It was a very bad experience. The rooms were not clean at all, bathrooms, bedsheets, blankets were not clean. AC wasn't working. It was a very bad experience.

Very nice AC room with clean bed and hot water supply. Very close to Bus stop and central to city. They have their own pure Veg restaurant and good food. Nice, economic place to stay in Osmanabad.

Nice place in osmanabad to stay for business meeting .. really well maintained rooms as well staff is helpfull and cooperative ..He has opened the door at 2.30 am yesterday night .. good support..5 star to hotel pratibha

Hotel location is very near by bus stand. Rooms are good but cleaning process and staff is not proper as I found many thing's in room which should not be their as being new check in guest. Rest wasroom was upto mark. Staff was little bit polite but they need to update them according to time and customer support should be more updated.

One of the best hotel for stay in Osmanabad. Recently stayed there for almost a week. Nice & clean rooms at budget pricing. Can stay with family. Best part it has a Veg Restaurent at ground floor and has very good food options. Restaurent also serves chinese (Veg) food . Room service is also good.

Located probably 100 m away from the bus stand, you aren't far from anything. Considering Osmanabad district, the property is well maintained. The rooms are spacious. If you binge on watching TV then they have probably all the channels u can think off. The staff is friendly. I caught cold the second day and asked to change my room but they let me stay in the same room & charged me for a non ac. Such a gesture goes a long way. The famous Usman bhai Gulab Jamun is located 100 m away. It's opposite the bus stand. Don't buy gulag jamun from anywhere else. Unsure of the in room dining as I didn't use it.. there is a tea stall downstairs few restaurants.
