is a great guy that we trust with all our purchases. If you are ever in the area, stop by and look around. You never know when you will find a hidden gem.

I have been in Maxon’s several times and I am always greeted right away. Though I have not yet been able to make a purchase, I am hoping that will change in the future. Really helpful staff that understood what I was trying to achieve with the wedding ring to match the engagement ring that previously purchased. Even though the engagement ring was purchased somewhere else, the staff here were eager to help, listened, and stated it would be no problem to achieve what I wanted when other jewelers have said they couldn’t do it. While we were waiting for the initial request to be written up, my fiancée and I decided to look at the men’s rings. Staff came up to us to talk about the different rings, advantages, disadvantages, and durability of all the different metals and finishes were discussed with us. It didn’t seem like we were being pushed to purchase anything or swayed in any direction from staff preferences. We were actually encouraged to purchase the less expensive ring but ended up purchasing two rings and left extremely happy with the service we received from everyone.

I brought in a ring that had been previously repaired at another jeweler. The other jeweler told me that the ring was at the "end of its life." I took it into Maxon and explained that this ring was special to me and the sweet lady at Maxon said "then we need to keep this in good shape so that you can wear it." They did a great job at a much better price with a much faster turn around time than the previous jeweler. The manager Caleb was sympathetic, and professional, and helped me select a beautiful.78 carat marquis diamond to replace the one I lost. The ring is expected to be ready in one week.
