Conveniently Inconvenient It’s convenient that you can put your name on a virtual waiting list and check it every 30 minutes to see that you haven’t budged a bit. But check it 10 minutes later and see you’ve jumped 5 spaces in line. I’m joking really, I know it’s hard to predict when you’ll be seen and I understand they can’t really control that, people back out of line and some patients require a bit more time. Be prepared to wait an hour to be next in line, or 5 hours. It’s really that unpredictable. What they can control and should really try to fix immediately, is the wait time when you arrive. They’ll get you in a room pretty quickly but get comfortable. 33 minutes after entering our room the nurse came in to ask questions and take blood pressure; 23 minutes later the doc came in — 56 minutes until we saw the doc. And we have had a similar experience every time; I’ve been here maybe 7 times. I keep coming back because there’s the convenience of being seen that same day. At the price of your sanity. And they probably know that which is why practices haven’t changed.

I was treated with kindness and respect from beginning to end! The entire staff took adequate time with me, ensuring I knew what was happening every step of the way through my diagnosis! Not once did I feel rushed or like I was being hearted through as you sometimes do in an urgent care facility! The medical staff made sure I was well enough to go prior to discharge and made sure that I had clear instructions and referrals for after the appointment should I need them!! Highly recommend this branch!!

Total Access Urgent Care always takes great care of my family. They have a wonderful staff that makes you feel comfortable and their care is over the top professional. They do an outstanding job of making you feel better when you are in there for reasons that are not the most fun. I give them a 10/10 all the way around for their service.

Great service. Be careful about your number in line. I was #14 and it took me almost 3 hours to be served. Once I got I they were quick to evaluate, provided treatment and got prescriptions right on the spot and 12 hours later feeling much better.

A waste of time and money. Called to get in line around 10:45 am told I would probably be seen around 12:30 but not seen until around 3:45 pm. Receptionist was nice, guy who took vitals nice. Person cleaned out my ears not so good. Very harsh with the cleaning. I told her water was too hot 3 times, just ignored me, the she said it’s just warm. I ought to know how it feels. After that I was dizzy and she was suppose to go back and do the ear I was really having trouble with , but didn’t finish the job, so left with same problem I came in with. A terrible experience. I would not suggest using them. They act like they just don’t care. Very short and quick with you. Just trying to be done and rush you out the door. I told the guy who came in and asked if I was ready to go that she really didn’t finish my ear and he went out and came back in and said she said everything looks good when I know she couldn’t still see down in my ear. They didn’t explain anything well either. Very unprofessional.

I stopped by and got on the wait list. I appreciated the wait list updates. Registering was no problem. I was seen quickly by several tesm members for different reasons. However, it did take a long period of time for the x-ray tech to show up. After the x-rays took a long time also, as did the time to finally discharge me. All of the employees were professional and focused on their responsibilities.

First time here. Very impressed. I love that you can get text to let you know when to come in, instead of sitting in there with other sick people. The PA that took care of me took his time with me. He explained everything to me and made sure I understood it. Very nice to be able to get your medication there. I will definitely tell everyone about my positive experience there.

Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The ladies who checked me in were very friendly and explained everything I needed to do. The nurse who checked my injury and took initial information explained everything to me and made me feel comfortable. Katy, the nurse who stitched my wound, was very sweet, explained everything (what she was going to do, what to expect, and what to do next) answered all my questions, and also made me feel comfortable. I was confident I was in great hands! I was treated so well!

I had an amazing experience with TAUC! I went in with an Achilles Tendon injury and was placed in a room within the first 5 minutes I was there. My care team was incredibly kind and were very thorough. My whole visit took just over an hour. I highly recommend TAUC over any other urgent care or ER in the area!

Supposed to be efficient: Check in online only to wait over an hour to be able to come in, come in and wait over an hour to see a provider- what’s the point of checking in online and coming in and still waiting an entire hour+ to even get to see a provider. This turned into a 4 hour lunch break for me and half a days work missed. I feel like if they’re going to advertise efficiency they should be better at managing time/ prioritizing patients better.

I went in yesterday for a rather embarrassing problem, and I cannot be more thankful that the staff and medical team were so understanding and kind throughout the entire process. I never once felt embarrassed and every person who helped me was super professional. Having anxiety makes it challenging for me to talk to doctors, so I appreciate the patience and the frequent check ins making sure I was okay before proceeding to another step. Thank you guys, you helped wonders. ♥️ highly highly recommend this place. ♥️

As someone with severe anxiety I just want to say all of the staff here are so very nice and understanding they are willing to work with you and listen to all concerns. They are not pushy about procedures and explain everything in detail if you need. As far as urgent cares go I was in and out pretty quickly and my insurance covers most so it was really affordable too. Whenever I need an urgent care this is where I go!

Wonderful experience from the time we checked in online to when we checked out. Staff was accommodating, patient, caring, understanding, and efficient. They diagnosed my husband with a kidney stone and took care of everything in one location. Most times you get shuffled around from one place to the next. They gave him an IV, did lab work, and imaging right there and had him taken care of in less than two hours. A lot of places lack good bedside manner and quite frankly, keep you from wanting to go in to get checked out but this place was the exact opposite. Their staff, nurses, EMTs, and doctors are all amazing. Highly recommend!

When I arrived I was very sick. The team was quick to begin treatment. Everyone was very supportive and provided excellent care and comfort. I would highly recommend this facility!

We came to Total Access Urgent Care in Wentzville on Sept. 1st after one of my 9 year old twins jumped over something and came down on a toy and gashed her foot pretty bad at my parents house playing with cousins from out of town.. I called a couple different places and beings that we had limited time with family from out of town, I was hoping to get in and out somewhere besides the awful long waits of the ER.. They were so friendly when I called and let me know as soon as we got there I’d get right in.. When we got there we walked in and they were on it and had my daughter in a room right away.. Again, the staff was amazing and made my daughter feel comfortable.. The nurse was open and honest with my daughter every step of the way. They answered both of my twins questions.. After cleaning the wound the FNP-C Miranda came in and she was so good with my daughter and also let her know what she was doing the whole time.. She was informative and discussed the options and pros and cons.. After deciding on the stitches they had her stitched up and us out the door in less then 2 hours! That would have never happened at the ER! The whole process was so easy and I was highly impressed with everyone from the front desk to the nurses to the doctor.. And we was able to get back and spend time with our family before they left! Even our follow up where we decided to wait on getting the stitches out a little longer, the doctor was honest and upfront.. And again the staff was great! We will be going here from now on! Great reception, concerned staff! The wait was quite short. They were able to address my issues quickly with considerable care. Every staff member had a caring nature... I was in good hands...

A week ago today, the minute my 91 year old aunt and I walked in we were treated with kindness. Realizing my aunt’s condition needed immediate care the staff did everything from the ladies at the front desk to Christian PA and EMT (grandpa), they were all gentle and patient with her.They met all her needs in a timely manner. Today she is almost herself again. Thank you everyone

I arrived and they took me right back and assessed the situation. Was treated with a great deal of care and professionalism. Had stitches and was out in about an hour total. Great place and much quicker than the ER At hospital

Incredibly caring, thorough, knowledgeable and helpful...everyone! From receptionist, assistant, to NP. My wife, who does not speak English as a first language was the nervous patient. They made us feel so comfortable and relaxed - we felt from moment one that we were in the best of hands.

Caring and professional staff who have taken excellent care of me both times there. Love the online waitlist option that lets you rest at home vs in a crowded waiting room. It’s such a help that they can do so much diagnostic testing and in-house care there vs waiting days for a lab or going to an ER. Highly recommend!

First off, I am not one to leave reviews but this Urgent Care deserves praise! Went in today for extreme pain in my back due to a pinched nerve. I had dealt with the pain for a week and decided I couldn't handle one more day of it. The staff was very friendly, attentive and caring. I was able to get right in because I registered online for a place in line ahead of time. I was in and out within about an hour! I kick myself for not going there last week for relief but I am not one to like to spend money-Lesson learned! Thank you to the staff that helped me today and for future issues when I can't get into my regular physician, I will come back to you!! Thank you so much!!

I became sick when traveling last week and stopped into the Total Access Urgent Care in Wentzville simply because it was nearby. I was seen promptly, treated courtesy, and given a very thorough evaluation and prompt diagnosis. They were adequately staffed and had a clean and well-provisioned facility. I feel very lucky to have found this urgent care. Highly recommend this staff and facility.

I was in pain when l walked in the Wentzville facility and was taken in right away. The staff treated me with the utmost kindness and care. They discussed everything with me and went over the test l should have and made sure to address my pain and found out the cause. I was so grateful to get the excellent care and service especially when l was experiencing so much pain and discomfort. Thank You for being a great team and for caring for your patients...

My experience with Total Access was great. I liked that I could check-in online at home and monitor my place in line. From the time I got there, I was informed and checked on multiple times in-between various tests. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to go back.

This was hands down the friendliest and most attentive urgent care we have been to. They had us in a room quickly and were were seen by nurse and doctor around 10 minutes later. They were even able to fill prescription on site so we didn't have to make a separate stop before heading home. I definitely recommend and wouldn't hesitate to go back again!

On 5/25/22 I wrote a review that described this clinic as the best of the best in my 73 years. I am a white English speaking male with Medicare and supplemental insurance. That’s a good paycheck. I WAS WRONG ON MY FIRST AND ERASED INITIAL OPINION!! Maybe I should have waited because I brought my wife today and she is South American female with only Ambetter Insurance, not as good as mine. We were 14 on the list at 7:59 am. We arrived at the clinic at 8:34 am and we were number 10. When you get to number 2 you go in to register and quick to be seen. We went to number7 in a half hour and in another half hour went to 5 and quickly to number 2. My wife went in to register and they sent her out to the car to wait on a text message. Within 8 minutes she was ask to come in but to only sit at number 2 for 50 minutes. Yesterday I thought these people had figured the process out and were a super service. No they are less than mediocre. The process that looks good on a text is a cover for chaos. I gathered a crowd of workers when I explained to them That I described them as efficient and extremely kind and they clicked together. WHAT A DAY WITH A CULTURE DIFFERENCE ALONG WITH AN INSURANCE COMPANY THAT IS RATED NOT AS GOOD MAKES. THESE PEOPLE ARE DISCRIMINATORY AND POOR LIARS AS EXCUSES. THE NUMERIC SYSTEM IS FAKE NEWS.

Went in on a Friday afternoon for an unusually bad/long migraine that wasn’t responding to my normal medication. They were extremely nice and considerate, putting me into a dark room and quickly getting me hooked up to an IV. I’ve had past places not take me seriously but I never felt that way with anyone here. If I ever get this bad again I will no doubt be coming back to Total Access in Wentzville.

The staff, nurses & doctors are all very friendly, caring & prompt. I have been there twice, once for myself & once for my daughter. I am thankful that they can fill your prescription right on site. I would recommend them. 😊

Everyone from the woman at the front desk to each care giver I encountered were Wonderful!!! I learned it’s best to get on a waiting list before going there. Trish was Amazing, kind compassionate to how bad I was feeling helping me get the care I needed . The young lady who gave me the shot was sweet to and the first young man who took my vitals . This Urgent Care is Consistent with wonderful care!!!

Caring and friendly staff made me feel comfortable when I was not feeling well. They were thorough in their evaluation and clearly explained all aspects of my visit and treatment options. I was seen by a nurse within minutes of walking in and everyone from the receptionist to the nurses and the doctor displayed professionalism and compassion.
