    User of the Q park app while i needed parking space quickly to get on a train. Saw a parking spot on the app, parked my car and paid through the app. Got a fine on 600kr later because that parking spot (that clearly was listed among available parking spots in the app) was only for commuters and you can't pay through the app for that. Sent complaint asking for leniency in this case and uploaded picture of the payment i had done through the app. Both hoping to not get the fine but at least hoping they remove parking spots from the app that you can't pay for through the app. They got 4 week answer time on complaints and i got nothing. Now 4 months later the cost of the fine has been raised to 960kr with 14 day payment time while their website claims a reply has been sent to my email (searching for it on my email gives no results). Paid the fine because inkasso firm has been involved but sent another complaint hoping to receive an answer.

    Claims to have a "smart" solution that will recognize your car, but they don't support any of the normal apps (such as Easulypark). You think all is good and parking was paid automatically, but instead you get a paper invoice with an exorbitant fee that is way higher than the parking cost. Terrible business idea. A complete fail. Avoid Aimo Park at all cost.

    Parked in Drammen close to the Police station. Was waiting in line to pay and the person writing out ticket fined me while I was waiting in line to pay for my ticket. I sent the paid ticket with the exact same time stated, and the fine to custom department. Where they replied, their personel allways control the people by the automat. Well, I have evidence they did not! So what a scandalous company! Avoid them at all cost. They do not have customer service!

    Dont even deserve a one star. We were tourists as well, we got fined for parking matters in norway, tried to appeal/plea but its so rigid and strict they are like emotionless robots no compassion at all. They just want the money.

    Although my parking lasts less than the specified free 1 hour, I get charged every single time (at Ullevål Stadion). Customer services a painfully slow and the last one hasn’t even looked into the case, giving a complete random reply.

    Poor service and expect everyone coming from different countries to automatically know the system. Then sends you a mail stating that the ticket cant be lifted with a ''no reply'' email address. NOT EVERYONE KNOWS NOREWEGIAN THE MOMENT THEY ARRIVE IN THIS COUNTRY.

    WARNING FOR FOREIGNERS VISITING NORWAY. I came to Norway for 2 days and I am borderline traumatised by my experience with Aimo Park. I have a collection of yellow parking fines despite my efforts to comply. I got a parking fine at a tourist site on a Sunday when I asked a local who told me I didn’t have to pay on Sundays and no other car had a ticket in the same parking lot and locals were leaving their cars without filling up the machine. I got parking fines at the hotel parking lot twice when I paid up fully the night before so I had the parking charge PLUS the fine. I would also ask the question why they expect to be paid in advance when in every other country you pay when you know you are leaving. Also why do they not produce a receipt when you pay. It says their payment will be controlled using the license plate on the machine. Not only is this blatant robbery, it is destroying visitors experience of Norway. For my part this has upset me to a point where I don’t ever want to come back to Norway.

    Parked at Kongsberg DPS got a Parking Ticket , maybe I slotted in The wrong Reg nr I Don't know. I have been charged 29 Kr , but I got a Fine . Complaind, I even tok picture of nettbank as evidence. But the complain was put down. Last time I got a fine I payday without any hassel. Forgot my wallet.

    Everytime I park with this company, their parking machines won't work. This company should be illegal, banned and fined millions of NOK. Better park in a forest and do the walking. Scam company!

    Interestingly Linda P from Aimo Park during the active phase of birth would go play with her mobile to extend a ticket or leave the hospital and move the car. This is simply not a reason to not do that. Yes, that's how great those employees are! Some people are in pain or supporting, Linda would take out the mobile and buy tickets (because, well child birth is just not important, they hate kids anyway I guess) Well considering the answer I just hope people working at Aimo Park never get kids... Will definitely do everything to avoid Aimo parking for the rest of life... They should not get a single NOK from me anymore ever.

    Können nicht mit ausländischen Kennzeichen umgehen. Diese erhalten dann Strafzettel, obwohl das Kennzeichen korrekt am Parkautomaten eingegeben wurde. Wer digital und modern sein will muss es dann auch so machen, dass es für alle funktioniert!

    !!!Try to avoid AIMO PARK!!! Excessive parking fee is only one reason. But poorest customer service ever faced is my main impression of AIMO Park. Technical equipment does not read foreign credit cards reliable. This had been confirmed by the hotel staff and some other customers which I met. Trying to contact AIMO directly when facing the problem has not been taken care of and even worse not considered in the subsequent process. Next day a ticket was placed and my objection was not even seriously taken care of. So this is just another complaint about this company in a row of many more. No improvement could be observed - ignorant and arrogant behaviour in combination with inappropriate technical installation is the dominant impression which remains.

    Terrible service. Made a type in de license number and had a fine. Wrote a complaint. They found out the typo, saw I paid and told me it's the responsibility of the driver to type the correct license number. The paying machine is terrible, before you get the english explanation and have it all working I tried 4 times.

    I was doing a Night Shift at the hospital in Oslo. We have free parking at one of the garages managed by this company. Normally I park the car and after 5 minutes I pick up a paper to put inside of the dashboard. This time I got the person putting a ticket on the windshield. I show him the paper, but nothing. The way I see it it's a theft.

    Like many others, I have incurred fines when trying to pay legitimately and their 'smart' systems rejecting my ticket details. I think its a scandal that they can get away with this (looking at others who had the same) and the so called neutral Parkeringsklagenemnda who back them up. A lot of people are turning a blind eye to this

    Aimo park as a car park operator is badly chosen, especially when money is to be made on the back of sick people. Aimo Park is also not friendly to foreigners

    Even though I have explained situation over the phone , i was told that it is clear enough that i was not at foult being without the ticket. What a usless people reading the complaintes. Wonder if she drunk to much coffee or something? What a usless company

    I parked in Oslo. I don't know if it's possible but if you can, avoid parking at their places. Because of my own mistake, wanting to pay for another 24 in advance but instead checking out too early, I contacted the customer service. Because the extra hours I would have to pay again (by checking out too early) would come close to another day tax. The person was extremely rude. I got a "Ma'm, I'm asking you a simple question, it's a yes or no answer." because when he asked if I'll be staying until Monday, I said I would stay until midnight between Sunday and Monday.. At the end he was practically screaming "Just go back, put your card in the machine, and pay again."
