I was in the weirdest stitch of my life, and it was the only option. The office building was poorly lit and very sketchy. There were cans and socks outside my room door. A skirt, a pizza crust, and one other item were under my bed. The bathroom was incredibly dirty. I didn't exactly feel safe here but I made it through the night. I will never go back but it was a hell of an experience.

If you're a hooker or crackhead it's great, or if you need whors and crack. Get a receipt for everything or the manager will "forget". He will also change the price, but a normal person would never stay at a place like this, its sickening.

Maybe the worst motel I've ever seen... Especially if we include the clientele that stays here ... As said before, if you are looking for the true Oshawa experience, this is the place for you if just for one night... But please do it at month end for some extra excitement!

470$ for 9 nights. The sink doesnt work. The shower doesnt work. There are holes in the walls. The tv doesnt work. There is no free wifi its a lie. There are cockroaches and bedbugs. The electrical outlets have no covers and spark and may cause fire. There is no phone in the room. We had to wash our own bedsheets and bedding because they refused to provide linens. This place should be condemned. We found dirty needles everywhere. We couldnt stay. They refused to refund our money. When we went to check out the hotel manager assaulted us. The entire building is a fire hazzard.

Always a room available, even at odd hours, with reasonable rates. An efficient and professional publican compliment a well known establishment that has served Oshawa for almost seven decades.

I drove a cab, so I never stayed here I dropped off people here. For 30+ years this has been a sketch motel. Good if you are on the run, reminds me of a Kingston rd motel. Though I see it's being ripped apart. So maybe being torn down which would be a nice stain removal or someone is going to try and fix the reputation to which I wish them luck

Live here trying to find a decent place to live,as it's been hard.To help never again would rather panhandle. To survive.Still here I was helping clean. And waited for him to get me to clean up rooms like he did, then he got someone else to clean. Would have been nice for him to let me know that he was gonna get someone else to clean

They can't say no that you can't stay, I know for a fact that they can't judge anyone. But when people damage the place they will never let you back. People are the ones that wreck the name for the place. They want good clean people. Not dirty people .Now they are putting in big screen tvs. See how long that will last before, people wreck them. They do fix things and get rid of people that damage the place. How can they fix it when discussing can't call them people cause, rooms after people leave, I seen it and people are so disrespectful. I would hate to see what their places look like. So putting in flat screen tvs. They are trying to get the place fixed up. But don't just if you don't know what is happening. This place can be fixed up and looking nice if people don't come and destroy it.

Toilet didn’t even work, shower floor tiles were missing and had pieces all over the floor I didn’t even want to use the shower. I would give them no stars if I could. They seem so broke and run down I just let them keep my deposit... All in all I would not recommend anyone to go here. Kind of cheap but not worth it. If you can, go to a motel in Whitby or Ajax.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Clover Leaf during a road trip, and I can confidently say it deserves a solid five-star rating! This motel not only provides a comfortable and enjoyable experience but also offers a fantastic location close to the freeway. One of the highlights of this motel is its proximity to the freeway. It's conveniently situated, making it a perfect pit stop for travelers. The easy access to the freeway allowed us to quickly resume our journey the next morning, without any hassle or time wasted. The motel itself was outstanding. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and provided all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were cozy, ensuring a good night's sleep after a long day on the road. The friendly staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, offering prompt assistance and helpful recommendations. Furthermore, the motel's ambiance was perfect for a road trip with friends. The common areas were inviting, providing space for relaxation and socializing. We found the motel to be a great place to unwind after hours of driving, sharing stories and laughter with our friends. I also appreciated the affordable rates and excellent value for money. The quality of service and the comfort of the rooms exceeded our expectations, making it an even more delightful stay. Overall, I highly recommend Clover Leaf as an excellent place to stay over with friends during a road trip. With its close proximity to the freeway, comfortable accommodations, and friendly staff, this motel offers a five-star experience that will enhance any road trip adventure.

The motel was just recently renovated and provided my team and I a comfortable stay for 3 nights. It's become and reliable spot whenever I have to be in town, 10/10.
