Very nice hotel. I stayed here for 2 to 3 days and felt very good. The employees here are very friendly and supportive in nature. Osmanabad's then best hotel will speak it.

There was no room service. No bottled water was available. No one came to pick up the luggage. They said all the staff were on vacation. They gave a room service number which was a mobile number and off all the time. There was no hot water service and it was winter. They said they can't provide it before 6 am in the morning. When hot water came it was burning hot and there was no cold water to add to it to make it luke warm. We waited for 45 minutes to get water to bathe running up and down to speak to reception as the room service number was off. Also the location is a bit odd and we had to struggle to get our vehicle parked with no one to guide. Highly not recommended.

It was my first visit here in this hotel and my experience was very good. The hotel staff is very friendly and cooperative, rooms are very clean, there booking system n all is good and other than that the charges as per room are perfect, plus no disturbance, you won't get all these points I mentioned at one place anywhere else. I recently stayed at a lodge and overall, I had a pleasant experience. I would give it a four-star rating. The lodge was clean and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful, and they provided excellent customer service throughout my stay. The room I stayed in was comfortable and spacious, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was comfortable, and the linens were fresh and clean. The bathroom was clean and well-stocked with towels Overall, I would recommend this lodge to anyone looking for a comfortable and peaceful getaway. It's a great place to relax and unwind, surrounded by beautiful scenery and excellent service.

Precise location, right next to the Ambedkar chowk. Owner is very hospitable, made sure that early check-in is provided. Wifi runs fine. Eateries around are not so good, it seems only commercial fast food is provided and not much options in authentic maharashtrian food. Good for short business trips etc.

Best hotel with reasonable pricing. Near from central bust stand. Situated beside tuljabhavani stadium @ Dr.Ambedkar Chowk. It is situated in such a place that you have ample options of hotels nearby to eat veg as well as non veg dishes. From here, One can easily reach to educational institutes as well as government offices. Rooms are neat and clean. Prompt room service is provided. It was a great experience staying at this lodge. All the facilities they provide are very good. Owners behaviour is one of the finest I have interacted. 24*7 support and rooms are very neat and clean.

The room was so cleaned and their staff was so friendly I didn't feel for a second that I'm in wrong place. Such a beautiful place to stay over here. They guide you proper way to reach your destination once you reach there then you don't need to worry about anything.

Value for money but still would expect some hygiene concerns to be addressed before allotting the room. Also, power backup system is not provided immediately if there is a power cut, it shouldn't be switched on only after customer asks for it! No room service and no restaurant in the premises. But there are many options around for food at walkable distance. Hotel doesn't have lift option. Free wifi is provided and the speed was good.

Very comfortable stay... From check-in to check-out everything were smooth and done in professional manner and the Owner is very courteous and doing a good job...

Rooms are nice and clean. Welcoming hosts with commendable gesture. Ample parking space. If you are a traveller then this could be your best option to hop in stay for few days. There are stuff to see around and chill. One must enquire at the counter of get in touch with the host!. Looking forward to come back soon.

location nearby bus stand ... owner found friendly ,but not d servant at night duty.Didnt show me / accompanied me b4 check in . costed Rs 700 for non AC room for overnight stay . No lift. Towel given was very old 1. Pillow cover was dirty. Hot water available ,Soap ,shampoo provided. Quiet area . Still when compared to other logdes at Dharashiv ,i recommend this lodge without doubt .i wish owner will correct above deficiencies ..see u soon

This is a great hotel with friendly owners. They provide drinking water, rooms were clean and comfortable, and linen was fresh. There was no toilet paper. Hot water wasn't available at night and neither was it available early morning (around 7) but we managed without it. The guesthouse has ample parking.

I visited here with family and the stay was pleasant. Rooms were clean and the owner was very cooperative. Overall it was a good experience and would recommend staying here.

Oneof the best place to stay in Osmanabad. It is near to bus stand. The staff is very friendly and polite. They even made arrangement for early check in. Even the owner is polite and friendly and suggested good place to eat. The rooms are clean and spacious.

Rooms were decent. Owner and staff were helpful. Great place for bikers, solo travellers and back packers. Just beware of timings. Restaurants closes early by 11 pm.

A marvelous hotel in Osmanabad. There is a good parking space for vehicles. Well cleanliness is maintained by the hotel staff. The owner is also polite and calm in nature

Staff are very friendly and resourceful. We traveled with our pet dog. And he felt right at home. They also allowed us to charge your electric vehicle.

Two times I stayed at this hotel with family. Response from the owner is really good and accommodative. We reached the hotel late night but the room was ready by the time we arrived. In order to avoid the waiting time, owner asked us to share the details via WhatsApp and he has filed the entry form and we just had to sign upon arrival. Rooms were good for the amount we pay, however cleanliness can be improved. Silent and safe place to stay. Has good parking space for both car and bike. There is a nearby restaurant as well (just 100mts)

It was a great stay here. I was on a business trip and everything went well. It's a great value for money. I liked theirs hospitality it was raining heavily and they even dropped me to a nearby restaurants in their own vech as delivery apps already denied delivery.

Room was clean for one night stay also service was good. If you have any work related court you can prefer this place to stay. You can pre-book online or offline. Only problem I felt was there is no food service for lunch or dinner 🍽️ and also I didn't found good food joints nearby.

So the review is late, sorry for that, but undoubtedly this is one of the most genuine and totally clean property, if you're a lone traveller or in a pack... The owner as well as staff all are very cooperative, humble (which is something most of the properties lack nowadays). They will guide you through routes and nearby restaurants too.... Nice place to visit ,very clean & neat Room ,nice hot water available for bath ,proximity to shakti veg non veg restaurants & snacks center at two minutes distance.Just some light back up needed in heavy rains I.e also for 15 minutes. Overall Good place to visit .Restaurant Owner lucky is very cooperative & helpful for guiding about food near by spot to visit.

Excellent place for stay in Osmanabad town. Close to all major landmarks, it offers sdecent accommodation. Rooms are reasonable and also clean. No in house restaurant or food service.

The hotel was wonderful. One of the best place to stay if you are coming osmanabad. Room/203/204 bathroom were very clean. Owner is very helpful and very professional.staff is good, 24x hrs policy from check-in to checkout, which i found very convenient for my stay I visited more than 4 time and stay around 8 days for my exam purpose I definitely stay here again.
